    What to Expect
    The class offers a variety of dishes depend on the seasonal produce.Very informative lessons with hands-on cooking, lots of fun and learning experience.

    The class offers top quality appliances and tools, such as Japanese cooking knife, kitchen utensils, kitchenware from Arita porcelain and Wajima.The class offers a beautiful modern Japanese kitchen and dining.

    First, You will learn fundamental seasonings, including how to use soy sauce, sake, mirin, miso and vinegar and, taste miso and sake and know how the differences.

    At the cooking time, we will cook various basic home-style dishes.Hands-on cooking makes you learn cooking techniques.The recipes will be sent to you after the class.

    The class conduct in a delicious meal with paired 2 kinds of sake followed by Japanese seasonal sweets and freshly brewed tea.

    Any questions are welcomed anything related to food, such as substitute ingredients to your near grocery shop.However, most of the recipes can be a substitute for the ingredients you can get in an Asian grocery store nearby.
