Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Alex S0 contributionsAn absolutely amazing trip from start to finishPankaj was an exceptional driver and host for our trip to India. He was warm, kind, polite and made us feel very safe during our travels. We could not recommend him enough. We had different tour guides at each stop and each one was amazing, providing a detailed and interesting account for each location. Would 100% recommendWritten 13 March 2025
- Matthew H0 contributionsGot the FULL experience of Northern IndiaGreat experience all around, the attractions were well planned and everything went very smoothly. It was very nice to have our own driver, made the sight seeing streamline, allowing for more time sight seeing and/or enjoying the culture. Highly recommend this trip, even though it is expensive, we feel it was worth it. Shout out to Kuldeep for being an amazing driver. Driving in India is crazy, and not once did we feel unsafe with Kuldeep at the wheel. He was also such a kind and genuine person, a pleasure to spend 5 days with.Written 12 March 2025
- misaelrulz0 contributionsGreat experience with great guidesI found this option where in 3 days you could visit the golden triangle and decided to book it as i literally had just 3 days and was completely worth it. My driver Mr. Ravindra took me through the 3 days, while a specific guide joined me in each city... all three (Himmat, Shyam and Ashuk) were very, very knowledgeable and supportive in terms of customizing the experience. Do consider that since the cities are 3-5 hours away, you have only the morning to know the places before moving to the next one around 2pm. For Agra and Jaypur that was time enough, but personally I could have used another day in Delhi. I did enjoy that the transfers were very calm with Ravindra, so I made up for the lost sleep, and the team made their best to push as many activities into each city as possible including local workshops where you can learn about their trades, but always respecting whatever time I wanted to spend in each place. Overall I would highly recommend it.Written 12 March 2025
- 516melodyd0 contributionsGreat ServiceThe tour we executed just as described. They truly want you to enjoy your experience and leave with a positive image of India. Make sure to always carry wipes or toilet paper with you. Kuldeep was our driver throughout. He was always on time, had our favorite snacks/drinks, and was knowledgeable about all the cities. Lunch isn’t included in the trip cost, but the guides/Kuldeep had places along the way for food/restrooms/snacks. If there’s something specific you would like to shop for, the guides know of all the best stores for valuable handmade items, but there’s no pressure to buy. If there’s something you don’t want to do or see and vice versa, they are very accommodating and follow your lead. The car also has wifi which is perfect for the long drives to the next city.Written 6 March 2025
- G3741DBjoannab0 contributionsSeamless experienceThe trip was very well organized. Going into the trip, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect as a young female traveling with a friend but all of the guides were super helpful and made the entire trip seamless. I hadn't done a lot of research on the locations we would be going to, so it was always fun to get more background and be surprised by all the pretty locations that were on the agenda. Kuldeep was our driver for the trip and was super kind and navigated all sorts of traffic professionally.Written 6 March 2025
- GrandTour140153657670 contributionsIncredible Experience!I’d recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore India and wants the most out of a five day trip. The tour guides (Mahesh & Ashok) and driver (DKwe had were incredible and took such good care of us. Their knowledge of the places we explored was so in depth and included the history, how to get the best photos (camera skills were that of a professional) and best time of day to go to avoid the crowds. So we give them two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻Written 4 March 2025
- Fearless150552971000 contributionsHighly recommend!!A fantastic experience all around! Everything was organized for me and my family and went very smoothly. We were thrilled with all of the tours and would have been completely lost if we had decided to travel on our own. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and truly made the trip. Cannot speak highly enough about this experience!!Written 26 February 2025
- ErrinaM10 contributionsThe trip of a lifetime with Pacific Classic ToursThe trip of a lifetime with Pacific Classic Tours 10/10 A++++ 5 Stars What can I say? This has been an incredible, magical, trip of a lifetime - and one I hope to repeat to do all the things there wasn't time to do, and visit all the places we just couldn't possibly squeeze in. While my husband and I were a little apprehensive at the sheer volume of activities across five cities over seven days, the  Pacific Classic Tours ensured that every little detail was taken care of, and under the care of some absolutely wonderful local guides (and the incredible Mr. Prem who was our driver, confidant, and advisor for the whole tour) we did not once feel like we were overdoing it. Special thanks to Prashant in Delhi for his wit and humour as we toured the capital, and his grace and elegant pivot as we tore up our planned itinerary in Delhi to request a visit to the Jama Masjid and a walk around the narrow alleys of the old town. Special thanks also to Vijay, our companion in Agra who is an unreasonably happy individual for someone responsible for dawn tours - and an incredible aspiring photographer to boot. A couple of examples of some of the wonderful pictures he took for us while visiting one of the most magical places on earth, the Taj Mahal. Both my husband and I were absolutely delighted with the warmth and sheer breadth of knowledge from our guide in Jaipur, Ashok, who regaled us with everything from tales of antiquity, insights into human nature, indian diets and health, stories from multiple religions, palmistry, and some incredible information on horoscopes - all while visit the magnificent Amber Palace, the Wind and Water Palaces, and the inspiring Jantar Mantar Observatory. Two nights in Jodphur under the care of Rakesh - the amazing Blue City, with the incredible Mehrangarh Fort and the Jaswant Thada cenotaph. Selfie heaven. Amazing other photo opportunities around the Clock Tower Market (Ghanta Ghar and the Sardar Market). Lastly, in Udaipur, with the very high-energy Sakib, we got to enjoy an extensive walk around the city, stopping at the Jagdish temple and the City Palace of Udaipur, followed by a wonderfully refreshing boat cruise across Lake Pichola. We skipped the visit to the Bagore Ki Haveli Museum to explore the local Bazaars selling local produce - most stores we closed given it was a Sunday, but the stunning colours of the women out buying produce was absolutely amazing to see. Truly a trip of a lifetime. The colours. The food. The people. The sites and sounds. Cannot recommend it enough.Written 23 February 2025
- Sherpa004683355970 contributionsA magical curated tour of India - Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, UdaipurA+++++ Our heartfelt and sincere appreciation to our guide, Mr. Prem Varma, for his kind care and attention, his genuine patience and attentiveness during our seven days together touring across the golden triangle and beyond. From the breathtaking dawn tour of the Taj Mahal in Agra, to the Water and Wind Palaces of Jaipur, the Mehrangarh Fort of Jodphur, and the uplifting boat cruise across Lake Pichola in Udaipur, Mr. Prem was our unflagging, uncomplaining, and endlessly entertaining guide and driver - and putting up with myself and my wife for multiple 5+ hour drives is no mean feat. Mr. Prem's wonderful insights into the regions through which we travelled, his constant efforts to ensure we have everything we need - including my particular penchant for old watch stores selling vintage timepieces, which he hunted down in each city we visited - was a constant source of delight. Mr. Prem's superb language skills, his unfailing punctuality, and very genuine personal generosity was the perfect compliment to the splendor and magnificence of our all too short tour of Rajasthan. Highly recommended tour, and if you can secure the services of Mr. Prem, I can guarantee a wonderful experience.Written 23 February 2025
- 284ariek0 contributionsExcellent tour of the Golden TriangleThe trip in its entirety was meticulously organized and exceeded my expectations in every respect. Having an interest primarily in photography, I had requested several modifications to the original plan, including the addition of a Taj Mahal full moon viewing, an additional day in Ranthambhore, and, almost last minute, to change the tiger safaris on one of my days in Ranthambhore to private rather than the planned canter ones. Shakul, PCTI’s owner, was extremely communicative before as well as during the trip itself, and he made sure that my requests, and the trip in general, were executed to my complete satisfaction. The local guides in Agra and Jaipur were knowledgeable and made sure to cater to my requests; they were a pleasure to work with. The hotels too were good quality, and mostly well situated – the one in Ranthambore was within a very short driving distance from the gates to the better zones of the park. But what really made my trip special was the driver, Kuldeep, who picked me up from the hotel and chaperoned me for the entire 6 days of the trip. There isn’t enough praise that I can bestow on Kuldeep. He is an excellent driver, knowledgeable, and patient – no matter how long I took in one spot or another to take pictures. He kept the car squeaky clean, and always had goodies in it waiting for me – the soda I like, candy, tissues, sanitizer – you name it. He addressed each and every request of mine efficiently, and, much more important, always with a big smile. I will not exaggerate if I’ll say that he is by far the best driver that I have had in any of my many trips abroad. Kuldeep is a true gem. Overall, I would highly recommend PCTI to anyone considering a trip to the “golden triangle.” If I or my family/friends go back to India, I will use only PCTI for my next trip.Written 23 February 2025
- Nomad2380950 contributionsGreat experience!First of all, thank you to Mr. Vipin Sharma for being an amazing driver for the entire 6 days of the tour! He made sure the hand-offs to the individual private guides in each city was smooth and efficient. Pickups were always on time. Our other guides Prasant, Mukesh and Ashok were very good as well. They all demonstrated excellent knowledge of their respective cities and their histories. The restaurants were all clean and delicious. The cooperatives/factories also did not pressure us too much to buy. We were extremely lucky to see tigers on both safaris (sunrise and sunset). Highly recommend this tour!Written 21 February 2025

- 544lydiam0 contributionsUnforgettable tourThe tour started a 9am at Delhi with our driver mr Sonu then we continued with Agra, Ranthambhore where we had the chance to see some tigers. And finally Jaipur to end back to Delhi again. On each city we had a guide. They were all very kind and we learnt so many things about the Indian history thanks to them. A special thanks to our driver Mr Sonu that we saw each day of our tour and he always assured that we were comfortable.Written 16 February 2025

My sister and I decided to do this 5-day tour in December as we were flying to India for a wedding and wanted to see as much as possible in the time we had left. We were picked up very punctually at our booked hotel in Delhi by Prem, our driver. The tours through the respective cities were each led by a guide (Dilip in Delhi, Ashok in Jaipur, Seema in Arga) for the respective city. We were able to learn a lot from the specialist for the respective city and all the guides also took some very nice photos of us together. If we had a wish, such as buying postcards (apparently not used in India and rather difficult to get), this was also fulfilled as far as possible. Most of the time, the traders were approached directly on our behalf and a non-touristy price was negotiated :) Back at the car, we were greeted with cold water and snacks. On the way from town to town, Prem repeatedly showed us and explained a few facts and places, as well as local culture, that we would otherwise not have noticed. I particularly enjoyed the tiger safari, even though we weren't lucky enough to see one, but we did see a bear twice - which is said to be even rarer than the tiger.
All in all, a very well-rounded tour that also caters to individual needs in order to see as much as possible in a short time, but of course a bit exhausting as a result.

We flew to Delhi with little idea of what to expect, but Mahesh our tour guide was extremely helpful. He had unlimited knowledge on a variety of different aspects of life in India, from the rich cultural history relating to cultural monuments, such as the Taj Mahal and the various forts and tombs around Jaipur, Agra and Delhi, to the festivals that were ongoing at the time. We were taken to excellent restaurants and were able to try a variety of delicious Indian dishes. Mahesh always made sure all persons in the group engaged in the tours, while also looking out for the older members of the group. He made us feel welcome the whole trip, through small details like being welcomed with a traditional marigold wreath! Mahesh was always willing to give us all a great experience of India, going above and beyond to deliver the best experience.
Mahesh worked alongside our driver, Soresh, and they always greeted us with a smile in the morning and cold drinks, with a comfortable and clean van. I would recommend both Mahesh and Soresh as tour guides to anyone visiting this region of India, as they both made our experiences as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

We had a very good experience with Pacific Classic Tours India. They organized a great itinerary and we didn't have to worry about anything. Our driver Prem stayed with us the whole itinerary. He is a tireless and very good driver although India is a very difficult country to drive. He was very kind, taking care of our needs all the time. We felt very safe with him driving! The itinerary (monuments and schedule) was very well defined and we won't spend much time in traffic jams. Hotels were very nice with very good food options (breakfast buffet). The safari was fun but you have to do a very long drive and the chances to see tigers are low. We did 2 safari tours (one in the morning and another one in the afternoon) to increase the chances of seeing animals.. We saw a tiger and a bear but we had a very very long day.. reaching out to Jaipur around 10pm. So, think about the long hours in a car before deciding to go to Ranthambore. Again, thanks to our driver Prem, the drive was very smooth. We had a very knowledgeable and fun guides in every city (Sunil, Rajnikant and Surya). We would recommend this tour and all our guides and drivers for sure!

Friendly - Knowledgeable - Great Command of English, these are just a few attributes to describe our tour and particularly our Tour Guide Mahesh! Due to flight changes we required some changes to our itenary which was no problem whatsoever. Our 14 seater bus had individual leather seats and was in perfect condition. It even had USB charging points to the great delight of our teenagers. We also had a driver which made us all feel at ease in the crazy Indian traffic. Mahesh was a fond of knowledge and accompanied us in Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthampore and Agra. He is also a great photographer and even managed to impress our tech savvy teenagers. He also had great tips for local restaurants and always managed to get us to the front of each Queue. Overall a fantastic tour, with a fantastic guide and driver and I would certainly recommend it!!!

The whole trip was excellent and beyond my expectation. The driver, Kuldeep, and all the guides were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Before the trip, I thought we might be a bit rushed visiting many places but because it’s a private tour, it was flexible and we felt relaxed and taken care the whole time. The cultural experience, rich history, and seeing tigers and many birds were simply amazing!! Highly recommend this tour.

Overall this was an excellent tour with great accommodations and food. We had one driver for our entire tour and different tour guides each day. The reason we offer a Very Good rating instead of Excellent is because our driver never attempted to converse with us and was reckless at times in his driving habits. The other "downer" was the Rathambore Tiger Tour itself. We had to drive 1-1/2 hours to our 1st visit with another driver who was less than cautious. We actually got to the reserve three hours after sunrise, too late to really see the tigers when they should have been most active and in the evening we left well before sunset when they again would have been active. We saw a lot of interesting sites and overall the tour was more than worth the cost.

This tour was absolutely amazing. Our driver DK Sharma was second to none. He was extremely pleasant, punctual and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. All our guides were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Many thanks to Dilip Singh, Ashok Sharma and Raj, and of course DK Sharma, for making our trip so enjoyable. The tour was a fantastic way to see so many sights in comfort with everything arranged for us. It was a lot of travelling and journeys sometimes longer than expected , but that’s Indian traffic!
Driver Prem so careful in the chaotic traffic, and tour guides Veejay Prashand and Seema(one of the very few female guides) were great.
Hotels were varied- some not quite as 5 star as expected but staff were so courteous.
There were some government backed craft centres that we stopped at daily which were not on our written itinerary.
Only advice would be to come for longer as we wanted to spend more time in each location!! No tigers this time but everyone else we spoke to had seen them, so just our bad luck. Good excuse to return.

Hotels were varied- some not quite as 5 star as expected but staff were so courteous.
There were some government backed craft centres that we stopped at daily which were not on our written itinerary.

Wonderfully organised, with punctual and flexible drivers and tour guides. Felt comfortable in the vehicles (air conditioned and clean) and safe with the drivers (no rash driving or speeding). Guides recommended safe and tourist-friendly places to eat, and were accommodating of our preferences.
Two outstanding workers that must be mentioned within the Pacific National Tours group, include Mr Hari Babu (the tour car driver for most of our journey) and Mr Aadarsh (our guide for Agra). Mr Hari Babu took great care in driving us safely and comfortably, ensuring we were provided with clean places to eat, and plenty of bottled water to drink along the way. Mr Aadarsh was extremely knowledgeable and very effective in transferring that knowledge to us.
All in all, we had a wonderful time in India with huge thanks to Pacific National Tours, and would highly recommend to all our family and friends.

We've had a great five-days-tour with good hotels, good sites and a perfect driver sunil! Special thanks to vijay, who was our especially great guide in agra, with good English skills, explaining without hurry, answering questions to our satisfaction and giving us space and time to explore sites like the taj ourselves... And taking good pictures! We're very grateful for the whole experience, thanks to the whole staff!
