The lobby of the hotel gives you great expectations. Breakfast buffet is great with something for everyone,but there are some issues. The chairs in the buffet are old and show it. The AC in our room did not work well. The carpet was not clean,the toilet kept running and the closet door wouldn’t close so the light was on all night. I did tell the front desk the first day but nothing was done and we stayed 3 nights. The grossest thing was my wife found a clump of someone’s hair in the bathroom, the bathroom shower has black mold in the tile grout, and the glass shower glass is not cleaned. Our first day we did not get hand towels or face clothes. I called the housekeeping and was told they don’t have facecloths in the hotel. So they gave us hand towels. The next day we got facecloths but no hand towels and day 3 hand towels but no facecloths. We also did not get bottled water the last day and I had to stop a housekeeper to get some. This could be a beautiful hotel it just needs a really good cleaning and staff training with check lists to make sure the rooms are done completely. I would rate the hotel at a 3.
