The tour guide Minh was very good as explained well in English , knowledgeable, friendly, humble and patience too . The driver Lam was a safe driver n patience too.

Minh is an excellent guide - knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Mr Lam is also a very good driver. We had a great time enjoying the food, activities, experiences and fellowship.

Our 6 day Central Vietnam trip was very well planned by Golden Rice, with excellent service from Guide Minh and careful driving by Lam. The meals and hotels were excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the 6 day trip.

Our trip to Da Nang , Hue and Hoi An from 9 March- 14 March 2025 with Golden Rice Tours was a wonderful and memorable one. Ms Thuy Le the CEO and Founder together with her team, Mr Viet (Guide) and Mr Lam (Driver) were very personable in their services. We were greeted by them at the airport and were pleasantly surprised with complimentary umbrellas, sim cards , luggage tags. The mineral water were ever flowing. Mr Lam, our Driver is a thoughtful and careful driver. He is always ready with refreshing wet wipes and mint candy after our visits to historical sites. Mr Viet is hardworking and possesses deep understanding of the destination's history, culture, landmarks, and local stories. He goes the extra miles in our requests. The tour itineraries were wide and very interesting. The food were plentiful and there were different cuisines for us to enjoy in different cities. For coffee lovers the Vietnam coffee is a must . We sing high praises for those hotels we stayed in and are highly recommended to our friends. My family and I will definitely travel with Golden Rice Tours again 🫶💕

This is our 2nd tour with Golden Rice Tours. Last year we toured Central Vietnam & we enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to tour North Vietnam with them again . We requested for Thanh Minh as our guide again as he speaks English, is very knowledgeable, caring, helpful & makes sure everyone in the group is well taken care. He even entertains us by playing the guitar & singing to us. The tour to North Vietnam on 22/2 to 1/3/2025 was an amazing experience. We took a cable car, a Funicular & climbed steps to the highest mountain in Indo china called Fansipan in Sapa , walked on a glass bridge in Sapa, sailed on a luxurious La Regina Legend ship on Halong Bay, & sailed through caves in Ninh Binh., watched the water puppet show in Hanoi. We stayed in 5* hotels & had sumptuous varied meals. Thank you Ms Thuy from Golden Rice tours & Thanh Minh for the wonderful experiences.

Golden Rise Tour company did an excellent service in organising Sapa and Ha Long Bay stay for us . Especially our tour guide Minh and his assistance partner Minh junior are very helpful, friendly and gave good service to took care of all our needs. Minh senior is very knowledgeable. My years of travelling and the numbers of tour agents i have ever engaged can NEVER keep up to the standards of GOLDEN RICE TOUR. Here are my experiences on Vietnam tour from 15 to 22 feb 2025 :- TOUR GUIDE : THANH MINH who is so knowledgable. Asked him anything about Vietnam he could answer you straight away. Unlike other agents' tour guides who needed to say "let me check it out. Or at times forgot about your questions". THANH MINH is very patience and caring. Very attentive to those who had walking problem. He is also a good entertainer. He also went to an extra mile by getting a bouquet of flowers to celebrate a lady's (from our group) birthday. He even gave important advice when we were not in his hand (viz handed us over to the cruise staff without him being around. Advised us relevant informations while he needed to lead the next group of tourist who insisted to have him to be their tour on our last day. (he is in popular demand indeed). For that, he also did a proper hand over to his colleague on our last day (early in the morning). My next trip to Vietnam, I will also request for him to be our tour guide. Without him it will be a no go till his next availabilty. FOOD - you will not get sick of it as every meals were a surprise and interesting. ITINERARIES - Well planned. Nothing to upset about. Last but not least, it was a surprised that umbrella, raincoat and a 1GB data per day were provided. Mineral water - free flow. Unlike other tour agency - restricted to only one for whole trip!

This is my first time joining private tour to Hanoi. I was impressed on the first day of arrival that the tour agency provided us with unlimited mineral water, sim card to use, rain coat and umbrella. Minh, the young tour guide, speaks good English. He provided detailed itinerary and answered our questions accordingly. I was touched and grateful to him when he escorted me down the Mua Cave as the steps were muddy and slippery due to rain. He also patiently reassured me that it was "ok" though I was the last one coming down the steps. Thank you so much Minh.

Great places of interest. Love sailing down the river. Love the one night stay on board the cruise ship Le Rena. Kudos to Minh!
