- L2799ZDpaulinej0 contributionsRecommendedThis « Best of Kerala » guided tour was a lot of fun! We were travelling with Mr Vinod as a driver, who I strongly recommend. Mr Vinod was always happy to help , answer questions, and tailor the experience to our needs and interests. The tour went by very fast, proving how much fun we had. It would just be even better to precisely indicateur which activities are included in the overall price, and for the élective ones, to give an estimate of the additional costs.Written 11 February 2025

- Conchita_19710 contributionsGreat Taille-Made India Trip with Gets HolidaysMy husband and I had the pleasure of visiting India for an unforgettable experience. We were invited to an Indian wedding and decided to extend our trip with a tailor-made tour organized by Gets Holiday. Gets Holiday organized every aspect of our trip, including hotels, transportation (flights and a private car with a driver), and knowledgeable guides for each destination. Our trip started in Delhi, where we explored highlights such as the stunning Sikh Temple. We then traveled to Agra to marvel at the iconic Taj Mahal and continued to Jaipur, where we visited the breathtaking Red Fort and even enjoyed an elephant ride. After this first leg, we attended the wedding in Pune, which was a unique and colorful experience. Following the celebrations, we continued to Mumbai, where the slum tour gave us eye-opening insights, and finally to Aurangabad, where we explored the awe-inspiring Ellora and Ajanta Caves—an absolute must-see. A special mention goes to Santosh, the Sales Manager, who meticulously planned our itinerary. He was incredibly responsive and always available during the trip to address any questions or assist us whenever needed. His attention to detail and support made our journey enjoyable and stress-free.Written 26 January 2025
- maureenbF21ZU0 contributionsGreat Guides, Busy Cities, Learning to Love IndiaVery happy to share this review for a company that was recommended to me by a friend who also had a great, first-time trip to India. The company was easy to work with an well-priced. We had the same driver Mr. Yadov for our whole tour. He is our hero! Safe and experienced. He took special care of me, as I have some difficulty walking. Our guides opened up the world of the Golden Triangle to us. Our first guide Sunil is a professional photographer who got us the best pictures everywhere we went. He helped us to understand the source of the art and history we were seeing. Lots of walking, but lots of breaks, too. Bought spices and teas in the Old Delhi market. In Jaipur, our guide Push was himself an artist, working to restore historic Indian sites. We saw his stained glass and mirror work and were stunned by its beauty. We bought clothes here that were altered overnight for a wedding we would attend in Goa later in the week. Our guides took good care of us and watched out for our safety, while keeping things moving. All restaurants on the tour were high-end, though not expensive. Quality food. We were picked up at the airport on arrival and dropped off at the end. GeTS Holidays made our first trip to India a great one. We stayed in lovely hotels, ate good food, learned about history and art, and had a few laughs with our guides.Written 22 January 2025
- KLC670 contributionsFamily holiday IndiaThe tour was planned with the assistance of the team of Gets Travel and played out like clockworks. we were taken card of the moment we reach our first destination at Jaipur being picked up by and dropped of with a representative from their office. from Jaipur we went to New Delhi then to Kashmir. at every point we were being monitored and the whole tour went on as clockwork. with this we had one of the best memories of India and its heritage. I am normally very critical but in this case, nothing really to say but great work and thank you for everything.Written 11 January 2025
- Companion484612031440 contributionsStress free Golden Triangle TourOur tour of India was amazing! We got to see do many impressive monuments and sites throughout the Golden Triangle. If we go back to India again, we would definitely book with Gets. All of our drivers and tour guides were very knowledgeable and professional, which made the tours stress free for us. Anu and Biswas were incredibly responsive and checked in with us regularly. They even helped us change hotels during thr trip and coordinate the change with our driver. We were very impressed with how GeTS managed our trip and would definitely book with them again!Written 10 January 2025
- Curiosity163320256010 contributionsExcellent serviceNishant arranged the travel to Shimla for our family including for my aged mother. He followed up with the planning for around 2-3 months and helped us with a detailed itinerary. He also made adjustments to the hotel and plans on sight seeing based on our requirements. We had a very comfortable and well planned trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will surely come back to GeTS Holidays and specifically Nishant for future trips as well.Written 7 January 2025
- Departure2545910 contributionsAgra & Rajastan, Northern India in 10 daysWe booked our recent trip to India through GETS Holidays, via our travel agent in Australia. The whole team at GETS were wonderful, especially Anu S. who was patient and helpful in the planning stages, suggesting an itinerary for us and recommending hotels for us to chose from. Once we were in India, Debasish B. was our point of contact throughout the tour, always available for questions, and checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. The tour was incredibly well planned, and everything ran like clockwork and we had no issues. We had a lovely driver, Gudu, for our 10 days, and then met with very friendly and well-informed guides in each city. The guides really made it more interesting to be able to talk to people who were local, and had a great knowledgle of their local history and culture and were happy to answer all our curious questions. Without a guide, we would have missed so much. Visiting the Taj Mahal was obviously a highlight for us, but our favorite cities were Jodhpur and Udaipur. Our accommodation was wonderful - particularly staying in a traditional Haveli in Jaipur, and also the beautiful garden setting of our accommodation in Jodhpur. This was our first trip to India and we would definitely recommend GETS to our friendsWritten 2 January 2025

- GayaniH0 contributionsTour of spectacular Himachal in Nov 2024We (two of my friends and myself) booked a 9 day tour of the spectacular Himachal with GeTS Holidays with the wonderful Ms. Anu Seth as our tour coordinator in November 2024. We we were traveling from Sri Lanka and the tour package had to be catered to accommodate our specific requirements of being in Manali on a specific date. This process was made very easy by Anu and her team and we barely had any issues with this. We arrived in Delhi and was taken care of from the pickup at the airport to drop off and checking in at the first hotel in Delhi. Our tour package was traveling through Shimla, Manali and Chandigarh. The tour was with a chauffeur and a comfortable vehicle considering we were traveling for 8/9 hours between destinations. Our chauffeur Vikram was a decent, well mannered person with a pleasant demeanor which made the hours of driving through unknown places tolerable and enjoyable. Our hotel checkin and check out processes were super hassle free and the 4 out of the 5 rooms we stayed in throughout the trip were extremely nice and met expectations. Although there was an unpleasant experience with one of the rooms (the first room), the team at GeTS Holidays made every effort to rectify this and the rest of our tour was extremely pleasant. All in all this tour was a great success and made even better with the effort and commitment of Anu and Azhar in making it all hassle free, enjoyable and memorable. I will highly recommend GeTS Holidays to people I know who are interested in traveling to India and having these trips organized in a safe and comfortable way.Written 23 December 2024

At 4:30 pm on Friday, my younger brother Prateek suddenly decided out of the blues to drive us to Panjim - the capital city of Goa to enjoy the night!! So, at first he parked his new car in front of Caculo Mall in Panjim! Then, we entered the huge mall and at first, me, Dad and Mom – the three of us had some lovely Cappucino and Prateek preferred to sip Café – Mocha!! To go with that we had a plate of Onion Bhajjis and even a plate of Chicken Chilly Garlic Momos!! We chatted for a while but, soon we ventured to indulge in shopping at the mall!
Although, we tried to select some clothing at some of the cotton clothing stores over there, but finally we decided not to purchase them and instead we thought we will drive down to “Soul Curry” a fabulous joint suggested by Prateek to revel in Goan food!!!
Once we entered Soul Curry a family restaurant we found the ambience was very cozy. The hotel furnishings had glass fitted tables and lilac cushioned chairs and over there we even clicked some fascinating photographs. At first, Prateek ordered us Cream of Sweet Corn Vegetable soup which was a rich creamy broth with French beans, Carrots and Sweet Corn. For appetizers he ordered a plate of Dragon Chicken, Rava Fry Chicken slices and Chicken Manchurian and with this we also had some Fresh Lime Soda. Besides, we ordered some seafood as well such as a large Kingfish Fry which we all shared and truly relished. So the nightout on Friday was spent together at this inviting hotel where indulging in every Goan dish was a feast indeed!! Well, I realized food is not just fuel it’s an experience with all the spices infused in the preparation! I was very keen to click some pics of all the items we savoured which I would highly recommend even my close pals to try them out.
Finally, it was a long way back home by car from the Atal Setu Bridge which is a Cable-stayed bridge that exists between Panjim and Povorim. This bridge - a marvel of modern engineering, which connects Goa's vibrant landscapes and fosters seamless travel across the Mandovi River, at nightfall, is all lit up in magnificent illumination of Turquoise, Sea Blue, Yellow, Bright Red hues to watch over to unwind on a long drive over the Bridge!! While on the drive I was truly ecstatic. The evening unfolded to be zestful and I was so keen to capture the essence of these priceless moments spent together. This invoked me to pen down a few lines about the night out which in turn will bring new strength and liveliness every time I look back fondly at these incidents to keep me in a buoyant spree!!.

Nice paced trip. The drive to the waterfall was not private like we had originally thought however it was just for that portion.
Waterfalls were nice. You can get better views if you go off to the right and climb the rocks.
Spice farm was nice and interesting. Good lunch too.
Overall, a nice tour with a knowledgeable guide and polite/helpful driver.

Dear Kayla, lovely to know that your trip to Dudhsagar waterfalls went off well and you had a joyful day, it is a beautiful waterfall, though not easily accessible and shared jeep is the best way to reach. We eagerly wish that you try our other tours as well in the future. Cheers, Team GeTS.

Nice for the able bodied but if any disabilities please please please ask when booking the trip. Its tough going falling trees and rivers to cross. Elderly and problems with legs or balance please pass on this trip belive you me it's noughty. The view is nice when you see it and the monkeys 🐒🐒🐒 when you get there can be very intimidating, a right gang of bandits. I've done this a couple of times before being confined to a wheelchair ♿ so please ask the tour gide when booking any trip. Just passing me knolage on to stop any disappointment.

It was a terrible journey by jeep to get to the falls, very off road and slow and bumpy, hard on your back. When you arrive you have a tricky climb over slippery rocks to arrive at the falls. Of course it a lovely place and I managed to swim with life jacket on. It's quite difficult to get in the water and very busy. Beware of the monkeys they steal anything they can,we had a bottle of orange removed in a flash. Not for the faint hearted or older person.

Dear Pete,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Adventure activities like jeep safaris can be quite challenging due to the off-road terrain. Additionally, dealing with mischievous monkeys in national parks can be testing. We regret that the adventure trip did not meet your expectations.
We're pleased to hear that you found the place to be lovely and that you were able to enjoy a swim. It's important to note that such activities often have restrictions, and we make sure to mention them in our details.

Well worth the money to have a private car and guide for this trip. We were able to take our time and the tour guide did not rush us. This was very nice in particular because my son got motion sickness on the way up and down the mountain so they were very accommodating. Our tour guide harísh was wonderful and passionate about everything he talked about. We even booked him for a custom private tour of old Goa the next day he was so wonderful. He handled the days itinerary so we can really enjoy ourselves without stress. The spice plantation was a great private tour and I forget the spice guides name but she was also wonderful. Truly a nice experience and recommend to anyone going to Goa. This was the highlight of our vacation.
