About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Meuok0 contributionsTOTAL UNADULTERATED MADNESSWe've been here before. It's OK for families to take selfies and, if the weather's warm and clear, even a old skeptic like me will put up with it. This year, 2024, we made the big mistake of going in December. I HAVE ADVISE FOR THOSE THAT WISH TO CHALLENGE THE ELEMENTS 2000M UP A MOUNTAIN IN DA NANG'S RAINY SEASON....... DON'T!!!!!! I've spent two years of my life skiing, and know about coldness; so wrapped in three layers and a good waterproof and this wasn't enough. It was raining non stop and foggy; you couldn't get around. The maps are useless, there's a shortage of staff for information, and, as much as we tried, we couldn't find the pretty flower beds and interesting statues, the photos of which grace my phone from two or three years ago. This place is full of overpriced food shops and stalls and shops selling nicknacks that no-one with a braincell would want to buy. So we floundered around the French sector, relieved to find the fanfare area to get out of the rain (even the dodgem cars and a 3D cinema came as a relief). So, we three, did the highly overrated bridge and took the cable car back, some đ2,850,000 poorer. I refrained from the international buffet, as in my previous experience I found it to total hassle, both in finding somewhere to sit and then finding anything particularly flavoursome (apart from the beef stew!). The day then regressed further as we came by motorbike, and had to endure an hour's torrential rain on the ride back to DA Nang. Sorry to be such gloom and doom. I'm wondering if some of these other reviwers went to the same Bana Hill!!.Written 25 December 2024
- tonp3090 contributionsSplendid dayIt was a splendid day, well organized and everthing in time. Mr. Min is a great driver/guide who helped us making this trip a success. If, in the future, we might have the chance to go there again, we will definetely makes this trip again.Written 16 November 2024
- glendal5080 contributionsRelaxing bike tourOur guide Trung gave us a fun bike tour through nearby villages in Danang. It was so great to enjoy the quiet away from the city and to see locals going about their daily lives. The tour of the lush fruit garden was beautiful and we so enjoyed our refreshing coconut drink. We highly recommend Trung as an informative and funny guide!Written 12 October 2024
- StephanieB23320 contributionsGreat insight into a local fisherman’s life, delicious food & lots of photo opportunities! We spent half a day with Huu who showed us a day in the life of a local fisherman. He introduced us to a local fisherman who took us in a basket boat and showed us how to make fishing nets. We went to his home and relaxed and chatted while his wife cooked amazing seafood for us and we learned a lot, comparing our two cultures. We had a go in making fish sauce and anchovy paste, this was another highlight. Then we went to another local’s home, met his kids and tried to blow with the Queen conch shell which was rather funny. A great experience overall, and you really get to spend time with the locals. Huu spoke good English and he was very accommodating.Written 5 August 2024
- arpitam0 contributionsA must do for young and oldThis is a wonderful experience to sail in a round basket made of coconut leaf sheath. Such a durable and foolproof mode of transport that an entire community business runs on several hundreds of these. The venue is a quaint and beautiful submerged coconut grove with several narrow water ways intertwined. Each boat is 2 seater and the rowed by excellent handlers. They would not just sail you from one place to another, they would also keep you entertained by singing and maneuvering skillfully. Thete are specially skilled people who will entertain you with additional amusing tricks at 100k VND. Else the cost per boat is 300 vnd for a ride of upto 45 mins. There are arrangements of live bands right in the river on floating baskets. This is an absolute fun activity for young and old.Written 6 April 2024
- Ricoy0 contributionsGreat Bana Hills ExperienceThis whole experience is a must to everyone visiting Da Nang. As they say: A visit to Da Nang is not complete without having to visit Bana Hills. The tour guide was very accommodating and nice but had to admit that speaking english for him was a handicap. It was hard to understand what he was saying but overall did a very nice job being a tour guide. He thought of making ways and means on how we can maximize out time amidst the heavy downpour of rain and thick fogg surrounding the entire Bana Hills. The place is spectacular --- and would be visiting again during spring (where rain and fogg is out of the way). I would highly recommend this tour to almost everyone.Written 30 January 2024
- G8156HOcarolm0 contributionsDisappointedCouldn’t see a thing cause of mist lots of things closed no shows on in magic kingdom area and you still get charged full price even thought there are things not on or closed and very cold wrap up warmWritten 11 January 2024
- Adventure124244004940 contributionsSpectacular but people a lotThere were so many people so it's little hard time. You'd better go when not peak. Anyway they have good views and fantastic experiences. Specially I was surprised about under ground facilities. And You'd better go other restaurant if you go to the buffet through travel package. Written 17 January 2023

- DB816230 contributionsVietnam DisneyThe tour was great, our guide spoke English very well. The transport van was nice, clean and cool. The tour took you to Sun World which is kind of like Vietnam Disney- everything is made as a tourist attraction, the only original French part from the 1900s is the wine cellar. All very cool and fun to see- the gardens are beautiful. Definitely a lot of people there, but can time it to still get some good pictures. Only con would be the lunch...mostly because of the coronavirus outbreak, a buffet is the last place you want to eat, plus it wasnt very good.Written 19 February 2020
- otasaraus0 contributionsAbsolutely awfulThe worst experience we’ve had in Vietnam. We fell asleep so I’m not even sure if we stopped at either of the places. Then when we stopped for the lunch he said we would be there for a little while but he got our bags out of the back and told us goodbye. Left us the city with no idea where we were. Tried calling and emailing the company with no response. Find an alternate option.Written 24 January 2020

- Nurul A0 contributionsGroup & family trip at Bana hillIt was a wonderful place, the Golden Bridge at Bana Hill from Danang City in Vietnam. Tourist guide little slow in speaking English but good to help the tourists. And the launch buffet was awesome. Place was nice for cool pictures. The minibus was also nice air conditioning.Written 15 October 2019
- Hsien_Teh0 contributionsGreat ServiceI took 2 tours with Da Nang Online Travel, to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An with a stop at a riverside village. The experience throughout was great. Informative, fun and I got to see more than I would have imagined. My guide was very professional and looked after me well, even having a raincoat for me when the need arose. Will definitely use their service again.Written 22 September 2019

Mr. David was extremely informative, kind, patient, and fun. He allowed us to go at our own pace on this tour. He provided us with the great historical information. Collected from our hotel in 7 seater people carrier which was spotless. An excellent driver and guide firstly took us to see the Lady Bhudda. Plenty of information and photo opportunities. We visited the Cathederal and passed over Dragon Bridge. Lunch was good before we continued on to the Marble Mountains - Again an excellent experience with superb service provided by our guide. He invited us to his home to meet his extended family which we accepted. Following coffee we were taken back to our hotel. Again an excellent experience. Crowd free!
