There are so many rides to choose from and the whole park is clean and beautifully presented. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food and drinks are delicious and well priced. We hired a gazebo which I highly recommend if one is available. Most fun parks and waterparks only have your regular burgers and fried foods. All the food we had at Waterpark was really nice restaurant style and great value for money! This park is absolutely wonderful and you can chill at the 2 pools they have. Water slides are insane, there are different levels and waiting times are reasonable too. Safety is taken seriously. Easy to navigate in and pre-purchased tickets. We emailed ahead and wete about to booked a VIP gazebo. Totally worth the money. The area was clean and comfortable and private. A perfect base location and space for those who just wanted to sit. Slides and pools were clean. Waiting times on some rides but within acceptable times (is 15 minutes). Staff lovely and friendly. I once came around 3 months ago (Dec 2019), and i will write my review.
Waterbom Bali have a clean and good property (restaurant, slides, even their park area), but despite of that, their hospitality is poor, they are racist.
Here is why .
1. I once came using motorbike (ticket by tra****ka), and since im local, the security ask me why i am in their park area, told him that i got a ticket and i wanna play. It was asked because i'm local, and using motorbike.
2. Inside their entrance room, the staff call the non local first to show their tickets, while i am already in front of her which the guest she called, is behind me.
3. At the restaurant, when i ordered a pizza, the staff treat me with a really bad hospitality, while before i saw him treat the non locals, so comfort with smile and good hospitality, i feel their racism here too.

Thank you very much for your valuable time to write us a review on TripAdvisor. We truly understand that you were expecting great hospitality during your day at Waterbom Bali. We are sad to know that our service didn’t meet your expectations.
We believe that you have received the official e-mail that we sent you on December 2nd, a day after your visit clarifying the situation and investigation result. Let’s look back into it:
1. Our security at the main gate area has a procedure to check to do baggage check for any vehicle that entering the park including a motorbike along with asking to the guest about their visit purpose with the intention to direct the visitor to the right place according to their business as we are not only having guest to enjoy the park, but we do have visitors with a different kind of business purpose. Based on the investigation, our security in-charge at the main gate on that day checked your motorbike baggage and asked your visit purpose based on the procedure. We are sorry if you feel discriminated against our procedure, yet we apply this to all of our guests without differentiation.
2. Our queuing system at the park is divided into three groups of counters based on the ticket purchase system: Walk-in, Prepaid / Travel Agent, and ticket purchases through the official website of Waterbom. Our cashier staff will call guests in the front queue to process the ticket redemption. We went through our CCTV record to validate your statement and found that you were on the Prepaid/Travel Agent Counter queueing in the second row. After the last transaction, our Cashier in-charge called the guest in the first row, which is in front of you to process the ticket redemption. However, we saw on the record that you also tried to skip the queue headed to the cashier counter overtaking them. When things like this happened, our Cashier in charge as the authority to prioritize the guest at the front line to make the transaction first. We do this according to an convenient queue procedure that applies at Waterbom Bali by not distinguishing the types of guests whether they are locals or foreigners. At this point, we assumed this issue is resolved according to your last e-mail on February 21st saying that you were confused about the queuing system and it just from your side of the view that you feel overlapped.
3. We have already reported this case to our F&B Department for further investigation and training refreshment to our F&B Service team as we have lack information about which restaurant that you visited and what time the service happened, we are waiting for your reply to be able to investigate and clarify this case.
We hope that the information above clarified the issue, On behalf of Waterbom Bali Management, we are extending our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience that caused you and your family as this is also not something that we would like you to experience.
Once again, we would like to thank you for your valuable time to give us very constructive feedback on our service quality. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously as our reference for improving our service in the future.

Visited with my 20y old and 17y old.
I was impressed with the facility and staff.
Everything is well organised, safe and maintained.
Adult cost was about $44 Aus (Adult) and was easy to book either via their web site or I saved a couple of dollars per ticket on a travel app called Klook. Was also well worth the $35 Aus for a small cabana for the day, which includes a small safe as you would find in a hotel room. Other cabana sizes are also available. Would recommend the family cabana for only an extra $10 per day for 4-6 people. These can be booked on their app or as I did on arrival as they keep half available for walk in’s. Towels rented for $1 Aus per day and a locker if needed.
Money for the park is all placed on a wrist band for cashless payments, with any left over money refunded at the end in cash. Money on your wristband can be topped up at any time during the day at particular points in the water park.
Life guards were attentive and safety appeared to be a priority, which was good to see in the pools and by staff at the top and bottom of the rides. Always with a smile as well.
We have been to numerous water parks in different locations and this was certainly in my opinion one of the better one’s for price, ambiance and cleanliness.
Highly recommend for day out on Bali.

We visited this water park yesterday, and cannot fault it in any way. Every single member of staff are polite and courteous and engage with every person with a smile an every ride we went on. Sometimes you see employees who look as sick a a chip who can't be bothered to be there, not here. The rides are great accommodating all ages, and the place is kept spotlessly clean all the time. We had lunch in the park and the food was lovely. The whole park is set up with a very clever wristband system, where you load up your money onto an digital system and can top it up all around the park throughout the day, and on your way out, you hand your wristband in, and they refund you on cash. We never had to wait more than 15 minutes or so for a ride, and for the extreme rides, we were more or less straight on. I recommend you pre book tickets etc online s the park was full and they were restricting the amount of walk ins. If you have pre booked tickets, leave your name at the front of the queue and wait 5 or 10 minutes and they will call you out. All in all a great value for money family day out, our 14 year old loved it and so did I. Would definately recommend and will definately be going back before we leave bali.

We had fun playing there from morning to night with two adults and two children. Even if the sliders are moderate, it is better to think of them as extreme by Japanese standards. Even if you are over the height limit, it may be recommended that you are at least in the upper grades of elementary school. Depending on the season, the wind can be cold, so we recommend that you bring a jacket. All payments in the park are made with a wristband, but if you do not charge it in advance, you will have to go back to get your wallet from the restaurant at the back to the locker at the first entrance, so be careful. If you charge it at the beginning at the counter called Top Up, you can get a refund later, so it's a good idea to put in a little more than you need (we put in 1,000,000 rp = 10,000 yen and got 400,000 rp back).

Waterbom was difficult to navigate with the wristband system initially but makes alot of sense. They keep it cashless and saves you returning to the locker constantly. Our first visit we hired a gazebo that has a safe and some beds and shade but it wasn't too busy so when we did the discounted return pass we just had a locker and put towels on a lounge for the day. Nice food options, good options for little people but having older kids we just did slide after slide. Lazy river can get congested but they have roaming photographers and we got a beautiful family shot in front of the lazy river waterfall. Go early! Word of warning!! Don;'t let your backside hang too low when in the tubes when riding waterslides. I have a phenominal bruise from going over a grate! Great idea is to buy a $5 phone pouch from the market stalls and you can take your own photos and videos!

Started at 9.40 ended at 6pm!! Great fun lots of slides all grades lovely pool area and plenty of cafes and kiosks for drinks and ice cream. I had the most delicious Balinese fish dish for £5!! Place is spotless and I hired a gazebo for the day which had its own safe and very comfortable well worth the £12 cost it was set in a small private area of 6 amongst trees and greenery which kept us cool. My grandson had great fun I hardly saw him only when thirsty or hungry!! Worth a visit

Amazing experience for adults and kids, the only small issue was the check-in experience for online ticket purchases, took 15 minutes in a queue where the walk in counter queue was almost empty.
You will need to charge your wrist band with money (can be done online or at the entry building) as you can't use cash or a credit card for anything within the water park (including your locker and towel hire).
The new slides towards the back of the park were less busy than the older ones at the front.
Loved the day, will certainly be back.

Lovely environment, very green and tropical rainforest feel. We booked tix online direct at about $48 AUD per person. The gazebos were booked out online but the website stated that if you got there earlier enough they had some still available. We left Nusa Dua at 8:15 and made it there in 35 mins. The security was sound upon arrival. You had to check in with pre-purchased tix which was fine. They give you a bracelet to wear for the day. You cannot use cash or card at any vendors in the park. Everything runs through the one band. Also no outside food or drink (except water) is allowed in. They do a thorough bag search. You also can't hire gazebos at the entrance. You have to go downstairs to a locker area and reserve one ( we picked 45 towards the back family). Then you go and pay for it at the back of the park and collect your key. That process was fiddly. You can also hire towels for $2 AUD. The family gazebo was $45 AUD. It made the day so much easier. It also had a safe in it to lock up valuables. The slides were well laid out. The lazy river covered most of the park so you could get from one ride to the other quite easily. The rides are all included in tiz price bar 2. They take your photo as you exit the ride and give you another wrist band to keep adding to your photos. The rides are grading in terms of challenge. My big kids did all of them and had a ball. My LO stuck to a few she was comfortable one. There is also a decent pool with attentive life guards. The staff all over the park were attentive and friendly.
Food wise we just had a couple of pizzas and hot chips the kids were more interested in sliding.
Lots of shade, clean and safe. A good day out.

We went to Waterbom with a toddler, tween and teenager and everyone had heaps of rides to go on and had a great day. It’s definitely quieter in the morning and after 4pm but we didn’t find it too busy at all. The park is very clean and the staff are really friendly. I definitely recommend going on the Python and getting a gazebo (the lazy river ones are more private). Lots of well priced meal options for vegetarians too.

We recently visited Waterbom Park in Kuta after a hiatus of over a decade. The children are all grown up now but it was just as much fun as we remember. Good to arrive early as there are less people so no slide queues. We spent the whole day there and would thoroughly recommend for families with young children as well as teens and adults. Everything was well maintained and staff were very friendly & professional. Good food options available too. We paid extra to prebook a gazebo which conveniently included a locker although there were plenty of free lounge chairs available.

My wife and I both are non-swimmers. Which rides would be recommended keeping that in mind?

Hi, you should be fine with any rides, particularly the ones with rafts or tubes. Staff are always in hand at the bottom of slides to assist you out of the pools, which are about 4 feet deep. You’ll love it 😊

Yes you can book a gazebo online. It’s a separate option after booking your day pass/ticket - sits below on the ticket option menu. Alternatively, one you have your confirmation, you can go back in and book one. If all else fails, call ahead of time or turn up first thing on the day and organise one at the special kiosk. I recommend getting a gazebo as towels and a locker are included.
