Hello! Thank you very much for coming to my cooking class. It was nice to meet you, such cheerful friends! I'm so glad to know you learned a lot about Japanese seasonings including sake. Now you may enjoy tasting sake more in your local Japanese restaurant. I hope you will cook dishes from the recipes, I'm sure you will do great because you were good students and nice teamwork to make nice tamagoyaki. I really appreciate your cooperation in taking photo shootings. The pictures are amazing, and I will up to them on my website. I'm happy to have chance to cooking with you, Arigato gozaimasu!

This is a "MUST" for anyone interested in learning the culinary basics of Japan. We have had that experience just 10 hours before leaving Japan after a three week visit. I wish we have done it during the first several days. We would then understand and appreciate much more all

Thank you for coming to my cooking class again! It's so nice to hear you enjoyed both cooking and sake! You are a good student, reviewing the recipes and cook at home. It is not easy to correct all the ingredients we used at the class, I hope you enjoy to try the substitution of your local ingredients. Japanese cooking is not complicated, a combination of sake, miso, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar conduct in great dishes. I hope you enjoy cooking Japanese dishes for your family!
