    Unforgettable tour
The tour started a 9am at Delhi with our driver mr Sonu then we continued with Agra, Ranthambhore where we had the chance to see some tigers. And finally Jaipur to end back to Delhi again. On each city we had a guide. They were all very kind and we learnt so many things about the Indian history thanks to them. A special thanks to our driver Mr Sonu that we saw each day of our tour and he always assured that we were comfortable.

    Great Adventure in India!
We had a wonderful time in India visiting Delhi, Agra (Taj Mahal), and Ranthambore National Park! Bittu, our driver, was courteous, accommodating, friendly, and professional! Raj, our guide in Agra, was also very professional and knowledgeable. Taj Mahal and Ranthambore were amazing! Beautiful trip!

    Exceptional tour
We visited the Golden Triangle tour recently. Prem was our driver throughout for 6 days. He was patient, accommodative, knowledgeable, and very careful with his driving. We two ladies felt very safe traveling around with him. In Delhi, we had a guide named Manu, who's very friendly and knowledgeable about all the places we have been to. In Agra, our guide, Rajanikanth, was knowledgeable and gave all the insightful information about the Taj Mahal and other landmarks. In Jaipur, our guide was Vijay, and he explained about the history and importance of all the places, very professional and good with capturing good photos. Well organized tour, and I highly recommend.

    Memorable in every way
What a well organised trip this was. We booked the 6 day standard tour and added some extras. The amount of time we had to enjoy each part of the itinerary was just right. All our guides were brilliant, they would ensure we managed to escape the crowds and our photos are amazing. Our driver’s were also marvellous, how they navigate the crazy traffic is a sight to behold in itself. Shakul informed us of all plans via WhatsApp and always responded quickly and professionally. Any long drives between cities was broken with a comfort stop. I cannot recommend PCTI enough and the personal service we received was a credit to Shakul.

Family Fun with Pacific Classic Tours
My family and I took a nine-day tour with Pacific Classic Tours in January before heading to a wedding in Bangalore. It was an amazing experience. We LOVED our tour guide Mahesh. He was quite knowledgeable on all of the places we visited, was flexible in tweaking the schedule as needed, and was a master at identifying and taking the very best pictures! We consider ourselves lucky to have been under his incredible care! Our accommodations were lovely and most welcome after long days of touring. They were absolutely worthy of the five-star ratings, although some required more driving to get to than we might have liked. Our two drivers were quite competent - which is no small feat as driving in India is like nothing we have ever experienced. We also appreciated Shakul and his planning skills both in advance of the trip and as itinerary changes were made. The one thing we would change if we had to do it again is to stay longer in fewer places. We squeezed in more cities than was humanely possible, which resulted in more driving and less touring than was ideal. Bottom line, it was a great trip that we will always remember. Thank you, Pacific Classic for making it possible.

    The highest quality service
We booked our 11 day private tour directly through Pacific Classic Tours India (PCTI). Correspondence with Shakul was excellent, from the initial planning through to the completion of the trip. Our initial driver for 5 days DK Sharma was impeccable, smart, courteous and good fun…and a great driver. All our guides in every city were wonderful too, I forget all their names, they were all knowledgable, interesting and engaging…a big shout out to our guide Mukesh in Agra, his knowledge and photo taking was exceptional and we were lucky to have him during our visit to the Taj Mahal. Our safari in Ranthambore was incredible, we were lucky to be in a small vehicle with just 4 others and were are very happy we saw a tiger. Jaipur, Varanasi and Amritsar, we loved every second of our trip. India is such a diverse country, the culture, people and sights are wonderful. We chose the 4 star hotel option, every hotel was excellent, all very high standards, all with great restaurants. We are so pleased we found Pacific Classic Tours India. I would highly recommend using them the service was faultless.

    Wonderful Experience
In January 2025, we embarked on a 5-day tour of the Golden Triangle. We booked the tour without accommodations and selected the hotels ourselves. The tour operator was very helpful and provided feedback when we booked a hotel too far from the tiger reserve. Our driver, Kuldeep, was always friendly and reliable, picking us up from our accommodations and expertly navigating the chaotic traffic in India. The car was always clean, with water and snacks available for us. For the early morning tiger safari, he provided us with warm blankets, as it is very cool in the mornings in January, but pleasantly warm and not too hot in the afternoons. Our guides, Himmat in Delhi, Mahesh in Agra, and Vijey in Jaipur, shared their extensive knowledge of the sights and Indian history with us. In Jaipur, Ashok created a birth horoscope for us, offering fascinating insights into our personalities. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this tour and the tour operator.

Mr Anish was an excellent driver, personable companion and a a respectful host. Anurag, my guide, was extremely knowledgeable and added an additional dimension to my tour of Jaipur. Together they were a great team and made my day trip from Delhi a very memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you, gentlemen.

Ranthambore Tiger Safari is a must do!
Pacific Classic Tours India has been a pleasure to work with. The experience has been exactly as advertised on Trip Advisor. From the time we booked the trip, several months in advance, Shakul Garg has been very reliable in communicating by WhatsApp all necessary details needed and has been available to advise when plans changed. Our driver and guide, Vipin Sharma was a joy to work with. Very polite, speaks good English and is extremely punctual. He had us in good position for every appointment we had. We took the 5 star hotel option and were pleased with the service, accommodations and food at the Tigress Hotel. Our tours were in an open safari vehicle that holds 20 persons. There are many smaller 6-8 person vehicles out in the park. We would recommend choosing the smaller vehicle option, if Pacific Classic ever makes that option available as part of their package. Our one night package included an evening and a morning, 3+ hour tour. Dress as warmly as you can for the morning safari. We experienced a lot of wild life and saw a tiger during each outing in the national park. We would use Pacific Classic Tours India again without hesitation and recommend them highly.

Safety, comfort and peace of mind
We booked a Viator six-day/5 night sightseeing tour with a private car and driver and local guides at Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. We had booked our own hotels and wanted flexibility in the historical sights we would like to visit. We requested an English-speaking driver, who was cautious and had a reliable car. We also specifically mentioned that we were not interested in shopping or visiting carpet weaving, block printing or marble cutting outlets. The entire trip was a safe, comfortable and hassle-free experience from the very beginning. Even before we left the US, the local tour operator Manoj Kasana contacted me via WhatsApp to make sure we had no communication glitches. A few days before our trip, he sent me the name and contact details of Pramod Adhana, who would be our driver for the trip. We were very fortunate to have a driver like Pramod. Not only was he a very cautious and capable driver, he was also very personable and professional. His English was very good and we had no communication issues. He was also extremely punctual and helpful. Pramod went out of his way to point out local specialties to us, including the best street foods and delicacies. He also pointed out many landmarks and shared interesting anecdotes. Pramod was very attentive about our safety and when we had to take a short auto rickshaw ride to a monument where cars are not allowed, he exchanged cellphone numbers with the auto rickshaw driver to make sure we would be okay. We highly recommend Pramod for his excellent driving skills and pleasant disposition. All three of our local tour guides, Anand Vaishnav (Delhi), Mohsin (Jaipur) and Rahul Singh (Agra) spoke excellent English and were very enthusiastic about sharing their expert knowledge about the history and local culture. They also volunteered to take a lot of photos. During all three of our guided tours, we selected the sites and monuments which interested us and did not feel rushed or pressured. The three young gentlemen were all very professional yet friendly and respectful and we truly enjoyed their companies. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services of the tour operator, tour guides and of course our driver, Pramod Adhana, whose cautious driving, attention to our safety and comfort and his congenial personality, made our road trip truly memorable.

An Incredible Five-Day Tour Through India
The trip was perfectly organized, and we had an amazing experience, thanks to our fantastic guides, our skilled driver, and the seamless coordination by Shakul. Himmat, Mahesh and Vijey gave us deep insights into the Indian history and culture making the experience of visiting the landmarks and our time in India both educational and entertaining. Our driver, Kuldeep, accompanied us throughout the journey. He ensured our safety on the roads, was always punctual and attentive, and made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout the trip. Unfortunately, in Ranthambore, we didn’t spot any tigers, but the overall experience in the national park was still worthwhile. One of the highlights in Jaipur was meeting Ashok, an astrologer, which was a truly unique experience. We returned with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for India’s rich culture and history. Highly recommended!

A great introduction to northern India.
This trip met all my expectations. Our driver DK Sharna was wonderful and looked after us really well. The car was clean, comfortable and wifi , charging points and snacks a great bonus. The 3 guides were so knowledgeable and their iPhone photo skills next level. Seeing a tiger at Ranthambore , the highlight.

Northern India in a pinch :-)
So glad we found this tour to add to our main trip to Hyderabad! In 3d we were able to see so many wonderful sites and learn about the rich Northern Indian history and culture. Shakul, the contact organizer was very responsive and helpful. Prem, was not only a very good and experienced driver but also very professional, knowledgeable, nice and took great care of us during the whole tour! Finally, the daily local guides (Himmat, Mahesh and Vijay) were overall efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience.

Excellent tour even for solo female travellers!
I went on this 5 day tour as a solo female traveler and it was excellent. I was respected and felt safe throughout the entire trip. I would recommend. Personal driver: The driver Kuldeep was fantastic - always on time, always had drinks and snacks prepared, drove safely, car was clean and AC’d, and gave me a run through on the itinerary each day. Guides: For the main tour guide, it was spilt up for me depending on which city I was in but Himmat, Ratan, and Anurag all equally did a great job with providing me a debrief of history at each site. Anurag (Jaipur guide) was super helpful getting me a better deal at the gem store as well. Safari: I did not see tigers on this tour. I did see two leopards (among other wildlife). I am not that disappointed as if you want to ensure your chances of seeing a tiger you really need to give yourself more than one day to see them, as nature is nature. I was planning on doing another safari for tigers in south India, which is why I wasn’t too disheartened by not seeing them in Ranthambhore. However, if this is your only shot at seeing them, I’d recommend a tour that includes 3 days of safari. As it’s extremely lucky to see them in one day. Hotels: I went for the 5 star hotel booking option. In terms of stars in India 5 star doesn’t necessarily mean luxury (5 star in India is more like 4 star in USA/UK/Europe). I think if I were to rebook I would book my hotels separately. I didn’t have any problems with any of the accommodation and all hotels were clean and staff and service was excellent. I had more of a problem with atmosphere and food as the hotel I stayed at especially in Ranthambhore, the food was quite bland (probably on purpose for westerners) but I had to eat there two days in a row (breakfast, lunch, dinner and all buffet style but really bland - and really greasy Indian food — I’ve had better Indian cuisine in the UK). On top of this, all hotels didn’t have the relaxing ambiance I would have preferred. So again, if I were to do this tour again I’d book accommodation separately. But everything else was great and if food/atmosphere isn’t big on your travel agenda then the hotel options the tour agency provided are adequate. Luxury hotels I would book for next time: The Lodhi, The Oberoi, Taj All in all - I’d highly recommend this tour!

This tour was really excellent! I recommend it to anyone! We took the six day Private Pacific Classic Varanasi Ganges Tour including Delhi, Agra and Jaipur . Shakul Garg was easy to work with and handled all arrangements. The sites were amazing and everything we hoped to see. Pacific Classic tours provided a private driver and private tour guides in each city. Our driver, Sunil Shukla was with us from Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and back to Delhi. He was the best private driver I’ve had over multiple trips. He was so helpful and courteous and made us feel safe with all of the traffic. I appreciated his effort and really liked him.
We took tours in English. Our guides were easy to understand. In Delhi and Agra our guide was Dilip Singh. He was intelligent, interesting and knew how to get us the iconic sites we wanted to see.
In Jaipur our guide was Rajesh Singh. Rajesh was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and so helpful. He was passionate about the history and the people in Jaipur. He went out of his way to help me with requests I made. We enjoyed getting to know him.
We chose to fly to Varanasi. Our guide there was Gaurav. He knew so much about Hindu practices. He was patient and answered so many of our questions. We felt lucky to have him.

We have had an amazing experience on our tour of India. Our contact with Shakul was easy and he kept us updated every stage of our tour. The experiences we had were beyond our expectations, spotting tigers and bears on safari, was unexpected and wonderful. What memories we have made. Our drivers and guides were excellent on all legs of the trip, we wanted a private tour, and that is exactly what we got. Pacific Classic Tours India, is a professional and well run company. We would definitely recommend them to others and absolutely use them again. Thank you for making our India dream perfect in every way.

I found Shakul, from PCTI very helpful in organising our tour and making necessary changes along the way. We wanted to extend our tour beyond Varanasi and be taken to the Nepali border. We also wanted to vary our tour by catching an overnight sleeper train from Agra to Varanasi. He was helpful in providing advice and arranging all our bookings.
We made a mistake with our Indian Visas, thinking we could get them on arrival (as we did last time we visited India). As we arrived a few days later than expected, Shakul was very helpful and generous when reorganising our trip which required less time in Delhi and missing Jaipur.
Each of the PCTI representatives in each city were very helpful and attentive, one even staying with us late into the night on Agra station, waiting for our very much delayed train. The guides in each place were very knowledgable and helpful. My only criticism is that each guide seem to push us towards a shopping outlet or emporium of their choice where you would watch a demonstration then be pressured into buying some goods. We would have liked them to be more upfront about this as it was not included in the itinerary and would have preferred shopping in a less sterile environment at market stalls or similar. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit Old Delhi (due to the street riots) which meant that we were mostly visiting historical buildings in Delhi and Agra and felt we were missing something of the Indian culture.
My favourite parts of the trip, apart from the Taj Mahal, were where we got talk to and see everyday Indian people. Our first opportunity was when our train from Agra to Varanasi was delayed by 7 hours (not PCTI fault, just the Indian train system). As we did not arrive in Varanasi until late morning, we had the opportunity to chat with the other Indian people travelling with us, made easier because one young Indian man studying overseas spoke very good English.
The second opportunity was on our car trip from Varanasi to the Nepal border that took us through many small rustic villages where we saw people going about their daily lives away from the tourists. Apart from these interesting scenes, this car trip was a very slow and frustrating journey, as the road seems to be in constant repair for most of the way. One of the things that made this car journey so enjoyable was our wonderful driver, Bablu, whose driving we trusted completely and who took care of us so well, including showing us how to cross the border.

We booked this trip several months ago to see the highlights of Northern India.
We recently completed it and I am happy to say that we were not disappointed!
We were picked up from the airport and started the tour immediately.
Over the course of the 6 days we had 3 different tour guides, some serious, some funny, but all were very knowledgeable.
The hotels they picked for us were clean and comfortable and the food was amazing.
We also were taken to shops where we spent way too much money. The prices were reasonable that is why we spent so much!
The transportation was also great. We had a 10 seater van that was air-conditioned. Our driver was also very skilled and we felt safe with him.

Thank you for such an amazing experience

Pacific Classic Tours created an amazing custom trip for me. They were highly responsive from my very first WhatsApp message until my departure 7 days later. I was driven by the excellent Mr. Kuldeep from Delhi airport to Agra and 4 star Hotel Grand Mercure. I was picked up early the next morning to experience Taj Mahal with a super knowledgeable guide, Mr. Mahesh. He also took me to Fort Agra and a marble inlay studio where I saw ancient marble work practiced the same way as it was to create the Taj.

I was then driven to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve with lodging at the 4 star Tiger Den Resort. Went on 2 safaris the next day and with prayer from Mr. Kuldeep, saw an amazing 6 tigers! The next morning we drive back to Delhi and I grabbed a flight to Varanasi. I was provided with another excellent driver and guide, Mr. Devenbra. He guided ne through throngs of pilgrims to the Ganga Aarti ceremony. Magical. Next morning we wee back at the Ganges to take a boat ride at sunrise past funeral pyres and morning bathing rituals. Also toured very traditional silk weaving studio and had an extensive tour of Sarnath, where the Buddha gave his first sermon. Flew back to Delhi and drove to Rishikesh in Himalayan foothills. Was provided with another great guide, Mr. Raj who showed me around the Shiva temples, ashrams, suspension bridges, holy cave worshiping sites and more in the beautiful yoga capital. Phenomenal trip start to finish! Totally taken care of by people who really care and are knowledgeable.

I signed up for a private solo trip for 6 days in India. I was met at the airport by Mr. K.K. Sharma at 2am! He was not only my transport from the airport but my safe transportation between all the cities. In each city the guide changed but the one constant was Mr. K.K. He was helpful in all aspects of the trip outside of transportation. He was my tour guide in the road between cities and even assisted in tracking down custom earrings I had made. I would recommend this trip to those who are traveling alone or with others.
