Our driver, Winda, was early picking us up at our hotel and took good care of us. The ATV tour itself was great but wish we booked a private tour option. There were some crazy and inexperienced people in our group, which is a dangerous combination. However, one of the tour guides, Mateo, was so wonderful at helping us feel more comfortable on the tour. Mateo made the tour very enjoyable for us. Thank you! The views and scenery were just incredible so highly recommend this tour and staff.

We were greeted by Wayan, our driver who was incredibly nice and kind to us. Unfortunately the rest of the day turned out to be not only frustrating, but mediocre. When we arrived to the ATV location, I was told I was unable to ride due to being pregnant. If you read carefully on their forms, it clearly states “not recommended for pregnant women.” However they have a section above clearly stating individuals with issues such as heart problems are not allowed to ride. I had been in Bali for several days and have gone on multiple tours with this disclosure therefore didn’t expect it to be an issue. We explained to the employees that we were willing to take the risk and forgo any insurance or waivers if that be a concern for them. They continued stating they will not let me go after spending 1.5 hours driving over to their location in Ubud. They attempted to withhold both mine and my husbands refunds due to this. My husband was told he can still go without me. In shock, he expressed he had no interest in doing an activity on his honeymoon alone.
After about 1/2 hour of dispute, our driver was kind enough to find us another site where they allowed me to ride. When we arrived there, I was given the option to do the rice field tour (smoother roads) or the waterfall/Forrest tour (bumpier). I took the safer route (rice fields) and was told I would be granted 1.5 hours on tour. To our shock we were brought back only 30min later. The staff seemed to notice our confusion and began once again offering additional stops & options. We were so frustrated that we decided to end our day there and asked the driver to bring us back to our hotel.
Only good thing that came out of this tour was our sweet and accommodating driver who saw how upset we were and si everything he could to rescue our day.

We are very strict about safety,
Our team were so panicked. There is a customer angry to keep going with pregnant wife.
We were so confuse, they don’t care about their life. Even we offer full refund, they still want to go riding atv, and very angry, oh and he said will write bad review if we don’t let them go.
I HAD NO IDEA
And finally we offer option to ride atv at another track, ( I know it was not a good decision ) of course you will not happy, because you ride atv were not at our atv track, atv guide will not let you ride the atv on bumpy line. and honestly all my team were not happy letting you riding atv when you are pregnant

We booked 2 ATV tickets and unfortunately my partner came down with bali belly the night before our activity so I was able to get a partial refund of 30% due to late refund request.
However my driver Dewa was on time to pick me up from my hotel lobby here in Ubud. He was welcoming straight off the bat and made me feel very comfortable especially travelling solo.
He explained our day trip before we got started and also provided free bottled water for the ride.
Dewa drive safely and efficiently to the ATV destination and his car was very clean.
I had a blast at ATV through the tunnel and waterfall in Bali. It was amazing and I got to meet other Australians on the activity as well. The workers were super friendly and took so many good photos! I loved my experience with you guys.
Thank you Dewa and team for taking good care of me today. I will most definitely be using your services again in future.

What a fabulous day we had at the ATV in the tunnels and waterfalls north of Ubud special thanks to Kadek Widi who was importantly, a very safe and excellent driver negotiating all that Ubud and it’s traffic can offer. He was also super. funny and acted more like a tour guide than a driver, pointing out temples and places of prayer and also showing us the areas that we could visit like the vet the Ridgeview and rafting and other things we could consider whilst in Ubud would overall very very in place pressed with his service, he also had a great sense of humour about the traffic in Ubud and drivers. Would highly recommend Kadek Widi for anybody Looking to hire a driver in Ubud during your stay.

Great quad biking experience! Our friendly driver Kadek Widi picked us up promptly from our hotel in Ubud to take us up to the starting point. The course was hard at times with lots of steep declines, bumps and mud but great fun. Very organised with lockers to keep your belongings safe, showers to clean up after and friendly staff throughout. Kadek Widi allowed us to change our route home to stop for a coffee, his English was great and he even jumped in the bushes to get photos of us arriving back on our quads to send to us (above and beyond!!)
Quick tip - they sell waterproof phone holders/bags which you can hang around your neck and take photos through the plastic during the tour - you can buy one for 50,000 IDR, well worth it for some hilarious shots.

I’ve been to Bali many times, and this is certainly one of the best things I’ve ever done in Bali!
I travel to Bali a lot with work and myself and my colleague had a morning spare so we thought we would try this and I’m so glad we did.
It started with the most amazing driver (Herry) who then turned into our photographer. He was honestly so amazing, had a nice air-conditioned car with waters and let us stop on the way home for McDonald’s and had a good funny conversation. On the way home, I realised that I’d left my trainers at the centre and he helped massively in getting these back to me, calling his friends and colleagues to help me and asked for no additional money (We did give him a tip though!)
The experience itself was great. However, my colleague is quite small and think she found it quite tough on her arms As it takes some upperbody strength to turn the bike.
But I would highly recommend doing this, and also request our driver (Herry) who was generally the best driver I’ve ever had in Bali! 🙌🏽

Its very incredible experience. I went there alone becoz my friend got Bali Belly. But the driver Harry and the quad drivers are all so friendly and kept me accompanied. The quad drivers took initiative to take so many amazing photos for me! Professional photographer! I highly recommend bringing a water proof bag so that you can take your phone with you n got beautiful photos.
I got a bit bruises and they helped me apply medicine afterward. Thats very caring.
The shower is clean n big with towel provided

The ATV tour was one of the highlights of our trip. We were part of a group of about 10-12 quad bikes, some parts are very steep where you really have to focus. You definitely get wet, so bring a change of clothes and definitely bring socks for the boots they give you. The showers are decent, although the water is cold. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tour is great, the tunnel was definitely a highlight. This might not be for you if you‘re claustrophobic or a very cautious person tho. Still great fun and worth the money!

I would highly recommend this ATV tour! I’ve done ATVing before in Bali and this track was by far the best. You go through rice fields and then they take you through the jungle down to a cave and through a waterfall which was so cool. It was very scenic and lush. You do go down a steep hill to get to the caves which was a bit daunting but totally fine once you did it as you just hold onto both brakes at the same time and go bumper to bumper. 10/10 would recommend

Firstly I’d like to start of by saying that Kana is the best tour guide I’ve come across out of all the countries I’ve visited. I was unintentionally 1 hour late and regardless he still gave us positive energy and in no way showed any form of frustration. Anyone would be lucky to have a tour guide like Kana. He told us amazing stories about his village and recommended us on a lot of activities that would should explore. The ATV adventure itself was also amazing, coasting through the magnificent scenery with some amazing landmarks. I’ve already booked to go again this week.

Booked 2 hour single ride for 2 people including pick up and drop off. Driver was actually early and very friendly. The quad bike ride was fantastic, my wife who was a little apprehensive was thrilled and enjoyed it soo much. Was a great ride through rice fields, water falls and natural caves. Staff was great, highly recommend.

Hi,
I am not sure about the refund policy, however the quad bike is very demanding and very dangerous, as they take you into mountainous terrain, with steep drops. Me and my family were novices at this and if we had our time again, we would not do it because it was so dangerous, which isn't something they make you aware of when you set off. The tunnel and waterfall and amazing, but everything else isn't and there's no health and safety awareness. I hope this helps.

Hi. In terms of age we were told the age limit was 65 which was important to me as I am that age. However, having experienced the whole thing I would say that a fit 70 year old would comfortably be able to manage, if you can persuade them to take you. It may be an insurance thing.
