- Leigh R0 contributionsCute little food tourThis was a cute little food tour, our guide Noi was just adorable! Make sure you request her if you can. We stopped off and did an impromptu walk through the food market because the ice cream shop was closed! But this was an added, unexpected bonus for us. Thanks Noi for showing us around and making this food tour so enjoyable for us.Written 5 February 2025
- Will P0 contributions100% recommend and definitely dark caveAbsolutely incredibly day out - King was our tour guide for the dark cave, very dry humour, very wet experience! 100% recommend the dark cave for anyone wanting a more interesting day out. The water park in the river is brilliant fun after you’ve done with the cave. The phong Nha cave experience is amazing as well, the boatmen and guides were brilliant and gave a really good overview of the caves used during the warWritten 4 February 2025
- vikoy20250 contributionsHa Long – Cat Ba 3 Days 2 Nights Tour with BCFamilyTour – Best Choice for Vietnam TravelAfter two months of research and contacting many tour companies, we finally chose the 3-day 2-night Ha Long – Cat Ba tour from BCFamilyTour.com because: We got to explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in a single tour. There were many exciting activities included in the itinerary. We were able to book additional experiences like rock climbing and a street food tour. It was easy to travel to Ninh Binh and Hanoi after the tour. The travel experts supported us whenever we needed help and were very professional. With over 20 years of experience organizing tours in Vietnam, they provided excellent service, and we even booked a full Vietnam tour package with them. We sincerely appreciate the cruise staff, tour guides, drivers, and everyone who helped us throughout this journey. Special thanks to Daisy, our travel expert, for designing our itinerary and helping us save thousands of dollars. We look forward to our next adventure with you!Written 2 February 2025
- p_terb6800 contributionsGood trip with beautiful locationsVisited Paradise and Phong Nha cave, both were beautiful and definitely worth a visit to see some spectacular locations. The whole trip was well organised and our guide was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for someone who's staying in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha even if you just have a short layover.Written 2 February 2025
- M4273PRcarolp0 contributionsExcellent for the Food and also for the GuideThis is definitely the best tour we've had in Laos because our tour guide, Noi, was the wonderful! Her English is great and she is so smart, personable and easy to talk with and get to know. I admire her enthusiasm for Vientiane, her engaging conversation and intelligence. She clearly could be leading many more tours than just the food tour, although she was wonderful with this one. We feasted on spring rolls, fruit drinks, sausages, sweet potato puffs and would have tried sticky rice desserts, too, but were too full for more. I really wish Noi had been our guide for the tours we had in Luang Prabang (to Kuang Si falls and Hmong Village) and Vang Vieng (Nam Xay, Blue Lagoon and Tham Chang caves), since none of those guides spoke English.Written 27 January 2025
- johncM896WW0 contributionsGreat TrekWe had a great trek from a local village to the waterfalls. Our guide, Khau (not sure of spelling), was amazing. He taught us a lot about local culture and the countryside. He also got us the best views of the waterfalls. Highly recommend this trek.Written 25 January 2025
- 203maikae0 contributions100% recommend this trip to Bai Tu Long BaySuper short but super good mini cruise. Everything was so organised and good. The service was excellent, the landscape in Bai Tu Long Bay is beautiful and quiet. Our room was nice and clean with a little jacuzzi in our bathroom. There was nice activities, and they were all pretty short which we liked! You experience a lot in only 24 hours time. Our guide called Morning was soo skilled and sweet, thanks you Morning! The food was also super good! Would 100% recommend and I think this trip to Bai Tu Long Bay is way better than the one to Halong Bay. The only minus is that you're not allowed to swim in Bai Tu Long Bay due to protection of the area, but for us it was okay since the weather was not for swimming!Written 11 January 2025

- SwasL0 contributionsMagical tour with TomMagical tour with Tom who was our tour guide. When we went up it was a misty day but with Tom’s “inside knowledge” we were able to get great photos with the Golden Bridge without the crowd in the background which is always a plus. We were travelling with our parents and two young kids and Tom was very patient with our pace and we didn’t feel rushed at all. He let our 6 year-old be our pretend “tour guide” for some time which provided him with extra entertainment 😉 highly recommended.Written 7 January 2025
- 432hall0 contributionsThe Dragon Legend doesn't disappoint! The cruise was better than I expected. The only thing that would have improved our two night, 3 day cruise was to have one sunny day, but the weather is the one thing that is unpredictable. Actually I was happy for the mostly cloudy weather which kept the temperature nice and cool. One of the reasons that the cruise was so good was because of Anna, the Travel Consultant. Anna was very helpful from the start. She was instrumental in getting my Vietnam Visa in record time! She was also helpful when it came to choosing between the Dragon Legend or the Dragon Pearl. Anna was very communicative throughout the entire time from start to finish and I thank her for that. The cruise itself was most enjoyable, from the beautiful and comfortable cabin, to the friendly and helpful crew, to the beauty of the ship. To summarize, everything was excellent, except for one aspect: I thought the food was just average for a cruise. The same seafood was offered at just about every meal. It became redundant and I grew tired of it very quickly. There's room for improvement in the galley.Written 5 January 2025
- D8508FCkatew0 contributionsGuides are great, bikes are notOur guide was 5 stars, Hieu is a fantastic guide - very friendly and took us at a safe pace. He also timed us getting to train street in time to have a coffee and watch the train go by. I highly recommend him. The bikes alone make this 3 stars - they are falling apart. Our handle bars were detached and the bikes are very old. There is also no option for helmets - and Hanoi streets are very busy. We also did not get to see the mosaic mural along the red River which was in the description as one of the stops. Overall a good tour, but they need new bikes.Written 1 January 2025

- juliaaT2267FX0 contributionsspectacular! must see !! don’t miss this amazing performancethis show left us speechless. It is absolutely must see when in Hanoi ! Spectacular! Amazing! Unique! I am so glad we made it to this show. Our travel plans have changed and we had to leave on the day of the show. Company arranged transfer for us to the airport from the show. And we were able to leave our luggage in the car while we were enjoying the performance. We appreciate it great communication, support, and amazing art. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Written 29 December 2024
- TomH4230 contributionsSuperbHad a great time touring the street food outlets with Nong who was great company and very knowledgeable. We tried a whole range of delicacies - some of which we would never have tried if we had just wandered round by ourselves. One thing is for sure you won’t go back to your accommodation hungry!! Highly recommended.Written 29 December 2024

Our guide, Misa, was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a wealth of historical facts and background information at each site. Despite the tour group being quite large (around 15-16 people), she kept everyone safe, accounted for, and well-informed throughout the day.
The organization of the tour was spot on, and we were given ample time to explore each location, soaking in the beautiful views and cultural insights. Misa's enthusiasm and attention to detail made the tour even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about these incredible sites—it's a perfect blend of adventure and education!

To be honest, I almost didn't take this trip. It seemed boring to me from the videos I saw on the internet. I went at the last minute and actually found it to be a more interesting visit than I expected. We went very early at 7 am and it was very empty and quiet. That helped. The place was very pleasant.

Great views, wear comfortable shoes and loose clothing as it is extremely hot . We came from Hoi An and drove past some beautiful beaches on the way to Danang. Our tour guide from Venus Tours “handsome guy” was ver funny but very knowledgeable and shared lots of Vietnam’s history with us. I took the elevator up ( I think it is the first 200 steps) but decided not to walk any further due to heat, there were only 2 men in our group that walked to the top. Lady Buddha is magnificent and is said to bring you good fortune. We had a lovely lunch , a noodle dish in a local cafe at the end of the tour. I would recommend going in the morning as it gets hotter in the afternoon and is more likely to rain.

It was ok, when we booked the trip it said that we would be back at 14:00hrs. We were back around 12:30hrs. We only had 30mins at Monkey mountain, though it is hot and humid I would recommend a minimum of 45mins to truly enjoy the bonsai garden. Whilst driving from Hoi an along the coast, there were some Vietnamese fishermen fishing, I wished the guide talked a bit more about the culture. Also, it would have been nice for the guide to introduce himself and each member of the group to build rapport. The local lunch was very average… Plenty of room for improvement in this area. A visit to the above sites is worth it. The guide was flexible in allowing us to venture in the cave area. Overall 7/10.

Excellent tour, i really enjoyed myself. The amount of at each spot was perfect and the sites were fascinating. Our tour guide (whose name I cannot spell) was fantastic, spoke excellent English and was really informative. I’d definitely recommend the tour if you’re looking for a short, half-day tour of the Marble Mountain/Lady Buddha.

Misa, our guide, made our adventure in Da Nang unforgettable. Her sweetness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge enhanced the entire experience. Misa's attention to everyone's well-being and her ability to address all questions created a comfortable atmosphere. The breathtaking mountains and caves were truly mesmerizing. While the hike through the cave was a bit narrow, the adventure was well worth it—just a word of caution against wearing a dress for that part. For those seeking an easier route, stairs were available, though the 120 steep steps were a workout, rewarding us with an incredible top view. These places are a must-see in Da Nang, Vietnam, and Misa's guidance added an extra layer of enjoyment to the journey.

We loved visiting Lady Buddha! What an amazing place! The temple is beautiful and the view of Da Nang can't be beat. We also enjoyed visiting Marble Mountain, especially seeing the statues and walking up to Heaven!

The value for money was good. I went around in the afternoon. We started with Monkey Mountain with the statue of Lady Buddha and the bonsai garden. We followed up with a visit to a shop that sells marble sculptures. Honestly, for the shop, I didn't see the point. Prices were high and almost nobody was interested in that. We ended up Marble Mountains which were superb!

Michael was funny, entertaining, knowledgeable, and spoke English fluently. Monkey Mountain had beautiful views, and Lady Buddha was a sign to be reckoned with. The caves (heaven and hell) were magical and should not be missed when visiting Danang.
