This was such a great experience! The market visit was an authentic opportunity to see Vietnamese culture and daily life. We so enjoyed the coffee visit. The food was so delicious and the team was so kind and friendly. Hannah was a great lead for the class! Highly recommend!

Teachers are good, patient to teach how to cook. Experience is quite enjoy the cooking. Foods are very good. Yummy yummy…..

It was so easy to schedule our cooking class the following day via what’s app! Rosie was such a wonderful teacher😊 she taught us all about local ingredients, had us play games and taught us new skills which we can’t wait to try again at home. The food was absolutely delicious and the class duration was perfect as we wanted a 3 hour class. Highly recommend the course! Make sure to show up hungry 😊

Went for a morning food market visit to buy the ingredients for the cooking class, had a quick stop in a local cafe, and went straight into the kitchen to cook 4 different and yummy Vietnamese recipes. Great experience overall, 100% recommended.

Great experience. Rosie (our master chef teaching us) was the best. Was a very small class of only for people and felt like cooking with family and friends.

Travelled with my 80 year old Mandarin speaking mother. I had requested for a Mandarin speaker if possible and had no expectations - we were most delighted with Hanna. Her conversational Mandarin was good enough for my mother to enjoy the morning of house farm visit, marketing, coffee and cooking and have a more than decent conversation, which was brilliant. Experience - excellent local experience to visit a farm with fresh vegetables produce. Then went to a wet market, introduced to some of the local fruits, had time for coffee (try the salted coffee with cream!) and returned to a home for the 4 dishes of cooking. Food - It was fun, we ate as we cooked and the dishes were most delicious. (Pho, pancake with rice rolls brinjal or aubergine in clay pot and papaya / mango salad). We love them all. Service - Hanna was sweet, most considerate in taking care of my elderly mum on a rainy day and her instructions were clear. We dropped by a supermarket and she helped us with a few purchases. If you are travelling with someone who speaks Mandarin , Hanna is the person to ask for. Her English is good of course. And she is most patient. Superb customer service. We had a most wonderful experience and would certainly recommend her and this company!

We came here after a word of mouth recommendation. We absolutely loved this experience. Learning about the local farmers, buying the supplies and then cooking multiple dishes.

Very good experience. Hanna has great sense of humour. Great fun. A lot of laughing. And she is also a good teacher. We were a small group. Made papaya salad, pho bo, rice pancakes/rolls, and eggplant in claypot. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a great cooking class with Rosie! The class was very engaging and simple to follow and catered to the various age groups.

We had such fun today. We all had a chance to cook at every step. Dishes were explained so we could appreciate the cultural context and learn about the ingredients. We played a few games and our teens loved throwing a pancake across the room. Hanna is warm and knowledgeable - her English outstanding - but it’s actually her genuinely hilarious sense of humour that won us over. Hanna was supported by an assistant (Kata I think ?) who helped with the flow of food prep and technique. The time flew by and we all had full tummies at the end. We look forward to trying the recipes at home in Australia. Highly recommend this cooking class.
