We did a 3-days tour Delhi-Ranthambhore-Jaipur-Delhi. Our driver DK Sharma was absolut great. Always in time, very friendly. He brought us to all the spots and made the transfers. DK Sharma is a very experienced and safe driver. We felt always very comfortable although the traffic conditions in India are pretty unusual in European's eyes. The car was spaceful, very clean and air-conditioned. Our tour guide Ashok Sharma was also very fiendly, explained all the sights in detail and a lot about the country, the culture and the people. We learned so much and saw spots that we not find without him. He was a perfect guide for us. The Ranthambhore Tiger Safari was very nice, although we saw no Tiger, but some other animals and the beautiful park landscape. All very recommendable. Thanks a lot!

Very professional guides Mahesh and Ashok were very informative with excellent English and encyclopaedic knowledge of all sites we visited with both having been professional guides for over 10 years Our driver Kuldeep has been driving for over 15 years and this shows in his skills negotiating the crazy Indian traffic. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this trip to anyone interested in travelling the Golden Triangle

I recently embarked on the 4-Day Private Ranthambhore Tiger Tour, covering Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Ranthambhore, and had an incredible solo experience! The tour was well-organized and the level of communication was excellent from start to finish. Safety, being my top priority, was taken care of thoroughly. I always felt secure during the journey, especially in the vast and wild Ranthambhore area. The driver was punctual, skilled, and knowledgeable, making the long drives between cities quite pleasant. The highlight for me was the tiger safari at Ranthambhore – such a thrilling and once-in-a-lifetime experience! Although tiger sightings are never guaranteed, the guide was knowledgeable and patient, explaining the ecosystem in detail while keeping us hopeful for a glimpse of these magnificent creatures. He also made the sightseeing tours in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur incredibly engaging, with plenty of historical insights. The accommodations provided were clean and comfortable, adding to the overall ease of the trip. For a solo traveler, this tour was perfect – combining adventure, history, and comfort. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience on this tour, exploring numerous historical attractions and enjoying the local cuisine. The tour guides in Agra (Vijay Chohan) and Jaipur (Ashok Sharma) were incredibly knowledgeable about the sites in their cities. They were both professional and patient, offering valuable suggestions and recommendations throughout the tour. Additionally, our driver, Kuldeep Singh, was outstanding—always punctual, polite, and accommodating to my requests.

We had a great time on this private tour. We found the schedule to be well balanced with a diverse range of sights to see, all done at a nice pace which didn’t feel too rushed. There is a fair bit of travel time included which meant that on the 5 day tour, not much time is left to explore the cities beyond the sights listed however we added some time either side of the tour to facilitate this. Considering the reasonable price we paid, we had great accommodation and every experience/attraction you could ask for included. Lunch and dinner are not included however the guides know good restaurants and are happy to take you and overall these were great value also. One criticism I would have is that you are taken to some shops as part of the tour with hyper inflated prices for tourists and pushy salespeople however after we went to one of these we did say we didn’t want to go to any more and this request was respected. Finally, we found the people running the tour to be very friendly, helpful, and flexible, particularly when dealing with requests to amend the schedule or accommodate certain requirements (for example vegan food was catered for). In particular, our driver Prem was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the trip especially on the long drives between cities. The guides were very knowledgeable, and in particular Anurag in Jaipur was fantastic, very insightful but also entertaining. Overall would recommend as I don’t see how you could explore so many sights in as little time/money any other way!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish :) This was our first experience in India and we decided to book this 5 day golden triangle tour to make sure we got to see and do everything whilst also feeling safe and relaxed with a driver and tour guides. Our driver, Prem, was incredible. He made us feel welcome from the start. Prem was always on time to pick us up, easy to chat to and adaptable if we had to change plans. The car was so comfortable for the long journeys, with a constant supply of water and snacks should we need them! Prem also made sure to slow down and allow us to take any photos of extra monuments along our travels and told us some more info. He made our experience around India special! Our three tour guides were brilliant and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed at any of the monuments and all our questions were answered. In Delhi, our tour guide was Jitendra. He made sure we got around all of the sights outlined on the itinerary as well as a couple of extra photo opportunities along the way. He was so knowledgable about the history of the city. In Agra, our tour guide was Mehesh. We got to visit the beautiful Taj Mahal (highlight of the trip) and because it was closed on Friday, the company made sure they swapped the itinerary around so we got to visit on Thursday afternoon/evening. Mahesh never made us feel rushed and we got to spend 4 hours looking at the amazing monument. He was so knowledgeable about the building and the history behind it and was also a fantastic photographer!!!! In Jaipur, our tour guide was Anurag. We especially loved visiting the observatory where Anurag spent time explaining each of the different things there. It was also lovely to learn more from him about Indian culture and religion. The hotels we stayed at were all as advertised and perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing. The breakfasts were also fantastic. Even though lunch isn’t included, Prem and our guides made sure to take us somewhere which met our dietary requirements (vegetarian and vegan) and helped us order which was appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to experience the golden triangle! :)

My wife and I just went to India in mid July 2024, using the services of "Pacific Classic Tours India", owned by Mr. Shakul Garg. This was our first time going to India, celebrating our honeymoon. We went to New Delhi, Old Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore national park, and Jaipur. The highlight of our trip was of course seeing the Taj Mahal in person. What a feeling ! Then the safari experience and stay at Ranthambore National Park were also memorable. Even though we didn't see Bengal tigers (because of the monsoon season), we did see other wildlife, such as deer, antelope, Indian bear, peacock and others. While in Ranthambore National Park, we stayed at Dev Vilas, owned by Mr. Balendu Singh. Even though the hotel looks old, we felt very comfortable staying there. Under the leadership of General Manager Mr. Pankaj Sharma, we experienced five star hospitality, which cannot be found anywhere else. We are a well-traveled couple and often stay in five-star hotels. But this is the first time we have felt genuine hospitality from a hotel and not transactional hospitality. If you get the chance to go to Ranthambore, ask "Pacific Classic Tours India" to stay at Dev Vilas. We didn't have any problems with food during the trip. There were meals that are included in the trip, there were also those that are not included. For meals that are not included, we always asked each local guide for restaurant recommendations and all the choices were very suitable to our taste. Overall, we were very impressed with the service provided by Mr. Shakul Garg's team. Mr Kuldeep Singh, our driver, accompanied us throughout the tour period: he was very respectful, drove well and was also communicative. We felt safe during our trip in India. There were 3 local guides named Mr. Prashant Singh (Delhi), Mr. Rajni Kant (Agra) and Mr. Ashok Sharma (Jaipur). All local guides are professional and have excellent knowledge of their respective areas. But of the 3 names, the most memorable was when we were with Mr. Prashant Singh. There are some shortcomings but nothing that bothers us. We have conveyed improvements that might be improved next time to Mr. Shakul Garg directly.

Couldn't have asked for a better driver Vipen Sharma was not just a great driver, was very informative, funny and looked after us beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend you asking for him to take your for your tours. I got sick and he was very understanding and looked after me. Handled our checkins, departure times. Very thorough and we didn't have to think about any of that part of our holiday. New water everytime in car. Clean car 🙏👌

From start to finish everything was beyond expectations, from accommodation to sights and guides. Special mention to our driver Mr Prem Verma (Mr Love), super friendly and knowledgeable, always on time and made sure we were on time, extremely safe and professional driver, provider of abundant snacks and bottled water, and makes sure your every need is met. We saw a tiger!

Highly recommend this tour. The guides are excellent and make sure you are well looked after. Our driver Prem was such a friendly and helpful person, and got us to our destinations and hotels safely navigating the busy streets and highways of India. 3 Highlights of the Tour was the Taj Mahal, Tiger tour at Ranthambore, and the Jaipur palaces. We even managed to spot the Tigress "Aishwarya" in the July period at Zone 10. The Hotels and the food were amazing, the staff always welcoming. Great value for money, and the schedule was full but with adequate rest. This tour is great if you want to see the sites and be assisted with the Indian culture. David and Adam.

Incredible Taj Mahal, our guide Mahesh shared with us the whole story of the Taj as well as the Red Fort. He was captivating and took all the necessary time for us to feel the peaceful sites. Special advices for the pictures and point of views. He is a magician. The Taj without a guide is not worth it at all and Mahesh was perfect.

Very nice and interesting tour in Old and New Delhi, despite of a temperature of 52 degrees. Our guide Prerak and the sikh driver were fantastic. We visited the 11 différents places in one day. We also add the very interesting National Museum. Only, one point must be increase : we don't need to arrive more than 2 hours before the Water Show. Thank's for all.

Rajni Kant with PCTI was fantastic! He has been giving tours for over 15 years and has a depth of education and experience that allows him to provide a comprehensive and enlightening tour that will satisfy any global wanderer. We were able to tour the Taj Mahal and Red Fort with its palaces, as well as enjoy an excellent buffet for lunch in between. You really won’t find anyone who can provide more knowledge on the places we visited. 5 of 5 would recommend.

Overall a great experience. We were driven by DK, who arrived early for pickup and gave a smooth ride in a good car. Then guided around by Mahesh who gave a very in-depth tour of both the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. They were both very polite through the entire experience!

Prishant, Ashook, and Arif are fantastic tour guides, each bringing their own expertise, friendliness, and dedication to our journey through India. Prishant knows a lot about India's history, culture, and traditions. He patiently explains everything, plans our trip well, showing us both popular places and hidden gems. We also try many different foods based on his recommendations. And they were all so good! He knows where to shop and not shop. He would tell jokes with us that made the tour fun! Ashook brings lots of energy and excitement to our trip? He warmly welcomed us, making us feel like old friends. Instantly his energy made the tour very light and he felt like a family. He understands what we like and makes sure our activities suited us! His passion for photography adds another layer to our experience - we are Filipinos and he understood that we like taking pictures. He even took most of are pictures and they are amazing!!! The best! Arif always made sure we were comfortable and really made us feel safe. His driving felt comfortable and he would put on music just to energize us! He even put an indian music that really out my parents to an energetic mood! He took care of small details like keeping us hydrated all the time, and anticipating our needs and never missing out on giving us wet wipes when we went put. He also shares interesting stories, making us feel at home. We appreciate Arif so much! Overall, Prishant, Ashook, and Arif make our journey through India unforgettable with their professionalism and passion.
