Our tour guide, Kazu, made our tour of Kyoto superb! He was an exceptional tour guide - on time, managed time well, engaging storyteller, positive demeanor, considerate, and got us to the places we wanted to visit with ease. He also took great photos and videos! We very much appreciated Kazu’s customer service excellence - going the extra mile to make customer’s experience truly memorable!

Taka gave us an excellent tour of Tokyo! He did exactly what we wanted and answered all our questions. We never could have taken the various subways to visit the locations that we wanted to see. We visited the National Park, had sushi and saki at the Tsukiji fish market, saw the Imperial Palace, had a Japanese tea ceremony and bought our favorite saki. He is professional and knowledgeable. The best guide!

We arranged a guide for Hiroshima and Aya contacted us to discuss requirements and customised a schedule ahead of our tour, which was shared and agreed. Unfortunately the disembarkation process from our ship was a shambles which meant we were very late off but Aya communicated with us and waited. She was so helpful and obliging in adapting the plan. She was knowledgeable and great company. An excellent guide and we were very lucky to have her. Highly recommended. Thank you Aya.

My husband and I traveled to Japan for our honeymoon, and decided to take a tour of Osaka on our first full day to get a feel for the area and some of the local culture and customs. What we did not know when we booked this tour is that it would be one of the highlights of the trip! Yama, our tour guide, did a terrific job and we have absolutely zero complaints, but rather lots of praise! Yama clearly has gone the extra mile to know both the ins and outs of the area as well as the history of the places you can choose on your tour. Additionally, as a complete bonus Yama is hilarious and keeps the atmosphere fun and light-hearted making our tour experience even better. Yama was not shy in answering any of our questions and was sure to show us the best ways to respectfully enjoy the awe-inspiring sites of Osaka. Yama also was sure to take the time to take lots of pictures and was kind enough to be in some of our photos, both candid and posed of us throughout our experience, these photos are some of my favorites from the whole trip and now serve as priceless keepsakes of our wonderful time! If you lucky enough to stumble upon an opportunity to go on a tour with this company, it is definitely worth it based on my experience!

We had the most amazing day trip to Nikko. The history there was fantastic to learn about and the sites were incredibly beautiful. Our guide Yumi was so helpful and knowledgable providing us with so much great information about the historical background in Nikko. Could not recommend this enough!

JGA and Yuki were nothing short of amazing. There was a mixup with our first tour guide but JGA worked soo hard to fix it. They were on contact with me every day until it was fixed. 5 stars all the way. Yuki showed up and gave us the best day in Kyoto. Great English and very attentive to our needs. I was traveling with a 3 and 5 year old as well as a 72 year old grandpa. Everyone was stoked afterwards. Great conversation and easy to follow. And a great photographer! So happy to have taken this tour. Highly recommend!

One of the absolute best guides and a necessity if you are first time visitor to Osaka. Our guide Miyuki was amazing. We would be completely lost without her guidance. She is also an extremely positive person and even though we were tired she made sure we saw all the sites that we had discussed and more. We also had a delicious buck wheat noodles lunch in a popular restaurant. I would highly recommend this tour and our guide Miyuki.

I had Sho guide me around Kanazawa; he was very kind and, most importantly, very knowledgeable. His English was good, and overall I had a very good time. 😀

Our tour guide Koji was very organized and helped us visit many places.He communicated with us as soon as we booked the tour and kept us informed.

Our tour guide, Ken T., was very professional and knowledgeable. He guided us through the maze of Tokyo subway stations and trains. We were able to experience the Shibuya Sky, Rikugien Gardens with cherry trees in full bloom, Electric City, a Japanese 7-11, strawberries on a stick, a local ramen restaurant, Kaminarion Gate, bought chopsticks before he brought us back to our hotel.

We have the best time with MIEKO at Kumamoto. She contact me to explain the best options to get from my cruise to Kumamoto. We visit Kumamoto Castle and Suizenji Gardens. At Kumamoto Castle she suggest to rent ninja customs for my kids. Inside the castle she explain everything really nice. In Suizenji gardens she take us the best pintures and explain the Sakura Season.

We spent 6 hours with Posh. He is very informed about history and intricacies of Japan—very different and absorbing. We visited some rare gems with very few tourists and Posh was full of history and interesting facts. He also gave us some great restaurant and dessert recommendations!

Seizo our guide was excellent. Went to Tsukiji Imperial palace. Shinjuku Tokyo tower. Lunch was a great place excellent choice. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I can’t recommend Show highly enough—he was truly an amazing guide for our Tokyo tour. From the moment we met him, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only helped us navigate the city with ease but also shared so much history, cultural insight, and personal stories that really brought Tokyo to life. Show did a fantastic job balancing must-see landmarks with local gems. He was flexible with our interests and pace, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He even took the time to recommend places to eat and explore after our tour ended. Thanks to him, we saw Tokyo in a much deeper and more meaningful way than we could have on our own.
