Our original tour had us travelling by public bus with no option to do any sightseeing en route so we contacted Andy Hoi An Tours on Facebook to see if he could help. We were collected at our hotel in Hue and were only expecting a side trip to Marble mountains but got a lot more. First stop was by a lagoon before traversing the Hai Van pass. Next we were taken to the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang before visiting Marble Mountain. Finally we were then dropped at our hotel. Throughout the journey our driver drove safely and was an excellent guide. The price we paid was very reasonable and helped us make full use of the day. When we return to Vietnam we will certainly look at using this company again.

The driver arrived on time to my hotel; the ride was in order and we agreed that I will let him know 30 minutes in advance when I want to leave Bana Hills. He arrived again on time and we went back to Da Nang. I would recommend this service to anyone who want to visit Bana Hills but do not want to spend the whole day there and want to have flexibility.

I had a wonderful time. My driver made me feel safe. He helped me with any questions I had stopped for us to get lunch offered coffee and made sure I knew where everything was when we arrived.

We used this car company twice during our three days in Da Nang. First was for an airport transfer and second was for a day trip to Ba Na Hills. Both times the driver showed up on time and was easy to find with no issues. Drivers were also both friendly despite the language barrier. Communication on WhatsApp beforehand is great- very responsive and easy to deal with.

The best aspect is the company is very responsive on WhatsApp. However, the positive aspects end there. We had rented their service for a few full days of driving around Hoi an, da Nang, and Hue. When we saw the inside of our car, I realized the pics they sent us prior were not representative of what we were led to believe we would have during our trip. Our initial driver was very gruff and had an overall poor attitude. My father speaks fluent Vietnamese so it wasn’t a language or cultural barrier. After a couple of days, our driver was suddenly changed to a new driver with very little explanation. The second driver was nicer but still not the greatest. His longest drive was to Hue and he took us to 2 restaurants, both being subpar. At one point, one of the passengers thought she lost her phone and he seemed very reluctant to turn around despite having paid for his services for the whole day. Our driver in the north would have shown more concern for a lost phone and would have offered immediately to turn around or figure out another solution. I would not use their service again.

We had a private tour today with Ken. He took us to some of the Viet Cong Tunnels. He also took us to the area of Chu Lai where my husband was stationed during the war 68-69. We visited hill 35. It was amazing. Ken was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. I would recommend him to any military person wanting to visit area. Enjoy every min.

Second time we’ve used their service to hire a minivan and driver for our entire stay. This time we were a party of 7. We had our own 5-day itinerary so we could adjust as needed. Very responsive communication via WhatsApp. Our driver was professional and extremely courteous. Made sure we got in and out safely. Van was very clean and comfortable. We were involved in a minor accident and very grateful that staff came to help us immediately. Highly recommend this company for their outstanding service and reasonable pricing. They didn’t request for a review write up, they deserve the recognition. 👍

We are delighted to recommend anyone travelling through Hanoi to enjoy a full-day trip to Hue city with DANANG PRIVATE TAXI. Our tour guide Mr. Kong and our driver were punctual, knowledgeable, informative and professional. We enjoy some delicious local food and spent great time at the Imperial Citadel and the King tomb.
