We did the private batik painting and elephant sanctuary tour, it was out of this world - I would give 10 stars if I could. From the moment I booked, we were taken care of, they asked us what our hopes for the day were and a bit about us (down to what music we would like) so they could send us the best guide for us. Janice was amazing, she made sure we had the most wonderful day possible, from making sure we enjoyed the painting and a lovely lunch, she was so knowledgeable kind and friendly. The elephant sanctuary is a must and this tour gives you so much more than you can imagine. It really was the experience of a lifetime. I would have been happy just to touch an elephant, but to feed them and wash them - I have no words! If you want to do a trip - this is the company to use. My experience in Kuala Lumpur has been absolutely extraordinary. The company provided a personalized survey before the trip to ask for my preferences. I was immediately struck by their care to make sure that the trip went well. I was part of a whatsapp group with the company and my tour leader even before I arrived in Malaysia. This tour is a must for history fans. My tour guide, Janice, walked me through the major historical and cultural areas in Melaka. We saw mosques, temples, and churches. Since the area has Portuguese, Dutch, British, Malay, Chinese, and Indian influences, it is understandable why Melaka plays such an important part of Malaysian history. Kudos to Janice for sharing facts about the city’s history, showing me foods to try, helping me pick out gifts for family, going at my pace, and taking lots of photos for me. Great day trip!

Impressive cave structure. Could spend more than 1 hour. The steps very very steep, need to be extra careful, and for elderly, not to move your head too quickly. Need to wear a hat, as there are many birds or pigeons dropping around from sky. There are total more than 4 stops, Indian Cave, be careful of the monkeys, thus do not bring food there. Handcraft, National Mosque, need to dresscode China Town. It is a good bargain for two of us for S38... with a private driver. We tipped him My50 to thanks for us service.

Not just a great day - The BEST day ever!!! Batik painting was amazing fun, then a traditional lunch that was very yum followed by a trip to the Elephant sanctuary where we were able to feed and wash Elephants as part of a private close encounter that made my heart sing!!!!! I’m Elephant crazy and I still learnt more today from our guides than I could image. Janice is extremely knowledgeable, a safe driver which we really appreciated and she took photos that we would never have had without her. She is extremely organised and I’m so glad she was our guide as she made sure we got the most out of the day. Thank you so so much!!! I can not praise this tour highly enough.

This was my first time Ever visiting Malaysia and I wanted to have some structure to see things that i thought were interesting. This tour did just that. I really appreciated having the perspective of a local guide to help explain the context and history of what I was looking at. My guide Hafiz was amazing. He was funny, professional, informative, and more than willing to take you off the beaten path if that’s what you wanted. Thanks to him I was able to get some good local food at restaurants not frequented by tourists. Also I was able to get some very nice photos of places like the floating mosque because he knew shortcuts and ways to get good angles that other people didn’t know. This tour is good especially for people like me who had never been. The inclusion of lunch and transportation to and from the hotel is an added plus as well. Would highly recommend

I have done a lot of trips but this company is the best I have ever used. The communication from start to finish was excellent and they were really flexible with the itinerary. Hafiz our driver/guide was excellent, he told us lots about the culture and history around Malaysia and the sites we visited and took some amazing pictures of us which we would never had got. Hafiz was a great tour guide for this half day tour. I requested a very early morning tour so I could take advantage of less people at the Batu Caves. Hafiz picked me up early and we were on our way. He was extremely friendly and outgoing, I loved talking to him. He helped me take some incredible photos. We also stopped by the Chinese temple. He knew all the stops to go and got me back to the hotel before 1pm. Highly recommended tour guide.

This is our second tour in a row after our first experience: KL City Tour on 04 January 2023. So we have another day with Janice Tiew, a really long day from KL to Malacca. We started from our hotel smoothly to Putra Mosque located in Putrajaya, well this is a fantastic mosque, a very very beautiful mosque in pink design. After spending around one hour here, we went directly to Malacca. We had our lunch at Nancy's Kitchen to enjoy a tasteful heritage cuisine of 'baba nyonya', it's a very delicious and super big portion of meals to enjoy! We continued to Jonker Street, and our first stop is Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, the oldest temple in Malaysia, with a very beautiful design, and a calming and peacefully scent inside it. We strolled along Jonker Street with Janice to taste like a locals, grab some souvenirs and goods to bring home. We walked along riverside of Malacca River, and passed historical Tan Kim Seng Bridge, while bringing us directly to Dutch Square of Malacca, a well preserved square in the heart of old city. We amazed with beautiful clock tower and famous red buildings around the square. We climbed a little bit higher the hill into remains or ruins of St. Paul Church, Malacca, with a stunning overlooking to city and the sea. We walked down to A Famosa, a remains of Portuguese fortress in Malacca. After a little bit tiring walking around old city, we walked again along Jonker Street, and purchased another goods, drinks, and cakes, bakery, and snacks for bringing home. Finally we have to move to our final spot, the remarkable mosque by the sea, Malacca Straits Mosque. It's so beautiful while admiring the mosque facing the west to the sea, and we realized that we are facing Malacca Straits which is not si far from our hometown country, Indonesia in the opposite across the sea. We continued our journey back to KL, while chit chat with Janice alond our way back. And finally at 8 pm, we reach back safely to our hotel in KL City Center. We had a very lovely days with Janice Tiew, she truly a perfect guide with real passion from her job. We hope to see you again while we reach back KL in future time. Plus, this tours is highly recommended for you to see the beautiful city of Malacca in easy and convenient way!

The Pink Mosque is beautiful. The city walk through Malacca is very interesting, too much history. The guide showed a lot of knowledge about the places.

Amazing picturesque place, worth climbing all these stairs surrounded by monkeys, and reaching the top where you find many temples and caves. Better take a grab or taxi than an organized tour, easy access and way cheaper.

The firefly tour is a must-see if you’re in Malaysia! It’s such an incredible experience and for me it was a once in a lifetime type trip. My tour guide Chot was amazing! The guy is super cool, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip great! Highly recommend him and this trip! 5 stars!

My Rating is because of our tour guide. He is very Approachable, very accomodating and does an extra mile effort to assure comfort to the guests. The tour was late already because of dad's Medical condition, but, Even without proper immediate support and communication from the admin of TRIP Advisor, and FOREVERVacation, not only to us guests but to the driver as well, Chot still did the tour for us.
