Neumann Travel Agency was recommended by a friend and I have to say, I’m IMPRESSED! My wife and I do not speak Portuguese, if you only speak English South America will be a challenge because you’re are socially handy capped. We Spent five days in Foz Do Iguacu with full a itinerary of guided tours booked with Neumann Travel. We went to Brazil side falls, Macuco boat safari, Helicopter over Iguassu Falls, Itaipu Especial, Argentina Experience and finished up with Argentina side falls. Our guide Arlete Frizen was with us for our entire visit at Foz Do Iguacu and to say we were blessed is an understatement. This young lady is worth her weight in gold! We met Arlete at Foz Do Iguacu airport and during our ride to our resort she briefed us on our upcoming tours and what to expect. She also provided a wealth of information about Brazilian plants, animals customs, cultures, foods any questions we had she quickly answered, explained or illustrated. It was instantly apparent she loves her job and her country. Arlete helped us experience and enjoy Foz Do Iguacu without a worry, she handled EVERYTHING! We were able to enjoy, explore and learn a little bit about South America. We are grateful and would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Arlete for making our visit to Brazil Spectacular by going above and beyond our expectations of a tour guide; she ultimately became our friend from Brazil, so much more than just a tour guide. We have been on guided tours all over the world over the years and NONE come close to services provided by Neumann and catered by Arlete.

The service was wonderful. First before booking the explanations we received from Alessandro about all the options was very helpful in order to know what to plan. Then our guide Cleiton was kind and knowledgeable, with great care for everyone. We did the Helicopter ride, the safari boar as well as the walking tours in the Brazilian side and in the Argentinian side. Brazil side is much much better but if you have time also nice to experience the Argentina side. We highly recommend working with this good travel agency

I booked the wrong excursion not knowing that the guide would come to the Gran Melia hotel in Argentina instead of the Bourbon hotel where were.in Brazil. I thought my tour was over but that was not a problem at all, Not only the guide Arlete came to see us at the right hotel, she made the whole experience an incredible one. I could not have wished for a better guide. Arlete spoke Portuguese, English and Spanish and went above and beyond, treated us with so much kindness and it is so knowledgeable about all “flora and fauna” and the history of Foz do Iguacu and the Falls. At the Itaipu, we got so much details even though the Itaipu tour video was not working. At the city tour, we went to an amazing Lebanese place to have falafel and Lebanese sweets and she even stopped at a fresh market to get jabuticaba, water and other fresh fruits. Arlete was so amazing we booked her again for a tour in the Argentinian Falls, she even helped me to get my sister from the airport. She treated us like family and if it was not for her I am pretty sure this whole experience would not have been as amazing as it was. I recommend this agency and tour guide 100% !

Oh my goodness! What can I say about Neumann? What an incredible operator. They showed us EVERYTHING, three countries, and gave us such rich and copious knowledge. We learned the history of the locations and sites, and also had fun while doing it. They made the trip seamless. We deal with many operators, and I can hands down say we will be doing business with Neumann again. Thank you guys for an absolutely incredible experience. We will be back.

The operator went above & beyond on this tour and was very knowledgeable. He kept us on point as far as time and gave great suggestions. He was very easy to talk to and gave our group an amazing experience. We saw Iguassu Falls from both sides, had great food, and the bird zoo was amazing. This was such an adventurous experience. The boat ride to the falls from Argentina side was the absolute highlight. You WILL get WET. Bring rain gear & ponchos- they do give you a dry bag. The helicopter ride was quite breathtaking also.

I’m confused about wich part of my experience would choose as best. We started visiting the Iguassu Falls where is the best place in Foz do Iguaçu so far. However, in the other hand, Macuco Boat Safari was the most intense activity that I’ve got in my stay here in Foz do Iguaçu. Ps.: when you go to Macuco Boat Safari, I recommend the “Wet Ride”. Is the funniest one.

Me and my family have got a wonderful city tour day with Neumann. Mr Vargas has guided us through beautiful places around the Iguassú City in Brazil. We started with a Muslim Temple, after that we visited a Budha Temple and finished with a beautiful sight of three borders.

We took the helicopter ride in a helicopter that sat 4. Although it was rainy we had a good view. The pilot gave accompanying info as we rode. You could take pictures clearly out of the windows. We took the ride after viewing the two sides of the falls which I recommend as you then get a beautiful overview of the the trails and the relationship of one cascade fall to the next one.

Even you are in Paraguay it’s worth the visit well organized absolutely free, a dam tour very convenient and comfortable with all the explanations

There are good prices in avything you buy in this place but I Didnt feel safe in this place. If you go for tourism (not to buy anything) then is not an obligatory visit.

The waterfalls go on and on and on... they are so so spectacular, they make Niagara Falls look like pissing in a puddle - sorry about the language
