        Fantastic tour
This was an excellent tour, our guides Christian and Nikky were great. We experienced so many interesting things on this tour. I highly recommend it.

This was by far the worst tour, not worth the money. I wouldn't trust this operator, nor recommend to anyone.
The Elqui Valley tour was not interesting and not well planned. Our tour guide didn't speak good english and did not provide much info. The Sprinter van was dirty and smelled bad. Dirty windows with water stains (despite the fact that it didn't rain there for weeks or months) didn't help taking photos. The first stop to see the water dam was a total waste of time as there was nothing interesting to see. The lunch was low quality and we didn't enjoy it. Instead of touring the brewery we were taken to the beer garden to taste 6 different locally produced beers. Unfortunately they ran out of glasses for our party of 4, so one person received only 4 out of 6 beer samples and was instructed to come back for the rest after emptying 2 glasses. By the way, besides our small group, the place was totally empty, so it's hard to comprehend that brewery advertising beer tasting didn't have 24 glasses. Our 30 minute stop in town was also pointless, as there was nothing interesting to see. Highlight of the tour was our visit to Pisco Capel, one of Chile's biggest producers of pisco and opportunity to see their cellars. Our guide was of no help to keep us entertained and informed. When our tour started, we discussed our return time and we clearly told our guide that our ship departs 3:30 so we have to be back at 3:00 at the latest! Calculating the distance and time should be no brainer. Unfortunately the only memorable thing about this tour was arriving back to the port at 3:45PM, 15 minutes past the ship's scheduled departure time and almost missing the boat. This was by far the worst tour, not worth the money. I wouldn't trust this operator, nor recommend to anyone.

        Beautiful Starry Night
This was a fabulous interesting night and we were lucky enough to have a brilliantly clear sky. Unfortunately our photo's of the evening weren't great, but we managed to fit in another evening elsewhere in Chile and saw it all again in a different perspective. Overall this was a great evening and it was very informative.

        Great Experience
One of the best tours i've ever made! I recommend the local guide, don Hector Vega, that really knew a lot about the history of the place and had a gret sense of humor, making the tour more enjoyable. The valley is astonishing, the Puclaro Dam is a very amazing sight, the pisco factory was very nice and the lunch with the solar cokking was amazing.

        Fairly Nice Experience
The guide, Don Hector Vega was very nice but the tour itself was a little expensive for what it offers. I would recoomend much more the Elqui Valley tour. We could see some penguins, lots of birds, guanacos, foxes and some sea lions, but from afar since it's a natural reserve.Lunch was fairly good.

        Interesting experience.
A great opportunity to get a perspective on the size of the universe and to observe a few stars and galaxies from a telescope. The tour is well organized and the topics are well explained by young astronomers.

The tour operator embraced the idea of providing something different than other similar tours. Besides the city tour of LaSerena and Coquimbo, he arranged a visit on the military base with a 30+ year veteran who acted as our guide on base. He explained the history of the area and of their squadron with great pride and enthusiasm. We were taken to the Cruz del Tercel Milenio, a spectacular Cross structure, complete with a church, 360 degree viewing area of the cities in the crosses’ arms, and sculptures of all the stations of the cross. The seafood empanada lunch at Aragon Beach was absolutely delicious as well. Bravo for a wonderful day!

Hello, good destination to go with your family if you don't like the heat so much, there are temperatures in the morning and at night of 16 degrees and in the afternoon 21, 22 with sun. The sea is cold and serves to cool you off, not so much to play with the waves. The city is beautiful and quiet.
If what you like most is the sea, it is not the best by any means.

A seaside town, La Serena, offers a lighthouse and long Pacific beachfront. Less developed and less commercial than other South American metropolis, it is a refreshing, if rustic, stop. Explore the local market and enjoy the Moai statue in the local museum,

Our tour of Serena and Coquimbo was excellent! Our tour guides. Jennifer and Nicole were very attentive and helpful. So friendly! Nicole communicated with us a lot before the tour and made instructions very clear. We had a great time and a great lunch on the beach! The restaurant had some serving issues - pretty slow and didn’t serve people all at the same time but the fish was good. We visited the cross monument and the view from the arms was incredible. We also went to a lighthouse, a market, and a fort.

Great trip. We visited Coquimbo on a cruise ship with my son who is a wheelchair user.
Car was very clean and both the tour guide and driver were very knowledgeable. They were also very helpful when it came to transferring my son into and out of the car with the wheelchair.
Places visited were beautiful and interesting.
      Would definitely recommend.

The plusses: The La Serena Lighthouse, the Japanese Garden, the La Serena Cathedral and the artisan shops nearby, the Third Millenium Cross Monument & views.

Regrettably, our experience on this tour fell short of expectations as the tour guide appeared to lack thorough preparation. Initially, she led the group to a museum that was explicitly closed on Sundays and Mondays, a detail readily available in the TripAdvisor tour description. This disrupted the schedule, causing the subsequent visit to an artisan market to happen before most of the shops were open. When asked a basic question about the city's size, she was unable to provide an answer, indicating a lack of essential tour guide knowledge. Lunch, included and pre-ordered, became another source of frustration as the group arrived early due to the disrupted schedule, resulting in an extended wait by the beach until the restaurant was ready. Furthermore, the meal itself was marred by delayed service, with some members receiving their food just as others were finishing. Some people on the tour asked if we'd be able to see the Third Millennium Cross Monument as it was listed as one of the tour stops. She didn't think we'd have time but ultimately we did make it there after she asked people on the street for directions. Overall this tour suffered from a sense of unpreparedness, leaving us with a less-than-optimal and disjointed experience.

Good tour to get to know the cities of Coquimbo and La Serena. Good performance of the guide, however we spent a long time at an army base, which prevented us from visiting La Serena in depth.
