We took a day trip from Seminyak to Uluwatu Temple with Putra. The process was seamless and we didn’t have to pay for a thing after booking the all inclusive trip. Putra helped us with the tickets and all the local knowledge beforehand. He was also mindful to ensure that we had stashed all our belongings safely before entering the temple premises. The Kecak show was, needless to say, excellent. We were then taken for our seafood dinner at Jimbaran. Here, too, we weren’t required to pay for anything. The food itself was a great spread - prawns, clams, fish fillet and calamari. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the jet ski, parasailing and banana boat. Uluwatu dance was good finished off with a lovely dinner at Jimbaran.

Firstly, I’m a Padi certified diver and have been looking forward to sharing this underwater world with my children. I never heard of sea walking before and thought this would be a good introduction however, it was the complete opposite . The man explained the hand signals, he said don’t swim jump just walk and he mentioned that when we get into the waterhe would put the helmet on when the water was up to our shoulders and then we would go down. He failed to tell us how he was bringing us down, and what to expect . I went first, I put the helmet on and he dragged me down from behind, and at that speed of descent my ears hurt instantaneously and I felt panicked. I was able to calm myself because I know better and it’s only about 8 meters. I looked up to watch my eldest jump in. They put the helmet on, dragged him back from behind and I watched on horror as his helmet filled with water up to his eyes. The scuba diver didn’t notice because he was behind. I made a ruckus and started waving and pointing, to which point he turned him around, realised what was happening and took him up. I hate to think what could have have happened if I wasn’t there, and what could happen in the future. This could have been avoided if the communication and expectations were clear. Be warned, it’s claustrophobic. You get dragged down, and I still don’t know what you should do if your helmet fills with water. Just be careful, their safety protocols are none existent. Maybe dont take your kids. I’m going to struggle to get that imagery of my child growing out of my head.

Overall it was a decent tour however, I feel it is more suited for families and older crowds. We got picked up from our accom in Ubud. I would recommend only doing this tour if you are staying closer to Uluwatu side as there is a lot of driving involved. Our driver Gusti was very friendly and accommodating. Car was clean and comfortable with air-con which I was happy about.

Was a bit of a drive to get to Uluwatu Temple from Seminyak (1h 45m), but the sunset over the water while watching the fire dance was spectacular. Dinner was delicious (and massive), and our driver, Nengah, was fantastic company also!

If you’re looking for a guide who will go the extra mile to make your experience one-of-a-kind, Raj is the one to choose. Our recent Uluwatu tour with Raj was absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, his energy and enthusiasm were contagious. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure our experience was not just a tour, but a deeply personal and meaningful adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed the dance and the spectacular view is not to be missed. It was a long drive from Seminyak and us oldies were very uncomfortable on the cement seats, but still worth it!

Aditya was an amazing driver. Not only dis he take amazing photos and videos of us he helped us stay away from the aggressive monkeys and also made sure we were comfortable. He is a class act, he even opened the doors for my wife as she was getting in. Great conversation about Bali in the car ride.

The tour was absolutely amazing! Wayan was such a great tour guide, photographer and host. He really made me feel comfortable for my first solo trip in Bali, and we explored some really amazing places. My favorite was the water temple! Bali is such an amazing and scenic place. I can highly recommend Wayan - he was very cheeky, hospitable and knowledgeable. Cant wait for the next adventure!

We had such a wonderful tour visiting Heaven’s Gate, the water palace and Virgin Beach! Our driver Yuda was wonderful!!! He was great to talk to and took our pictures at the best spots! Would definitely recommend if you’re in Bali and need a day away from the resorts!
