Today was not what I expected due to a few reasons. Aling-Aling Waterfalls is a sight but you basically spend 5 minutes there and then turn back. The fun is at Kroya Waterfall where you get to jump and slide. There are changing rooms for you but this activity is not for the faint of heart, it's pretty terrifying looking down and you see rocks but if you follow the guide's instructions, you will be safe. Wanagiri Hidden Hills we didn't get to see or participate in due to rainy and foggy weather which sadden us. All you could see was deep intense fog so our guide advise us that it was not worth seeing. Handara Gate is a complete waste of time, it's not a 30 mins activity. There is nothing special about it, it's a gate and if you have been to Heaven's Gate, it's basically the same thing but not as fancy. You have to wait in a ticket queue and the ticket we got was 'selfie ticket' not realizing when it was our turn (we waited an hour and in my opinion not worth it), the guy demanded more money when we wanted a photographer to take our photo. We had already paid... you are basically paying to wait in a long queue and then money for them to take your photo and even more for the fancy version (with a mirror). Everyone ahead of us had the photography take their photo and then when it came to us, we were told this news which took us by shock. What a tourist trap. Also people "snuck" in by paying money to cut the line ... what a complete SCAM. Gusti was a good guide, he even stopped by a fruit stand for us on the way since he knew we wanted to try the local fruits and helped us with translating to the local vendor. How sweet of him! This review is not reflected of Gusti's effort and kindness, it reflected on the activities we participated in especially on our treatment at Handara Gate. I feel cheated by today activities ... I understand weather is not something we can control but maybe an alternative activity should be plan if weather conditions doesn't allow for the main activity.

Views of incredible places and crystal bay at the end. Jantraa, our guide, was very cordial, attentive and great driver.

The views were amazing, Bali swing was breathtaking and the guide (Aris) was fantastic and extremely co-operative. Aris had great picture clicking and video making skills. It was like having a personal photographer for no extra cost.

Amazing day ! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking at seeing the sights off the beautiful island and surroundings. From our pick up from our villa, to the speed boat through to the tour of the island we had a great time and very insightful journey into the Balinese landscape and culture. It was my two cousins first time in Bali and were absolutely blown away with the hospitable welcome from all drivers. We will be back 😀

Wow! This day trip was amazing!! We spent the day exploring Ubud starting with the Quad bikes. I had never ridden one before but this had to be by far my favourite activity we did. We visited the waterfall and took in the surroundings, finishing off with a coffee plantation tour. Overall Gusti and Adi were so accommodating and friendly, they made the tour so welcoming and fun!

Overall this was a super fun day! We started off only booking in these 4 activities, however once we arrived there were more to choose from and we decided to add on a couple more. Once we arrived we were provided with a bottle of water, lockers and towels, we were also given the option to buy photos before we started for 600,000, however there were some activities where photos couldn’t be taken, such as out on the jet skis and on the flying fish. All the activities were super fun and you could choose what pace/level of intensity you wanted to complete them at. The workers were all also really friendly and helpful!

The ATV through jungles and caves was awesome and exceeded our expectations. The monkey forest, coffee plantation and the waterfall were so beautiful. Our tour guide and driver Ari was absolutely fantatsic. He made the trip so easy and fun. He offered to take photos at every location and was a pleasure to have around for the day. Highly recommend.

We had the best guide/driver (Kadek) in Bali. He messaged to confirm the day before & the morning of the trip, which is really reassuring. We had a lovely air-conditioned drive to the Blue Lagoon, and Kadek was so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable along the way. The boat trip provided snorkelling equipment & life vests if needed, and we were taken just 10 mins around the bay to stop in 2 fabulous areas for snorkelling. We had 1 hour at each and we saw some amazing sealife as the water was so clear. Back on land we had lunch & drinks in the restaurant which again was fabulous. Kadek then took us to the Kanto Lampo waterfall, where we were able to have a dip & take photos. All in all, we had the best day and felt like we had exceptional service throughout... thank you Kadek 😊 from Lisa, Chris & Yvonne

An excellent tour. Covered all the high spots we wanted to visit. The length of each of the stops was just right. Our driver Chandra was tremendous - knowledgeable, professional and a good driver. Would highly recommend this trip.

Hands down the best quad biking experience!! If you're going to Bali, this is a must! My friends and I went on a day trip to Ubud with Gusti and Adi from Bali Natural Tours. They were so friendly and accommodating to our day, making sure we were cared for and looked after at each point of the trip. They also took us to the most delicious spots in Ubud. I would highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience with spectacular views and welcoming staff. Thank you so much to Gusti and Adi for making our day so wonderful!!
