Hello! I'm Keiko. For 2years, I was a teacher of the Sushi-making lesson for the group tour. I was very busy that I couldn't have time to comunicate with the people in the tour. So, I decided to open a Sushi-making lesson at my house, so we can relax and have more communication with the travelers from overseas. I have a kindergarden teacher license, so little children can join the lesson.
Kei's Sushi Cooing School offers class focuses on Japanese Sushi cooking.Each class will takes 2hours.Class
-The class will be 2hours, including the time to eat.
-We will make 8Nigiri-sushi and 1 hand-roll sushi.
-Every classes will be up to 6people .
- 8 Nigiri-sushi and 1 sushi-roll (Tuna,Salmon,Shrimp,etc...)
※Children who cannot use the kitchen knife,will make
※We will sear the fish for people who can't have raw fish.
-We will make a Miso-soup by Dashi.(using Konbu(seaweed) and striped tuna)
We will prepare fresh high-quality fish. -tuna, skipper, salmon, shrimp, egg, konger-eel, flying fish roe etc.
