      They did not reply.
I emailed them with request for dates and pricing information. They did not reply. Surprised by this, they seem very well established online. You cannot book in advance on their website so makes planning tours with them hard. I found another site Planet Amritsar which allows planning in advance and booking process is transparent!

      City on pedals- morning tour
City on pedals has been a beautiful jewel found on trip adviser. Not too many people know the walking tours which they offered to us at 4 am. We had to meet our guide outside of Harmandir saheb in the pristine hours of morning. We had a complete tour of 2.5 hours which took us from interiors of Harmandir saheb, the book ceremony, kitchen and ending it with warm tea! It was a mesmerizing experience with variety of stories of past and present times. The most fascinating place was kitchen. It was worth every minute! Must do!

Fantastic experience! Absolutely recommend this tour!
This review is so long over due. What a wonderful experience! I loved this tour. I can’t remember the guide’s name now, but she was fantastic—lots of personality, extremely knowledgeable, and knew so many people at the Temple. We got to see so much too—behind the scenes at the food kitchen, inside the Golden Temple itself, tea at the food kitchen. It was a magical experience in the dark hours of the morning. I enjoyed it so much that I booked another tour with her for the next day.

      Early morning walking tour
The star attraction of Amrtsar is always Golden temple but not too many people know that city on pedals offer a 4 am morning walk and 7 pm evening walk which includes the book ceremony, interior of Golden temple kitchen and the entire very interesting history and stories of Golden temple in all these years!! I had taken morning 4 am walking tour lasting about 2 to 2.5 hours. Loved the story telling method of information and Loved every minute of it!!

      First heritage tour after covid
Lovely experience! Super friendly host and they made us have amazing food along with the tour. We went to hidden gems of the city, which would have been hard to access on our own.

      Rememberinf Heritage
Last year, we had visited this historical and religious city of Amritsar. The new developed Heritage walking street, must be visited by every visitors. All heritage and religious sites are connected with one street. Best place for one day walk and full of eating places and shopping.

Book a tour with COP, you won’t regret it!
We took 3 tours with Sam from City on Pedals in our 2 days in Amritsar. We took the walking food tour, the Golden Temple tour, and the Village tour. All 3 were more than we could have expected! The food we tried on the food tour was delicious and we learned a lot about the city between stops. The Golden Temple tour was very informative and essential to our understanding of the temple’s significance. And the Village tour should be on every Amritsar visitor’s agenda. It’s an experience you just can’t get if you stay within the city. We met some of the kindest people, saw the beautiful agricultural side of the region, and had a delicious, home cooked lunch. We would recommend City on Pedals to everyone who visits Amritsar!

      Great introduction to Amritsar
I booked 5 Trips online. This was an easy process with good confirmation. The starting point of the Partition museum is less than ten minutes walk from the Golden Temple. Sam our guide was guide and he told us about the culture and heritage of the city. This included some hidden gems which we would not have found ourselves. This tour took us through side streets with a couple of food stops which was great. A great introduction and a great guide

Thank you for an awesome tour!!
One of the most important reason that we could enjoy this tour was thanks to Rabhia, our tour guide. We had 2 tours with her and she is a really kind, good person who had all info required & ensured our tour went smooth) Definitely our choice of tour company, no doubt. But what a Amritsar wonderful bazaar) we had fun shopping.

The border parade was a lot of fun despite the bad weather. I felt this tour is a little expensive, given the parade admission is free entry. The guide and driver were very friendly and enthusiastic, with perfect English but on reflection, I feel we could have gotten a taxi from Amritsar to the parade for almost the same experience at a fraction of the cost.

Very well organized tour and highly knowledgeable guide. Rabia, the tour leader picked us from our hotel and she made us really comfortable in the first minute. The tour started with a stop at a historical site called the pull kanjari. It was a very hidden and not so touristy place and we really enjoyed the story telling part then we proceeded towards wagah border and we were on time and got perfect seats. There were snacks and water bottles included in the tour. Rabia told us the reason behind the parade and alot of other things which was really very interesting. The parade filled out heart with joy and pride.Thank you Rabia for such an amazing experience. you are a star !

They were not at all organised , If they are conducting a tour , they should have sorted things out before hand .
Therefore we did not continue with the trip at all . Spoilt our mood . We had An aged lady with us . And we weren’t treated well at all .
Never will ever fall for it . Would request for a full refund .

Even Trip Advisor doesn’t have a proper customer care channel to request for a refund. .

Thank you for giving us a completely undeserving 1-star review for which I am unsurprisingly highly unappreciative. This review is our first ever 1-star. It's extremely saddening! For everyone's benefit, I advise reading details carefully before purchasing/signing up for ANYTHING. Your goal shouldn't be to show up and the first thing to do is ask for a refund just because you found there are cheaper alternatives. Of course, there are going to be cheaper alternatives but that should not be the reason why you humiliate a small business owner and their team. Your insecurity of spending money would hurt you less than a bad review that a local business gets. It hurts the morale of local businesses so much that has made Customer Satisfaction their ONLY priority. But let's go through this: 1. We are arguably one of the most organized teams in the city 2. We are very well known for our preparedness 3. Being a transparency and instructions freak, I had ensured to provide the minutest details on our tour pages which you had painfully chosen to ignore 4. I would be the first one to accept our mistakes and apologize. This is not the case 5. We have a rapport of under-promising and over-delivering 6. We treat every guest as a family member; you can see that from the previous reviews 7. With us, someone has to make a lot of effort to have a less than memorable time 8. As much as we dislike many of TripAdvisor's policies, they aren't at fault this time Despite all this, please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

COP made it a very easy experience to get to and from the border ceremony. Samson was my guide and I had a good driver in a nice vehicle. I had booked a group tour but was the only person on the tour. We visited some old baths and saw countryside, bunkers and the border in the distance. Samson provided lots of explanation. Only drawback is guide can’t come into foreigner section for ceremony so you are on your own for this (although it doesn’t really need explanation and I was told everything in advance). You can probably go to the ceremony cheaper but if you are short on time to organise this is definitely an easy way to do this.

Just finished our Wagah Border tour!! Rabia was lovely and very knowledgeable. Great English and really explained everything.

The car was great. Good AC and tons of room.

We are doing The Golden Temple tour tmo and disappointed she won't be out guide.

She new everyone at the border as well. Very friendly & social.

I even got to run with the Indian flag and the crowd went crazy. Made me tear up that they were so happy I was running with the flag.

    Thanks Rabia,

We booked the Wagah Border Tour and the Golden Temple tour.
The City on Pedals team were on point from their timely communications when we booked the tours to our arrival at their facility. They made us feel so comfortable prior to the start of our tours. Our first tour was the Wagah Border tour. Rabia our tour guide was awesome. She was a superchill person who was very informative about everything to do with Wagah Border. It felt like we were VIP's as all the Military personal knew her. My wife was able to partake in the flag running which was a priceless moment for us. Rabia made sure we were comfortable especially with the extreme heat in July.

Once we finished our Wagah Border tour we then took the Golden Temple Tour with Gurpreet. He is a fun loving guy who really enjoys his job. My son is a very quiet kid and Gurpreet made him feel so comfortable during the tour. He made sure we experienced everything at the Golden Temple from experiencing the picturesque views and eating amazing food at the langar. He was so detailed when it came to understanding Sikhism and the history of the Golden Temple.

We had a wonderful time and couldn't ask for anything more. Keep up the good work!

I cannot speak highly enough of this tour. Rabia, our guide was so interesting and knowledgeable and great fun. I have a lot of admiration for her.
The whole afternoon and evening was an experience that I would recommend for every traveller.
My husband and I don't normally do the 'tour' thing, but the reviews were so good we decided to give it a go.
Rabia, John and I set out early afternoon, along with a very good driver, for our Border Tour.
We stopped on the way at some very old baths and had a look at the border fence before making our way to the Wagah Border. Both were really interesting and Rabia was very open about everything and gave is great insight into the culture.
The Wagah tour is something else, I don't want to go into too much detail and ruin the experience for you, but I have raved about it to so many people since our return.
Afterwards Rabia took us to a very interesting temple close the their office which I am so glad I didn't miss!! Not at all what I was expecting.
Rabia you are awesome, keep doing what you are doing.
