We had a fantastic day. Our driver, Wayan was very polite and informative. Even when we were running behind to get to the monkey forest because of the traffic, he ran in and made sure we got to experience the monkeys. My 11 year old daughter loved it all. Thanks Wayan

We have never experienced a Bali Massage before. This experience was amazing. We were pampered! Highly recommended. We had a nice dinner at Jimbaran beach although the weather wasn't cooperating. It was a little disappointing because there were no sunset. The dinner was delicious but could have had more on the included menu. Overall a wonderful experience and we had a good tour guide.

The tour was lovely, our guide gave us some extra time to relax at Padang Padang Beach. He got us to the ticket line early so we weren’t waiting for ages. Uluwatu temple was amazing and the Kecak dance was just beautiful to watch! The dinner at the Seafood restaurant was shocking though. The food was so horrible that we ended up not eating and going back to get burgers. Would recommend doing this tour without the restaurant and going somewhere nice instead.

Trip 2019- Wayan Suyasa did a fantastic job right from Initial discussion to post service facilitation. He recommended good places for my trip planning.. Mr Sudama ( Driver) gave us a safe, secure and convenient trip hassling the peak traffic and explained each area and its importance. The best driver. Definitely recommend Star Bali and Driver Sudama for your travel plans.

Star Bali and our driver wayan were so amazing and accommodating! Super responsive and wrote every detail. Wayan, our driver was so nice and knowledgable. He was soooo friendly and a great driver! The tour was awesome and stops were perfect. All encompassing overview of Bali. They added extra stops per our request! And, we were engaged during the tour!!! Wayan communicated with my fiancé and it went off without a hitch! So incredible. We also used the service for airport transfers which was perfect. I would recommend star Bali wholeheartedly! Our driver was Wayan Parta and he was so good: excellent driver, accommodating, calm, full of information. We had a hiccup at the start due to a hotel problem, and he found a way to shift things around over the two days so that we still saw everything we wanted to see. Comfortable car, excellent air conditioning! The food at the volcano restaurant was fine with a great view but the food near the three lakes/garden was very poor indeed. Communication with the owner was fast and comprehensive. Very glad we booked here.

Tour was customized as per my requirements and price was also very reasonable. Best thing about the tour was the way it was organised. Our tour guide Mr. Wayan Parta is fluent in English and very easy to converse. He reached our hotel every day before time. I feel he is very safe driver in mountain area also. Tour covered all the points which were mentioned in the itinerary. Payment options were flexible and I was able to pay as per my convinience. Great and flexible food options and timings.

With star Bali.... tour went amazingly smooth.... Mr. Wayan guide/driver is best person/friend ..... with children 6 & 3 year old.... 5 night and 6 day tour went very good .... choice of location was perfect ... even star Bali changed the tour itinerary on our request, at short notice of 1 day .... Bali safari is must go attraction..... lake temple and gate of heaven is other must go.. able to get really good Indian vegetarian food at queens restaurant.... masala dosa great ....

I was taking my teen daughter to see Bali for the 1st time and this our was a great way for her to see both some cultural aspects of Bali, whilst also seeing a number of tourist spots.

Day one... got picked up on time by the driver at my hotel in Ubud at 8am. Vehicle was clean and the driver Nova was friendly. We left to start the tour. First location at the Temple was still closed upon our arrival. We did eventually hit the locations in the morning. Driver finally stopped for lunch at around 2pm. We headed to the monkey forest and we were done there by 4pm. The driver asked if we wanted dinner and we said we did since it was included. He acted as if this was a surprise and made us believe this tour ended at 6pm which by the itinerary it indicates 13 hours the first day. Then on the second day we agreed to get picked up at 9:30am at our hotel again in Ubud. After a long day of traveling and seeing the sights we finally arrived at Tanah lot at 4pm. We again were told to meet the driver at the exit gate at 6pm to allow enough time to have dinner nearby and be back at our hotel by 7:30pm. The sunset did not go down until 6:30-6:45pm which we missed and we were back at our hotel by 8pm. Which by my calculation is only 10 hours and not the 12 hours as stated on their website. I don’t know if the driver was in a rush and wanted to get home or by having us skip dinner on the first night he made some extra money off of us. Unfortunately, we did not have WiFi to log on and see the exact itinerary. Future travelers be aware and take pics of the itinerary if you use this travel company. Buyer beware!

I found out about Star Bali Tour & Travel (SBTT) from Tripadvisor reviews. I contacted them and arranged for a 5D4N tour together with meal. I brought my 3 boys and father in law too. Total 6 of us. SBTT assigned Wayan Parta as our driver cum guide. Wayan is polite, knowledgeable, patience and a good listener. He is accomodative with our request and try to fulfill our request. He did most of the times. We had a great time and our holiday was memorable. Thanks to SBTT and Wayan Parta. Till we meet again...

This tour deal was good and the driver was accommodating. We would not have seen so much of Bali on our own. The Food included on the deal was Very Poor. The buffet lunches were very poor quality.( stodgy battered food ), the seafood tea was inedible, the prawns were too dry to eat, the fish full of bones and the squid very tough. Very disappointing as the venue was excellent. This tour could be excellent with different cruisine.

We had the most awesome and friendly tour guide ever, Wayan. The tour's pace was pitched at the right pace, lovely aircon.
