I had a great experience in Prizren with Edis.. from the hiking to the city tour.. well expert and knowledge in his field.

It‘s the second time I explored Prizren with a few friends and the help of Edis. Both times: it was awesome! We learned a lot and the time just flew by. Thank you Edis.

I stayed in E-19 Apartment in Prizren and very much enjoyed my stay there. The host was extremely helpful with all sorts of requests I had. The apartment was very central and very clean and everything inside worked fine. I can highly recommend the place to any traveller. Thank you for hosting me.

Edis took us (my boyfriend and myself) skiing at Brezovica. We wanted to try skinning up the mountain backcountry style. Edis provided us with all of the necessary equipment and knowledge. We had a fantastic time and we learned so much and saw beautiful sights. He also took us to a great restaurant afterwards and introduced us to his wonderful friends. Edis is also very knowledgeable about the town of Prizren and we walked around the town with him and he showed us many cultural and historical sights and he introduced us to some local beverages and foods. We really enjoyed talking with him and he taught us a lot. Edis is not only a great guide, but he also became a good friend. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Edis introduced us to snow shoeing in the mountains of Dragash and we had the best time. He adjusted the hike too our fitness and we hiked for a couple hours in the desolate mountains. Beautiful. He told us a lot of interesting facts on the hike as well. Recommended all the way!

I hiked twice in Prizren with Edis. His knowledge of the mountains and of the flora is impressive. Just as impressive as his lovely and lively personnality and enthusiasm. Edis is a very considerate and profesional guide. I will definitely come back to hike with him again !

I couldn’t have wished for a better guide to discover and learn appreciate the region around the Sharri mountains in April 2019. Edis definitely stands out in what he’s doing, thanks to his good energy & his excellent knowledge about Prizren & its mountainous surroundings, as well as about everything beyond this region. For me, he was a precious help to discover and understand Kosovo, and to bring me closer to the people of this wonderful country. Furthermore, Edis guides everyone through the beautiful but rough mountains who loves them as much as he does, never mind their ethnic background or origin. It might be a detail, but it isn't in a country where ethnicity is still a source of tension.

Edis took me up into the mountains for a brilliant trail run. We ran along a beautiful unmarked trail (which I would never have found myself) into the snow-capped pine forest. It was a magical experience. He is a really great guy and an excellent runner. Edis knows the local area inside out and is full of information. He was also kind enough to let me sample some typical local drinks. Edis is incredibly generous with both his time and his knowledge. I’m very grateful for the amazing time I had running with Edis. He also does hiking and snowshoeing guiding, and provides city tours. He provides a highly tailored, authentic local experience, which shouldn’t be missed. If you are looking for any kind of adventure in or around Prizren, Edis is your guy!

Edis jumped in to cover our guide who was sick and he didn’t disappoint! He’s literally full of energy and enthusiasm for this region and it comes across in his detailed descriptions and scene setting of each ‘target’ the walking tour took us to. We started at about 3.30 which was the perfect time to day and we rounded off the tour with a Turkish tea and some all important people watching which gave those that wanted to a chance to hear more stories from the time he grew up here comparing it to how life has changed with the border changes across his lifetime. Really interesting and informative! A must-do when in Prizren. Thank you Edis!

Edis took my new friend and I up into the mountains. I only had one day to see Kosovo, and he delivered on all areas. We did some amazing hiking, we met local people, we had great food, and we saw the local Shar dogs which was amazing. Edis is very knowledgable as well as very friendly. He’s super fit, but made sure we went at our pace. I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

I went hiking in a group with Edis, in the mountains near the Macedonian border. He knows the area around Prizren very well and is very passionate. He guided us on a tour with beautiful and dramatic views. Even though the rest of the group was more experienced hikers than I, they were patient with me and I felt safe throughout which made it possible to choose an adventurous path. It turned out to be a very fun and satisfying experience, that left me exhausted in the best way! If you want to go hiking, I wouldn't hesitate to go with Edis, and the area around Prizren offers some fantastic hiking options. Also he runs a hostel in Prizren called M99. It is nice, cosy and clean, great location and very reasonably priced. However the best asset of the hostel is the staff, Edis and his brother Agron. Friendly, open-minded, engaging and knowledgeable. They gave me a personal introduction to the town, country and the history of the area.

In addition to exploring nature around the area, Edis is a great guide when experiencing the city of Prizren. He clearly knows this city inside and out. He guided our group around the city center, sharing his passion and knowledge about lesser-known places and the Ottoman history of the area. Everyone felt welcomed and learned a lot about the city!

Edis introduced me into hiking during my 2 months work in Prizren. Together with our colleagues, we explored Prizren mountains and enjoyed late autumn weather. Edis knows all corners of Prizren and its hiking paths. We even had water from the natural spring. Edis is amazing guide: patient with the members of the group, passionate about outdoor activities and full of useful information! While visiting south of Kosovo, Prizren and surroundings are highly recommended and you wont find a better guide than Edis!

As a group of 5 girls from Poland, we had an opportunity to explore mountains near beautiful city named Prizren. Edis is full of passion and colorful stories. He’s experienced guide with a wide range of knowledge about mountains and nature. He’s very friendly and easygoing. We had so much fun together! Can't wait to visit him again :)
