During the talk, we will tast our famous creation - cold brew coffee mixed with lime juice and simple syrup and taste a origin cold brew and know about the trendy brewing. We also taste our new twist egg coffee - coconut egg coffee and know the difference between our new recipe and original recipe from 1946.
Then we will learn how to make the most popular method of brewing Vietnamese coffee - Phin with different kinds of beans: Robusta, Arabica fully washed, our house blend (70%Arabica, 30% Robusta) and the highest rated bean in our coffee shop - honey processed arabica; Everyone is welcome to join, whether you have no knowledge about coffee or enough experience to consider yourself a 'coffee snob.'
