- Voyage614348045670 contributionsWhen we touched IndiaRohit planned an unforgettable 18-day trip across North India for our group of 7 from Strakonice, Czech Republic this year in October. Covering Agra, Delhi, Vrindavan, Mathura, and Uttarakhand, every detail was well organized to suit our tastes and preferences. From seamless car arrangements, knowledgeable guides, lovely yoga classes, and delicious food to thrilling activities like private rafting and trekking, Rohit ensured everything was perfect. The hotel choices and room arrangements were top-notch, and each place we visited felt thoughtfully selected. Highlights included the mesmerizing sunrise hike in Mussoorie, a breathtaking sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, serene walks along the Ganga, and private dinners in Delhi. Exploring temples and enjoying the rich cultural experiences in Delhi, Mathura, and Vrindavan added immense depth to our journey. Visiting the Elephant Rescue Center was the cherry on top on the way to Agra, a truly heartwarming experience. Rohit is not just a skilled planner but a wonderful person with a kind heart and a genuine understanding of his guests. His deep knowledge of the destinations helped us connect with India in a meaningful way. We returned home with cherished memories and a profound appreciation for India, thanks to Rohit’s expertise and care. Miss you. Highly recommended!Written 6 December 2024
- meenakshimalpani0 contributionsExcellent trip planningRohit - there are no words to describe how wonderfully you have planned our trip to Mussoorie, Rishikesh and Haridwar! I Appreciate how you kept in touch for everything every single day from my first interaction on mail to final departure. The driver bhaiya was the best Indian driver we have ever come across in all our extensive travels. Always with a smiling face 😊 Our trek with Shiv to Benong Tibba was excellent - he was super patient with our child asking him atleast 500 questions. He also gave a lot of information about the flora and fauna in the region. Rishikesh trip with Satish was awesome and he's courteousness is something we all were really grateful. Loved our private rafting with our kid! Thank you for all the eateries suggestions as well. Thank you for everything! Will definitely get back to you for any future Himalayan tours and treks.Written 4 December 2024
- flashhanlon0 contributionsTge best tour of Mussoorie and LandourRohit was very accommodating in curating a full day tour for my fiance and I while we stayed in Mussoorie. We were able to coordinate a hike on a private trail, visited a Tibetan school and temple, walked up and through Landour visiting the famous bakehouse and Cafe Ivy, and explored mall road on our way back. We had amazing views throughout the day of the Himalayas, great conversation (learning so much about Mussoorie history and ways of living). Rohit also had a great driver to pick us up and shuttle us between locations as well as some bottles of water for us. So great having a knowledgeable and friendly guide to show us the best day in Mussoorie.Written 26 November 2024
- Stay633513181220 contributionsDay hike in mussoorieWe ventured out for a Trek with Rohit from easy prime holidays in Mussoorie & we absolutely loved it. We were looking for a non commercial less crowded and less walked upon nature trail & Rohit suggested us this hike. It is an absolutely lovely & eloquent trail through the hilly slopes of Mussoorie. Steep at places, yes, but equally quite & so refreshing. Rohit seems to know all turns on the trail at the back of his hand, we asked for a little longer walk once we reached the top of the mountain which houses a small watch tower overlooking the Himalayan peaks and also the vast valley on the other side along with a open grass field that offers the views, on reaching their via a short 2-3 kms trails we asked him if we can do a longer trail on the way back and without hesitation Rohit took as back from a lovely jungle trail that was longer for the foot and rewarding for the eyes. As we descended down the hill on the return before finally hiking back up, we were treated with the views of some villages at a distance in the valley which looked outstanding with the Himalayan backdrop. He informed us that however for usually the trail that they take for the summit & back to the road is just 3-4 kms loop but if someone is willing to walk and love nature trails, they are willing to give them a tour through the hidden forest trails with joy. We ended up doing a 10kms hike eventually. Absolutely loved the day with Rohit. Will recommend it to all nature lovers whether you are looking for a quick easy stroll through the forest, or to someone who just wants to go to a nice hilltop and enjoy views or even to someone who likes to walk for longer and doesn’t mind old trails & bushy paths, steep ups & downs of a mountain!!! You would love it with Rohit!!Written 24 November 2024
- HighfalconKs0 contributionsA hike in the HimalayasRohit is a wonderful trek guide and he comes prepared! Every inch of the hike was amazing filled with stories, anecdotes, information and laughter. His small rucksack that he carried with great joy was more like a Santa Claus, full of snacks and more snacks & more snacks! I am sure he even had a first aid kit and many other things. On top of that his helpful nature and the informative style was something that stands out. Totally recommending the Guide and this hike. xxWritten 22 November 2024

- Jaythewanderboy0 contributionsA beautiful hiking trail in MussoorieI was looking for a short exciting quick hike near mussoorie when i contacted with my contact Rohit from Easy Prime Holidays and he arranged for me a private hike to this peaceful hilltop called Kaflani. It was indeed a lovely brisk walking experience as i wanted - walking through the densly forested trail to reach a stunning hilltop not too far from the city. The weather was foggy and unfortunately we couldn't spot any Himalayan peaks but It was nonetheless still stunning walk & stunning views despite it being foggy & hazy. Rohit is an excellent hiker and a true trek guide with expertise and intelligence of a man who is well connected with the soil of the land!! A true man of the mountains!! All of their guides are Superb, I had a privilage of going for Yash last time on a visit when i was here and this time with Rohit. A must do trek near mussoorie and landour!Written 21 November 2024

- marykW1205QZ0 contributionsA truly memorable holiday, made more so by the expertise of Rohit and his teamAs a "sixty-something" year old woman travelling alone to India I entrusted Rohit, with the assistance of his excellent team of drivers and guides, with organising every single detail of my trip from the time I arrived at Delhi International Airport until the time I left about two weeks later. He did not disappoint, Rohit has the emotional intelligence to correctly assess exactly what will suit his clients and the will and ability to make it happen. I would say my trip was the "trip of a lifetime" but won't as I fully intend to go back and see even more of this beautiful country. Thank you again Rohit, the rafting on the Ganges was a particular highlight!Written 1 November 2024
- Meander000510390670 contributionspeace of mind, positivity, energyTouch India My biggest wish for visiting India was to get to know the local culture, people, customs, monuments. Thanks to Katka and Rohit, I had the opportunity to fulfill everything and I am very grateful to them for that. They are a really well-matched couple, not only professionally, but also as a partner. Rohit is a connoisseur of local culture and knows a lot about India historically. Thanks to him, we learned interesting stories and pearls from all the places we were, and there were quite a few of them. Delhi, Agra, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Tehri, Surganda, Mussoorie, Dehradun. Katka is very capable of organization and has a feeling for places where you stop your breath, time and gain energy, which we Europeans often lack. India is a country of great contrasts. On one side wealth, palaces, maintained places with breathtaking beauty and on the other side poverty which is a shock to all thinking people. Everyone has asked themselves how it is possible to survive in such poverty, but as time goes on, you will also begin to perceive certain solutions and the philosophy of this country. Everyone is responsible for their own life and livelihood. It is possible to use local charities in the form of food rations. Indians are not afraid of work, they still keep historical crafts and work with their hands is not indifferent to them. What I perceived as a certain balance was love, a sense of family cohesion, complete peace of mind, positivity and a willingness to help in every situation. My greatest emotional experience was an elephant hospital for abused elephants of barbarian groups. Until now, I have never been able to imagine how it is even possible to break such a large and sacred animal so that it is acceptable for the work and sustenance of these tribes. I was freezing all day and this experience will stay in my mind and heart for a long time. Another unforgettable experience that I will keep for a long time were the ascents to the Surganda and George Everest peaks there. I was completely taken by the views and the beauty of Indian nature in the form of mountains, forests, animals and plants. A strong experience was also in the form of a welcoming monkey family at sunrise. I must not forget the Taj Mahal, a magnificent building where every woman feels like an Indian princess and practicing with a yoga master. In conclusion, I realize that thanks to Katka and Rohit, everyone who visits India with them will be touched.Written 30 October 2024

Rohit was best person to introduce to every part of landour and make you familiar with the locality. He will tell every details of culture and biology of that place and recommend you the best tea of the town. Thanks Rohit for this memorable walk…ManishWritten 11 October 2024

- sujb0 contributionsGreat Walking Tour at Landour !Quaint picturesque endless deodars and crisp mountain air- that’s landour! Yash walked us through this beautiful space on the infinity walk - paced with ease by him for us to soak in the spirit of the place , with his simple conversational style of storytelling. Knowledgeable of the flora and fauna and the history of the place too. He took us to some of the iconic places at landour - The Landour Bakehouse, Heart of Landour, St Paul’s church, Char dukan of course that’s where the walk started and ended as well. Little souvenirs that one can talk back for friends and family from the store there. It was a very peaceful experience, just simply enjoyed this walk with Yash guiding us. There is a clean pay and use restroom for men and women near the bakehouse. Was easy to book with Prime holidays. Would recommend this walk for anyone looking at leisurely exploration ( the walk is 2-3 hours)Written 30 September 2024

We walked through the entire Landour area and he had a lot of interesting stories to tell. He is a complete history buff and has an engaging way of storytelling. Had no clue when 3-4 hours even passed by. We were a group of 12 and our family enjoyed completely throughout. He also clicked family pictures and told us about natural flora fauna around. This was a highlight of our family trip! Thank you Mr Yash for a wonderful experience.Written 16 September 2024

The whole trek was seamlessly planned by Rohit and beautifully managed by both Rohit and Rahul. They were amazing with guiding us through the difficult parts of the trail especially through the forest, carrying food and water throughout, and managing our group.
It was 5 great hours of conversations, forests, hills and excellent landscapes. The trail he customized for us touched upon the really untouched, pristine parts of the forest. Would definitely recommend this trek to anyone who visit Mussoorie to get a true essence of what the city is all about.

Top Tibba The Day Hike!
Family of Four, we got in touch with Rohit for this Hike in July. Being it a rainy month it was obvious that it was going to rain.
Rohit However has also insisted the same and gave us necessary set of instructions & inputs on how to make the best out of it. This is the only hike near mussoorie which doesn't have slushy wet grounds & leeches in the rainy months.
Caution though! The hike is uphill walk till the summit.
The overall vibe of the hike is wonderful, you literally feel walking above the clouds. Due to foggy weather we weren't able to see much views but the walk in itself felt great.
Rohit gave us necessary insights & info & guided us on how to better hikers & take away the best of Memories with us.
Also We were much pleased to see that Rohit was putting great thoughts on Safety & Security above all & was carrying necessary First Aid Things etc as we had small kids with. However they were all okay throughout the walk & it was we the adults that had some difficulty walking downhill.
Rohit is a soft spoken, young humble person who just knows what to talk about & when to talk, he gives the hike a lovely yet rare causal convo feel which makes you feel like you are some old friends just hanging out. We were pleased by the hike & the overall experience with Rohit on the Hike.

I had an excellent guide in Rohit. He was taking care and making allowances during the entire route for my well-being. It was a breeze trekking up to Top Tibba and walking down, and we didn't break a sweat. He knows the local stories, routes, flora and fauna and it was a very entertaining six hours from Mussoorie. Overall, I would strongly recommend him rather than one of the big tour operators by a far margin! For the first time in years, I felt the sense of trekking again, instead of being fleeced and scammed by a tour operator. I have already planned to go with him the next time I am in Mussorie on another trail.

Rohit was fantastic on our walk! He was a wealth of knowledge about various flora and fauna along the whole trip. It felt like a proper local walk as opposed to a tourist-trodden track. He led us to the top with ample stops, then gave us time and space to enjoy the view together without feeling pressured to rush back down.
Rohit was friendly and recommended restaurants and attractions in the rest of Mussoorie, as well as setting us up with our taxi back to the airport the next day. He checked in to make sure our taxi arrived.

Our trek master was Rohit. He is a very cordial and polite person. I would highly recommend him. Well informed about the paths and the trek terrain.
We started our trek at Suwakholi. The starting elevation was 6000ft and the destination mark was at 8500ft. We went all the way up but it is important to know that it is a difficult uphill trek and should not be pursued by older people or children. Also refrain from going on higher altitudes if you're not a physically active person or have any respiratory or cardiovascular problems.
While Rohit will provide you with all the information that you need, make sure to have a good breakfast before the trek; keep easy food to consume and water; keep chocolates and coldrinks, as it may get hot and dehydrating, from walking in the sun. Getting a burst of sugar will help Also, preferably wear fuller clothes since you may be walking through bushy terrains that may scratch on your body.
But I must say that I was impressed that Rohit knows the ways around the hills for all age groups. The views of the valley are ultra-impressive and stunning. It will be an absolute delight for an insta person. If you're lucky you might even get a clear view of the Shivaliks and the Himalayan range from atop these mountains. A good comfortable trek time is around 4-5hours; tho it may be shorter if you can't walk a lot.
And lastly Rohit shared with us a hidden gem in the form of a local Garhwali restaurant. Thank you very much Rohit for that local tip.
We had an awesomely amazing time in this trek and I would highly recommend pursuing a trek in the hilltops of mussoorie with Top Tibba Trek.

Hello all. It’s been a great experience this feb first week. I had the pleasure of trekking through the snow, dense forests, shrubs, bushes , local huts , and above all had glimpses of the mighty Himalayas.
Rohit, my trek guide, made it more memorable, by taking me through the trek highlighting the local- geography,Flora, fauna, and culture. He was punctual, flexible and above all a nice person.
Hope we humans continue to use and enjoy the nature sustainably so tat our future generations experience the same.

The top tibba trek is not well known within the Mussoorie town, but if you want to have a off beat, wild trail experience, away from the bustle and hustle of Mussoorie and life in general then this is something you should definitely try. The trek is amazing taking you upto 8000 for high, with a distance ranging between 9-12 kms based upon the path taken. Having a guide is definitely recommended as the long route we took is not a proper trail, and will require someone with local knowledge.
We had a great time trekking with Rohit. He is very knowledgeable of the paths and trails that lead to the summit and actively assesses the best routes to take based on the conditions and group feedback.
He is very engaging, always up for a conversation and, his knowledge of the area and it’s environment allows him to provide facts and information that you typically would not find anywhere else.
You should definitely pre book him :). We were lucky to get his availability a day before our planned trek
