About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- johnsH6625AF0 contributionsGreat experience. This was invigorating experience. The guide was excellent with very good English. And a very pleasant and charming personality. Would advise that you go with a tour group. As they get priority over individuals. Especially when it came to getting lunch. And be prepared for changes in the weather. Anticipate doing it again in July.Written 28 June 2024
- richardpO5880HJ0 contributionsWe were walking in the clouds! We had a most enjoyable day with perfect weather. We ascended on an 18 minute cable car ride up through the clouds. It was spectacular. Mr. Phuong picked us up at the port. The company had reached out prior to arrival, and they sent us a picture of where to go when we exited the boat, a picture of the vehicle with its license number, and a picture of Mr. Phuong. They were there when the boat docked, and Mr. Phuong and the driver were patient as it took us 45 minutes to disembark. Mr. Phuong provided commentary about Da Nang and he even shared a photo of his beautiful family. Once at the park/bridge, he guided us to the most photogenic spots and took pictures of the three of us. Then we had some free time to explore on our own. It was a wonderful experience, and we felt as if we were walking in the clouds. We returned to earth via different cable car line to see other views of the trees, and then we went to lunch by a lagoon where we had a local meal that included fish fresh from the ocean. We could have spent more time in the park, but unfortunately we needed to be back before the boat left!Written 10 December 2023
- shaneandjoanneK0 contributionsGreat tourAllow a full day for this tour. Our guide was very informative with a good knowledge of English. Despite poor weather for viewing all the sights, we still had a great experience.Written 9 February 2020
- AJPato0 contributionsGolden BridgeFirstly I would say this is a must see. We had no idea what to expect but absolutely loved it. If you’re scared of heights. Don’t GO. The cable car trip was incredible and long. Probably the best I’ve been on. We went on a tour so it was a little rushed. We’ll be back. The worst part was so many pushy rude people. But I’d expected that. The French village set up on top of the mountain was absolutely fantastic. I heard others whinge about it but so what. The French have made a considerable amount of influence in Vietnam and I understand why it’s here. I’m surprised this place isn’t promoted more.Written 2 February 2020
- Simmochelli0 contributionsEveryone to their ownIf you like your personal space then reconsider going here. Mostly full of rude, ignorant, pushy and totally selfish people. It's hard to appreciate the workmanship and not so peaceful surroundings when you are pushed, pulled and stepped on by hordes of selfie taking tourists. Choose your moment and be strong.Written 26 January 2020
