Great organization, you don't have to worry about anything. We highly recommend it.Written 30 November 2024

The driver drove carefully and the car was in great condition. The planning was excellent and made our experience seamless, all we had to do was step in and out of the car.Written 29 November 2024
- 166lenv0 contributionsRaj Mahal in 660 minutesI decided to take the sunrise tour which required a 2:30 am pickup at my hotel. My driver, Inderjeet was prompt and friendly and his car was clean and comfortable. He was an excellent driver. We arrived in Agra after about 3 hours we picked up the guide, Donal who was also friendly and very knowledgeable. We went immediately to the Taj Mahal which was amazing. Following that we went to Agra Fort and the “Baby Taj” followed by breakfast at a Courtyard Marriott hotel restaurant. This was followed by a quick stop at a local marble factory where I was able to see the ancient craftsmanship as practiced by the builders of the Taj Majhal. Back to the hotel in Delhi by 1:30 pm. Overall it was a great experience and worth the time. .Written 25 November 2024
- Mobile276565375570 contributionsBest driver!Hi! A friend and I went on a 3 day tour with Crystal India Holidays from Delhi to Agra and Jaipur. It was amazing! Vicky was our excellent driver who kept us safe, shared delightful conversation, and catered to our needs. I highly recommend him as a driver! The sights were phenomenal and accommodations were excellent.Written 24 November 2024
- 550milesc0 contributionsAMAZING TOURWhat a fantastic experience. From enquiring about the holiday to booking and subsequently going, communication was brilliant. Our requests were listened to and a bespoke itinerary was put together. I was travelling in a family group of seven, with my parents in their late eighties. This was a feat in itself but Crystal India holidays made it possible. From the driver Krishan, who was superb, kind and thoughtful and an incredibly skilled driver, to all our knowledgeable and professional guides our experience was perfect. Shiv met us from the plane in Delhi and within minutes we felt he was part of our family. I would recommend his service to anyone. Manish was a great guide in Agra and Manoj was very knowledgeable with our sightseeing in Jaipur. A long review but I could go on and on. If you are thinking of a tour operator please use Crystal India, they were fantastic and made a logistically tricky holiday with parents with mobility issues very easy. I will recommend to family and friends and just hope they extend their business further than northern India!Written 24 November 2024
- Reine B0 contributionsGreat service!Great service! my best friend and I will never forget this tour. Since this is our first time traveling together, I made sure everything was planned and she would have a good experience. I appreciate you making this possible for us. Our driver, Mr. Ashwani, is incredibly patient and nice to us, and our tour guide, Mr. Farman, is very knowledgeable it’s the places we visited . All in all, the trip was fantastic! Without a doubt, I will surely recommend this tour with my friends and family!Written 24 November 2024

- Melanie T0 contributions3 day Luxury Golden Triangle tourWe booked the 3-day Golden triangle tour based on other tripadvisor reviews and we weren’t disappointed. All three guides (one in each city) were knowledgeable and made sure that we had a fantastic experience. Each of the guides know where to take the best photos and will be your ‘photographer’ for the duration of the tour. Our driver, Annu, was kind and courteous and got us to each of hotels safely through the chaotic traffic. There is only one rule when driving in India - there are NO rules! Both hotels (Jaypee Palace, Agra and Novotel, Jaipur) were very good. We opted not to go to any shops or markets and maximized our time seeing the sights. In all, we would definitely recommend Crystal Holidays.Written 23 November 2024

- Maggieintravel0 contributionsWonderful tour to golden triangleIt was one of the best tours we have joined. Our driver Vicky was skilful and experienced in managing the busy traffic in India, and we were able to safely visit many important sightseeing spots within 3 days. All the 3 tour guides, especially our tour guide in Agra, were informative and knowledgeable. They made our journey more fruitful and helped to take good pictures too. Our 5-star hotel in Jaipur was spacious and wonderful. Our driver and tour guides all did their best to make sure we were well taken care of. Everything was exceptional and beyond expectation. We would not hesitate to recommend this well organised tour to anyone who wish to visit India!Written 18 November 2024
- Locococomama0 contributionsGood service, some improvements could be hadWe used Crystal for our entire time doing the Golden Triangle, though there were a few things we planned on our own. I did the hotels and our fights as well as Elefantastic and the Safaris. The good: They worked with me as I developed my tour and allowed me to plan what I wanted on my own. We wanted to work in Ranthambore and I had to get a bit creative on the schedule since time was tight, flying into Delhi and then a Jaipur flight the next morning. I did have to find this alternative myself. They were wise about driving instead of the train as it also saved a bit of time and gave us some flexibility. The drivers were great, I couldn't ask for more on that front. Most of our tour guides were decent, with Agra being the best. She was good at getting us the info we needed for sites. Overall, we enjoyed our time in India and saw all the things we wanted to see. Needs improvement: Planning recommendations: I had planned Elefantastic on my own in the morning. Had I been told that Agra Fort is far better in the morning (just way too hot in the afternoon), I would have flipped my day easily. in advance My Jaipur tour guide informed me of this the day prior and there was no way to change it at that point. Once I tried to change the Elefantastic and could not, she kept pressing, saying she would schedule the Elephants at a different place. I had done my research and they are the best and known for their care of the animals (and they do not pay commissions to tour companies as far as I can tell) so I booked them on my own. Even after we were done with the Elephant experience, she kept bringing up that we should have changed it, several times. Finally, I had to say that I did not want to hear it again. Her value as a guide was average as far as telling us about things. We had time and I had my list of potentials and I just wish she had recommended things with the time we had. The Monkey Temple was a great addition that I had to ask for (though my driver was awesome at making the timing work, getting us a guy to play with the monkeys, and getting us bananas to go to another location to feed them, kuddos to him). The first car they put us in had such a strong deodorant that you could not breath. They promptly changed drivers/cars for us, again, big kuddos for this, and we never had to deal with such again. It does say a lot when a company is so responsive and finds a resolution so quickly. Our Delhi guide was just OK. I had to keep asking her, what should we know about this, which is not what you should have to do. She did help come up with a good plan for the day though. Overall, they were fairly priced in comparison to others I looked at and did cater to the schedule I wanted. We enjoyed our time touring with them.Written 18 November 2024
- Ting-Shan H0 contributionsPicture Jaipur-factYogish was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We easily traveled between the security checkpoints at sites and avoided most crowds. He loved quizzing us on Rhajistan history and, I’ll admit- flattery for correct responses. He’s also a very good photographer and offered taking us beautiful pictures frequently. The instrument laboratory and Jaipur palace was a lot of fun for us. Our driver Rajinder has excellent manners and the car condition is spot clean. I highly recommend booking with Crystal Hiliday. The tailor we visited also made some great products. The block printing looked beautiful. Recommend staying in Jaipur a night if you can. We commuted from Delhi.Written 18 November 2024

When researching which tour operator to go with we based our decision on Trip advisor reviews, but were apprehensive, however we could not have picked better. Starting with the ease of booking and immediate contact with Amit, our tour liaison who remained in contact throughout our tour and was incredibly helpful in rearranging our accommodation when a presidential visit threatened to interrupt our plans. Our driver was polite, attentive and saw that every request we made was fulfilled. The local guides were knowledgable, friendly using there experience to enhance our enjoyment at each site visited. I would recommend Golden Triangle tours to anyone and have been encouraging our fellow guests at the hotel to get in touch. I cannot thank Amit and his team enough for an absolutely incredible tour and we will be using them again. Thank you.

I also booked this tour due to the fantastic reviews on this site and so pleased I did.
Manish took care of my booking and payment and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
We were meet at the airport by our driver Stya (relying on my daughter for correct names and spelling). Our driver was so good and kept us safe at all times. It takes real skill and patience to drive in India and our driver was amazing, always punctual and happy to see us.
A huge shout out to Ajmal our guide whilst in Agra. Ajmal knew everything about the Taj Mahal and looked after us so well and took the most amazing photographs which are priceless.
Manoj was our guide in Jaipur and another fantastic guide. I could not imagine visiting India without a guide and driver as India is full on in so many ways. This tour took the worry out of everything. Embrace India for what it has to offer, yes their is things that we are not use to in our cultural but if you visit open minded then you will enjoy the experience, we met some lovely people.
We chose to stay in five star hotels and so pleased we did, so worth the extra money as you need a good nights sleep after the driving and visiting different places. The Hilton in Jaipur was my our favourite.
Tipping is a way of life and expected so always have local currency on hand (biggest tip) I can offer, from the locals in the toilets (have tissues on hand), the driver and guides all deserve a nice tip as they work very hard and some away from families months at a time to earn a living.
Thankyou for the memories and making our trip an enjoyable one.

Want to see Taj Mahal and afraid because alone, decided to take this tour who offer several services likely pick up at the airport and private driver taking care of driving in India which is not easy for europeans, traffic is crazy and is very dangerous.
As I said I was alone and I had for four days a different tour guide in every city visited, driver was the one pick me up at Delhi airport and drive me back to Delhi airport at the end of four days tours.
Everything was organized by the this company and find out that it was as expected, wonderful resorts 5 stars for overnights, visited everything I want to see, tour guide where extremely friendly and very accommodating, driver is a very good driver taking care of my security at all times...... I believe they can arrange private tours for number majors than one, trust them they’re serious and maintaining what is written in the tour’s description.
Love it and everything will remaining in my memories one of the most positive experience ever had in my life.
Thank you and God bless you. Wishing you a big success you deserved.

Having experienced travelling around other countries independently we considered planning our own trip. However, after some research we decided to book the 4 day tour so we could get the most of each city. This was the best decision we could have made. India can be quite a chaotic place and having such incredible guides and driver made the trip enjoyable and stressless. Amit was in contact through email and Whatsapp before the tour started and gave extremely helpful information before and during the tour including costs, tipping and a detailed breakdown of the trip (which we could alter if we wanted too). We were picked up by our driver My Jarnail on the first day in Delhi at 8am and visited the first few attractions with our guide Nitin who was informative and genuinely had a passion for his city. In Agra we had Ashok who was an amazing guide. He prioritised getting incredible photos for us in front of the Taj Mahal and gave an easy to understand history of all the main sites. We were so thankful to have had such an awesome guide and had the best time in Agra. In Jaipur, Sanjay showed us around and gave us lots of information on the history of Jaipur and answered all our questions promptly. He was understanding and really helped us grasp a lot of the finer details around culture, religion and general history. Mr Jarnail, our driver was always ready to pick us up with cold drinks and made us feel so welcome. We are so thankful to have had such an amazing tour and would definitely use the same company again.

There is certainly room for improvement on this tour and although I did enjoy the experience I don’t think it was worth the price for a solo traveler. It would’ve been helpful to know the following before booking the tour: 1) there would be a different guide for each city, 2) there would be a good number of costs for all of the site entrance fees - I was never told to bring X amount of cash with me, 3) some of the hotel locations wouldn’t be ideal for you to explore the city because it was outside the city center and/or unsafe, and 4) the travel time between each of the cities - as most of the trip is spent driving.
It was certainly helpful to have friendly, local guides accompanying you to the main attractions but it wasn’t worth the price. You had to tip all 3 guides and the driver, pay for entrance fees and some lunch / dinners. Therefore, this price was pretty steep for a solo traveler. I appreciated getting to see some of the handmade crafts in the city but also found these shops to peer pressure you into a making a purchase and this really put a damper on these aspects of the tour.

We are glad to know that you enjoyed the experience and found guides friendly.
I would like to clear the points you have mentioned,
1) There will be local guides in each city, we don't hire one single guide for whole tour, because local guides provide more information and they could explain more about their local culture and their city, In India Every city has it's own unique culture.
2) It's mentioned in Exclusions that Entrance tickets will cost Approximately USD 60 per person in total for all monuments.
3) We use these hotels, Agra City: Hotel Jaypee Palace, Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton or Courtyard by Marriott. Jaipur City: Hilton or Radisson Jaipur City center or Holiday Inn City center, these hotes are located in cities and very safe, as security at these hotels is as per 5 star hotel standards.
4) Yes, there is travel time between these cities, Delhi to Agra it's Expressway, Agra to Jaipur it's Highway, Jaipur to Delhi it's newly built Expressway.
As mentioned in Exclusion details, Gratuities (Optional), So Tipping drivers and guides are not necessary, it's options, if you like services of them then you may give them Tip otherwise not, they are well paid.
Also, as we mentioned in travel tips, you may skip or add any monument, shopping place, local bazaar in the itinerary, you may let us know in advance or you may inform your guide about the same, we do it as per our customer's advise, there is no pressure to visit any places.
We hope to welcome you again in the future.
Best regards,
Team Golden Triangle Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour / Crystal India Holidays.

We were two American women wanting to tour the golden triangle and simply googled tours and found this one due to the good reviews. Amit opened a communication line very quickly after I booked our 4 day tour. He was available anytime for questions or concerns. He let us add a half day tour on our last day graciously. Our driver was absolutely incredible. Very kind, accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you for all of your stellar driving Krishan! I don’t know how you navigated all of that craziness!
Our guides in each location were phenomenal as well. They were knowledgeable, respectful and always went above and beyond in ways like opening car doors, walking on the side with cars and ensuring all of our needs were met. Our Agra guide knew all the best spots for pictures and the sunrise was 100% the only way to go crowd wise. They all spoke 3+ languages, very impressive. We stopped at authentic but clearly tourist locations for lunch. The Indian food was able to be tailored spice wise which we appreciated. All was delicious.
We stayed at the Jaypee Palace in Agra and Hilton Jaipur. Jaypee is a little meh, it has construction (October 2022 they’re upgrading rooms) and it is very loud due due to weddings they hold. Our room was literally shaking with the base and the happy guests attending the weddings are quite loud, but I don’t blame them. It’s a wedding! Not anything related to the tour company though, so if you are wanting to get a good rest, maybe request a different hotel. Breakfast was the best part!
Hilton in Jaipur was very nice. Breakfast is not as good as Jaypee but still gets the job done!
We stopped at the Inlaid tile/marble place in Agra where they had a great educational piece and we didn’t feel pushed to purchase anything. They were sweet people.
We also stopped at the gemstone place (Jaipur Exports Jewelry) in Jaipur and they push HARD for sales if you show any slight interest. The guy we had could have led a class on high pressure sales tactics. I was able to negotiate to about 50% of listed price. They let us skip the carpet place, no problem!
Overall, we felt extremely safe and accommodated. I would use this company again and recommend to family and friends. Amit, our driver Krishan and all the guides were lovely people, and I am very thankful for their customer service regarding this trip!

The Golden Triangle tour was a splendid experience in every respect.
Everything was as promised and better. The driver, Pyarelal showed up on time and provided calm through the entire trip on busy Indian roads. The local guides in Delhi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri and Jaipur were all very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering questions and taking photos. I had very good exchanges with Crystal India Tours Manager, Amit Narang on what to expect and his follow-up on how our trip was going.i would definitely use them again at next opportunity. By the way the vehical was nice and we'll kept and had WiFi to boot

I cannot recommend those tour enough!!! Amit and his team handled every detail seamlessly as we traveled from city to city...all we had to do it sit back, relax and take in the incredible sights!
We were so fortunate to have kind, knowledgeable and professional guides in every city.
Naveen showed us the perfect day in Delhi- weaving history into what we were seeing current-day as he expertly navigated is around. Warm and kind, he embodied the magic spirit of the city!
Rasheed wove is thru the crowds and endless amazing corridors of the Agra fort and the Taj Mahal, all while making sure we got the perfect pictures.
Our last day in Jaipur with Basant was incredible- from knowing special vantage points throughout town, to greeting nearly everyone in the city (we jokingly named him Jaipur’s ambassador of cultural affairs), one of my favorite memories of that day was enjoying a wonderful lunch together and talking about different cultures and life more generally.
Other notes: Car was safe and reliable. Mr. Rajkumar was excellent at navigating traffic (and the occasional cow!) we looked forward to his smiling face each morning! Hotels were very nice, with restaurants and other amenities onsite.
Will remember this trip for the rest of my life! Thanks again for an amazing experience!

If you are on a clock but would still like to enjoy the wonders of the Golden Triangle, this is your tour. I’m typing this on our drive back from Jaipur, going through all the photos we made.
With our skillful driver Subhash weaving smoothly through the insanity of Indian traffic, bringing us from stop to stop, we feel we have seen as much as can be enjoyed on our four day tour. From beginning to end the tour has felt professional while still personal, leaving space for our own choices (elephant ride or not? Shopping stops or not? Deeper into the fort or not?) all while providing tons of info on the marvels of India’s history and culture. Our guides have been nothing but kind while showing us around, buying us tickets, and keeping us safe. Vishwaraj Singh was our guide in Delhi- he was kind, able to level with us, and knowledgeable. Ronit was our guide in Agra; he was professional, punctual and clearly showed his years of experience as a guide. Finally Mukesh, our guide in Jaipur, was very knowledgeable, funny and adaptive. Subash waited patiently, told us whatever he knew about our surroundings when going from city to city and kept his vehicle spotless clean.
For us, starting the tour on a Monday affected the itinerary somewhat as many things in Delhi are closed that day. However we got offered a great alternative to the White Lotus temple (a Sikh temple) and were still very happy. Also perhaps good to know when planning your trip; we understood that the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays, but I am confident that the operator would have solid way to resolve this in your itinerary.
We opted for the five star hotel option and were overall not disappointed. Not at all on the tour operator but the only thing we noted was that the Jaypee Palace in Agra seemed to have a bit of a sewage smell throughout the place though that was not at all too bad, and we loved the flower chain we got there upon entry. Our stay at the Hilton in Jaipur was great. Do note that experiences of five star hotels in Western countries may not fully reflect here, but value for money is the same if not better.
I do urge anyone to go through the materials provided & tour info since it contains important upfront information that’ll ensure a good experience (f.e. how much cash to bring, where you yourself need to be wary of pushy photographers etc.)

An excellent tour, hands down!!! Every day on the tour we were blown away by not only the rich historical sites but also the hospitality and friendliness of the people. From the tour guides to our driver to the hotel workers, we were impressed by how genuine and kind the people were.
Our driver - Ram Singh - throughout the whole four days was just the best! He was not only great at driving but also great to talk to since he knew a lot about each city as well. Thanks Mr. Ram Singh!! Each of our tour guides were great to talk with, knew everything about the sites and the city, and were great photographers surprisingly! We learned a lot about Indian history, culture, and the different religions from them.
The 5-star hotels we stayed at were incredible. We we're staying in luxury hotels that's already included in the tour price, so it was a great deal.
The restaurants our tour guides suggested were excellent as well. We only wish it was more of a local scene than a tourist spot.

Hi, I planned to visit on end January. Heard morning likely to experience fog during this period. Can I visit Taj Mahal in the evening instead morning?

Thank you for reaching out! Yes, you're right; mornings in late January can sometimes be foggy, which may affect visibility at the Taj Mahal. If you'd like, we can plan your visit for later in the day when the fog has usually lifted, ensuring a clearer view of this stunning monument. Keep in mind, however, that the Taj Mahal is especially enchanting at sunrise due to the soft lighting, so it's a matter of preference. We’ll make sure your experience is exceptional either way!
Best regards,
Amit

Hello, I would like to book this "Four-Day Private Luxury Golden Triangle Tour to Agra and Jaipur From New Delhi" from January 17, 2022 for 4 adults. Is it possible to start this private tour on January 17, by seeing Delhi attractions with 3 adults, then staying on at Delhi for the Jan 17 night and leaving for Agra on Jan 18 with 4 adults. This will not include the Taj Mahal view during sunrise, but during the day time. No need to have a night stay at Agra. We can drive straight from Taj Mahal to Jaipur. So, instead of the cost of1-night Agra hotel, it can be replaced by a Delhi hotel. If this is acceptable, then what will the total cost be? Thanks for your time on this. Looking forward to your response in this matter before we book our trip. Thanks again.
