Our meeting place is Tokyo Cooking Studio,
15 minutes walk from Shibuya crossing.
After having welcome drinks and getting know each other, we will be cooking
together. The class is hands-on as much as possible after short demo of each recipe.
In this class, guests can learn vegetarian ingredients for making soup stock. And, kinds of
Japanese miso, including tasting each and how to use it in the ramen soup and also verbal explanation of
how to make miso soup. And learning how to make ramen tamago, small tricks make perfect looking
raman eggs! And we will be learning how to hold gyoza and fry crispy wing gyoza. Dessert is black sesame ice cream
which is one of the most popular desserts!
Some recipe will be done in a pair, individual, and a group.
