My friend and I took the Pink Beach tour on January 3rd, 2025, from Lombok. Our driver and guide Anas picked us up from our hotel and was wonderful, super helpful, with a good command of English. He even brought us fruit from his garden. The boat crew of two was also very helpful and made us feel safe in the water. The lunch was yummy. At the end of the day, a fast boat took us directly to a place on Gili Air where we were staying. I would recommend Bale Laut Tour company 100%. P.S. I was going to attach some photos, however, was just informed by the company that they accidentally erased them. This definitely made me upset and less enthusiastic about leaving this glowing review...Please make sure you get on their case immediately. I decided to give them a couple of days and regret it now.

Amazing location, however probably not value for money. Guides offered minimal interaction and guidance. Could have gone on a lot cheaper tours with the same inclusions

The tour was contracted to local tour driver. Our driver Mustaba is great. Even raining day, we explored 3 islands and saw a lot of tropical fishes. Highly recommend..

Great day trip touring through 3 islands and snorkelling! We got to see an array of fish and our snorkelling guide was so adamant we see turtles and we got to swim and capture photos with two! The team for the day were amazing! From our guide Nova, our driver, our snorkelling guide and boat driver. The itinerary didn’t exactly match what was advertised on the trip advisor but that’s what makes it perfect, because it was a private tour you can shorten it exactly how you’d like, we shortened the snorkelling in some areas thus we weren’t able to include sunset viewing but it was a such a highlight for our Lombok trip

The trip was exceptional, offering a unique and unforgettable experience. The activities, including hiking in Padar, snorkeling, encountering Komodo dragons and manta rays, swimming with a turtle, and admiring the beautiful reefs, starfish, and the pink beach, created lasting memories. The staff made every effort to accommodate us, although the condition of the boat could benefit from some improvements.

That said, our guide Nisa and driver Azwar remained highly professional, ensuring every moment of the trip went smoothly. The entire experience was incredibly well-organized, and we were lucky to have perfect weather, which made everything even better. Of course, this seamless journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support of not only Nisa and Azwar but also the local guides and the hardworking team behind the scenes. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who made this trip so memorable. Wonderful excursion! Even in the rain the trip over to the Gillis was exciting. The snorkeling was fun and the crew made us feel safe and still enjoyed the dive.

The Day Trip to 5 Secret Gilis in Lombok was fantastic! Our tour operator was friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel well taken care of. Despite the rainy season, the snorkeling was amazing with plenty of fish to see. The islands—Layar, Rengit, Nanggu, Tangkong, and Kedis—were beautiful and peaceful. Lunch was delicious and a perfect mid-trip treat. Highly recommend this tour for a memorable day in Lombok!

The ride to Citorek was hands-down one of the best solo adventures I’ve had. The motorcycle gave me total freedom, and the route was a perfect blend of adrenaline and chill. The Cisadane River crossing was super cool, and the scenery along the way kept me in awe. Citorek Traditional Village felt like a hidden gem. The locals were incredibly kind, and the vibe there was so calm and authentic. If you’re up for a solo escape that’s part adventure, part cultural immersion, this is amazing
