We had the best time visiting Diwar island with our story teller Rutwik. Such an unexplored place with rich history and culture about Goa that you wouldn’t otherwise know about. The trail planned by Make it happen was so unique, with unique additions and the tour was not rushed which was the best part. We really got a chance to immerse ourselves in the stories of the place and experience the place that it made the whole trip that much more rewarding. A must visit if you like doing off best things, like history and learning about different cultures.

We took Divar Island trail trip on 1st Oct and this was definitely one of the best experiences we had on our Goa trip. Hritvik is an amazing guide with extremely good knowledge and friendly nature. We had lunch in a local household and our host was extremely courteous and food was delicious. We also had a brief music session which was a good addition to the trip by MIT. Thanks Hritvik for making it a perfect trip.

Pawan and Hinaz made us feel very welcome. The trail was well thought out, the story telling (I wouldn’t call it explanation) made the historical characters come alive. The old houses were a glimpse into Goan life through the centuries. Wonderful experience!

We had a very interesting and informative tour with Make It Happen on the Chandor Heritage Trail with Alilia. I would highly recommend it if learning about a bygone era is your thing. The mansions were fascinating to explore.

The walk with storyteller Vimala DeSouza was great. We went to many places in the 2 hours and at every place Vimala managed to tell an interesting story. We also stopped for fresh coconut water and cream, which was one of my personal highlights.

We had amazing walk with an amazing storyteller, Mugdha. Knowing the stories behind every architectural marvel and things most people might leave unnoticed was truly amazing. I believe anyone coming to goa should visit here along with a storyteller like Mugdha. Otherwise you just come and take pics of random buildings and churches. They hold stories only a good storyteller can unlock.

We had really wonderful walk along with Vaibhav, our storyteller. Without his stories I believe Saligao would be less understood by anyone and it is definitely a must visit village for anyone coming to goa. Had great goan snacks as well in a heritage home that had stories to tell as well.

Santoshi was a great guide, she was very knowledgeable and you could see she had a lot of passion. The churches are beautiful! Would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to find out about Old Goa and its history!

We really liked to hear all about the Goa history. Our guide Mugdha was very intelligent and told us a lot. Her English was very good and her stories as well.

Stories you would have never thought of - enhancing the entire experience of visiting Goa. Vimala is a master storyteller who makes sure that you remember what is being told. The stories are nicely tied up and do not feel like historical facts being rattled off. We could imagine what it would have been like 100s of years ago.

It was a well curated experience filled with stories, histories, great people, scenic routes and great food. We got a glimpse of this laidback island through Rutvik, who was engaging and knowledgeable. He got the pulse of the group and the stories were enthralling.
