Great and Beautiful trip, absolutely loved it. Ms Anna was very nice and accommodating. She gave us a lot of useful information during the journey and arrange the schedule to allow us to see the sites at the time when they were less crowded. The entire organisation was great too, we booked the wrong date by mistake and they kindly helped us rearrange the tour just one day in advance. Absolutely recommend it! Many thanks

We booked the tour through Tripadvisor ($87/PP) and realised we spent double the price for other group members who only booked the tour $21-$25 PP with Cable cars fees of $30 each so, you it. I would recommend to book Tour guide and you cab buy the cable cars feed at the destination, and way cheaper. Having tour guide is good, but don’t spend extra unnecessary fees through agencies.

Golden Bridge was really spectacular as was the cable car ride to the top. Expect a long wait for the cable car to get there, a little disorganised but worth the wait. We only went to see Golden Bridge but it was a lack of signs that made it a chore. You need to get another cable car to see it once you are at the top, signage is bad and we walked around several times before we found another tourist who helped us. It is a bit of a theme park. Buffet lunch was excellent and the variety was amazing. Well worth going for the buffet lunch.

Great tour, Tim was a funny and engaging guide and had great knowledge of Ba Na Hills and the resort. Despite being stranded by the rain for a few hours as the cable cars were closed it was a very worthwhile visit.

Tom was a great tour guide his knowledge of the area was impeccable. He was friendly and kept the tour interesting and onmoving.

My guide Dee was very enthusiastic and really tries to take care of the group. He is very familiar with the ticketing and queue system and that helped to save us time queueing. The Golden Bridge is extremely crowded but I guess that is what is expected since it is the top attraction in Danang for many visitors. There’s also a nice flower garden next to the bridge.

Absolutely amazing views and worth the price. Kaycee our tour guide was thorough and gave a great experience. One negative be prepared the place is packed and crowded. That didn’t take away from the amazing views. Tip buy the quick pass fir the cable car, will be worth it at the end of the day.

Great customer service, Always on time. Staffs were very polite and friendly always came before the schedule time and waiting for us . We are very pleased with the service. We definitely would recommend this company to friends and family . This is our second time to visit BaNa Hills with this company.

The park in Ba Na Hills is really, really big. According to the tour guide, the weather is different every day. It might have been rainy yesterday but the sun will shine brightly today. Fortunately, we were very lucky to have good weather on the day we went. , so we can see the Buddha's Hand Bridge very clearly. It's just that we can't finish playing in Ba Na Mountain in one day. We will prepare to go down the mountain at about 3 o'clock, but we can only play less than one-third of the play equipment area. The children It took around half an hour just to line up for the popular amusement equipment. Fortunately, there are many beautiful scenery that can be taken without queuing. Fortunately, there is a tour guide, which saves a lot of time in finding the way and confirming the itinerary. It is highly recommended to make additional reservations. Tour guide service!

A fun day with the family. The driver picked us up on time from Hoi An (additional cost) and drove us up to the Ba Na Hills. Our guide was fantastic showing us all the sights and letting us have free time. A huge buffet lunch!

Overcrowded and very weird experience. French valley is nothing like France. Everything is so fake and bizarre. Food wasn't very good either. Funniest part was the wax museum 🤣.

A little bit too long day for our 8 year old kid, and we could have skipped the marbour boutique but otherwise very good and memorable!

This tour is not what it claims to be. It took almost 3 hours to get the particpants on one bus and deposited at Bana Hills, although the drive itself was less than an hour. Once at Bana Hills, the tour guide left the group on it's own, Considering that she didn't speak English this really was better than trying to figure out did YES really mean YES. (It didn't) There was no explanation of where things were inside the venue. Again, this didn't much matter, as we were all adults and Bana Hills is really nothing more than an amusement park for kids. None of the rides were included BTW. So for a little more than US$100, we got a ride to an amusement park, where we weren't amused, and a mediocre lunch. (One gentleman's ticket was to include a ride on the roller coaster but that became a lengthy debate with the tour provider. Silver lining: the horrible experience did lead our group to befriend one another and we have all stayed in touch. Dear Tour Provider, we welcome your comments and ask for refunds.

This has to be visited at least once in one's lifetime. It's a magnificent structure but you will be battling other tourists for photos... It's a feat to cross the bridge itself. You can get equally amazing photos from a lower vantage point that other tourists don't seem to care for as much.
