Your first stop is at the spectacular Canton Tower. From the viewing deck you can get a 360-degree panoramic view of Guangzhou. With a unique shape and design, Canton Tower was officially opened to the public in 2010. After getting down from the tower, you will next visit Guangzhou TianHe CBD area where you will have photo stops at Guangzhou Opera House and Guangzhou Library before you visit the Guangdong Provincial Museum.The Guardian newspaper praised the Guangzhou Opera House another miracle after the Sydney Opera House.
Next up, stop by the Qingping Market where you can see a wide variety of food, herbal medicine, and flowers being sold. Keep walking to Shamian Island with its particular Lingnan architecture. Continue on to the Museum of the Mausoleum of the Nanyue King, and see the 2,000-year-old tomb of King Zhao Mo, who ruled during the Western Han Dynasty from 137 to 122 BC. In the museum, as well as the tomb, you can also see the burial chariot and gold and silver.
