This was a cute little food tour, our guide Noi was just adorable! Make sure you request her if you can. We stopped off and did an impromptu walk through the food market because the ice cream shop was closed! But this was an added, unexpected bonus for us. Thanks Noi for showing us around and making this food tour so enjoyable for us.

Absolutely incredibly day out - King was our tour guide for the dark cave, very dry humour, very wet experience! 100% recommend the dark cave for anyone wanting a more interesting day out. The water park in the river is brilliant fun after you’ve done with the cave. The phong Nha cave experience is amazing as well, the boatmen and guides were brilliant and gave a really good overview of the caves used during the war

After two months of research and contacting many tour companies, we finally chose the 3-day 2-night Ha Long – Cat Ba tour from BCFamilyTour.com because: We got to explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in a single tour. There were many exciting activities included in the itinerary. We were able to book additional experiences like rock climbing and a street food tour. Visited Paradise and Phong Nha cave, both were beautiful and definitely worth a visit to see some spectacular locations. The whole trip was well organised and our guide was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for someone who's staying in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha even if you just have a short layover.

This is definitely the best tour we've had in Laos because our tour guide, Noi, was the wonderful! Her English is great and she is so smart, personable and easy to talk with and get to know. I admire her enthusiasm for Vientiane, her engaging conversation and intelligence. She clearly could be leading many more tours than just the food tour, although she was wonderful with this one. We feasted on spring rolls, fruit drinks, sausages, sweet potato puffs and would have tried sticky rice desserts, too, but were too full for more. I really wish Noi had been our guide for the tours we had in Luang Prabang (to Kuang Si falls and Hmong Village) and Vang Vieng (Nam Xay, Blue Lagoon and Tham Chang caves), since none of those guides spoke English.

We had a great trek from a local village to the waterfalls. Our guide, Khau (not sure of spelling), was amazing. He taught us a lot about local culture and the countryside. He also got us the best views of the waterfalls. Highly recommend this trek.

Super short but super good mini cruise. Everything was so organised and good. The service was excellent, the landscape in Bai Tu Long Bay is beautiful and quiet. Our room was nice and clean with a little jacuzzi in our bathroom. There was nice activities, and they were all pretty short which we liked! You experience a lot in only 24 hours time. Our guide called Morning was soo skilled and sweet, thanks you Morning! The food was also super good! Would 100% recommend and I think this trip to Bai Tu Long Bay is way better than the one to Halong Bay. The only minus is that you're not allowed to swim in Bai Tu Long Bay due to protection of the area, but for us it was okay since the weather was not for swimming!

Wonderful New Years Cruise in Halong Bay Vietnam. Beautiful nature scenery and great food. Tour guide and staff was very understanding to guests needs and very thoughtful. Live fireworks show after New Year Countdown .

Magical tour with Tom who was our tour guide. When we went up it was a misty day but with Tom’s “inside knowledge” we were able to get great photos with the Golden Bridge without the crowd in the background which is always a plus. We were travelling with our parents and two young kids and Tom was very patient with our pace and we didn’t feel rushed at all. He let our 6 year-old be our pretend “tour guide” for some time which provided him with extra entertainment 😉 highly recommended.

The cruise was better than I expected. The only thing that would have improved our two night, 3 day cruise was to have one sunny day, but the weather is the one thing that is unpredictable. Actually I was happy for the mostly cloudy weather which kept the temperature nice and cool. One of the reasons that the cruise was so good was because of Anna, the Travel Consultant. Anna was very helpful from the start. She was instrumental in getting my Vietnam Visa in record time! She was also helpful when it came to choosing between the Dragon Legend or the Dragon Pearl. Anna was very communicative throughout the entire time from start to finish and I thank her for that. The cruise itself was most enjoyable, from the beautiful and comfortable cabin, to the friendly and helpful crew, to the beauty of the ship. To summarize, everything was excellent, except for one aspect: I thought the food was just average for a cruise. The same seafood was offered at just about every meal. It became redundant and I grew tired of it very quickly. There's room for improvement in the galley.

Our guide was 5 stars, Hieu is a fantastic guide - very friendly and took us at a safe pace. He also timed us getting to train street in time to have a coffee and watch the train go by. I highly recommend him. The bikes alone make this 3 stars - they are falling apart. Our handle bars were detached and the bikes are very old. There is also no option for helmets - and Hanoi streets are very busy. We also did not get to see the mosaic mural along the red River which was in the description as one of the stops. Overall a good tour, but they need new bikes.

this show left us speechless. It is absolutely must see when in Hanoi ! Spectacular! Amazing! Unique! I am so glad we made it to this show. Our travel plans have changed and we had to leave on the day of the show. Company arranged transfer for us to the airport from the show. And we were able to leave our luggage in the car while we were enjoying the performance. We appreciate it great communication, support, and amazing art. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great time touring the street food outlets with Nong who was great company and very knowledgeable. We tried a whole range of delicacies - some of which we would never have tried if we had just wandered round by ourselves. One thing is for sure you won’t go back to your accommodation hungry!! Highly recommended.
