We really appreciated the responsiveness of this agency during our first contacts regarding our travel project. The prices offered were quite reasonable. During our trip we were accompanied by a very pleasant, helpful and careful driver. No problem reassembling. On the contrary, we are fully satisfied with this service which we had already used for the first time. So don't hesitate.

We used Indian Panorama for the 2nd time as our 1st experience at end of 2022 was fantastic. Mary Chandrakanth was my Primary contact both times where she organized the full tour for our group of 14 ppl. Our latest holiday tour was exploring Kashmir / Odissa / Kolkatta. I give Mary a 10/10 rating for her warm and approachable nature. She guided us when we were booking the tour and helped our group in every way possible both before and during the Tour. Mary also ensured that we were comfortable and all was well during our tour where she could be reached 7 x 24hrs if required. Organised a mini bus with driver with Cholan Tours and Indian Panaroma team for a 10 days trip spanning from Chennai to Trivananthapuram via Trichy; Madurai; and Nagercoil. We had Mr Fazlur Rahman (Fazil) as our bus captain accompanying us all the way from point of arrival in Chennai up to departure from Trivananthapuram. We had multiple arrivals and departure and all were coordinated and handled immaculately. Mr Fazul was attentive and punctual and ever so reliable in taking my family and friends on our tours. At the same time the Indian Panaroma team was checking in regularly to ensure that we are comfortable.

Our trip to the north of India was the third time we have used Indian Panorama. Previously we did a South Indian Trip with them and all the three times the trips were arranged in a timely and well planned manner by Radhika who is our tour consultant. We visited Mumbai, Delhi, Agra and Amritsar during this trip. You have a choice of booking different hotels based on your requirement and all the hotels were as expected and there were no problems checking into any of them. At each of the places we had good drivers and you are received at the airport by an Indian Panorama rep who helps with any questions. We plan on using Indian Panorama for all our future trips. Even though I am from India, I find the process hassle and stress free since all the airline trips, hotel accomodation and transportation are taken care of and you can access all the details through the Cholan Tours app.

Our trip to the north of India was the third time we have used Indian Panorama and, for the third time, we were not disappointed in any respect. We arranged with Indian Panorama (Sanjay Kumar) our bespoke trip covering places like Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Mussoorie, Dehradun, Harsil Valley and Gangotri and finally Nainital. All the hotels were as expected and there were no problems checking into any of them. Our driver was Pradeep Rana and there surely is no finer driver in all of India. He was always cheerful, always arrived at each hotel in the morning at the agreed time and was impeccably polite. He helped my wife get in and out of the car every time, provided cushions for her comfort and was so caring. His driving around the mountain roads was superb and at no time did we feel in any danger. All in all, it was a fantastic trip for us, the weather was wonderful the whole time and the mountain scenery was superb and we really appreciated how diverse and mesmerising a country India really is. The most wonderful 20 day tailored trip for our 35th wedding anniversary. First a big thank you to Tim who arranged the itinerary so carefully with us - particularly so that we could spend a magical time at Rawla Narlai on our anniversary day. A massive thank you to our wonderful kind driver Pradeep, always there for us, making sure that we are alright every day (particularly when one day I was ill) and advising and looking after us so well. Pradeep is totally reliable and thoughtful arriving each day with a spotless car, everything needed, ensuring everything went to plan, with brilliant driving skills too. We have really enjoyed Pradeep’s company and would definitely like to travel with him again. We felt looked after all the time, stayed in fabulous places, the guides that were arranged at each place were very knowledgeable and the whole itinerary ran seamlessly. I am very glad I came across Indian Panorama when searching online for a tour company for our South Indian trip. The booking process was very easy, they accommodated all our requirements, the car was comfy and clean, the hotels they've recommended all pretty good. My first time in India, had no idea how to find accomodation, how to move around, how to get to monuments. Indian Panorama solved everything! They tailored perfectly the trip around my scientific conference, I had everything booked (hotel, guides, sightseeing), and most of all had my personal driver, with a comfortable car, to move me around and keep me safe all the time. The guides helped me into history, art and religion, I could understand better this eternal and incredible people. Perfect hotels. No surprises, everything went smoothly. I booked Indian Panorama for a few tailored tours (almost 10 days in total) across the South of India, namely Kerala, Chennai, Pondicherry, Mahabalipuram and Mumbai. I only had a few days to spend in each place, hence a tailored itinerary. I chose myself for the transportation, hotels and restaurants myself, although the company can provide very good recommendations as well. I only needed the driver, car and the guide in each place. Indian Panorama went above my expectations to accommodate my itinerary and my requests, to make me feel well taken care of and safe throughout my trip (travelling solo woman). The drivers were always on time, very kind and cautious and never had any incidents while driving with them. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. The perfect mix when you spend one day with someone exploring the city, its history and culture. I definitely recommend Indian Panorama and will go again with them the next time I visit India.

This is the second tour we have done with Indian Panorama having done a tour of North India in 2022. We chose to go with Indian Panorama again as we had an excellent experience with them. We had the same experience with them for our South India tour with a very enjoyable tour organised for us again by Radhika. We left it up to Radhika to choose the places we visited and we were not disappointed, but she was also very flexible when we asked for some changes to the itinerary. The tour enabled us to appreciate the amazing history, culture and environment of South India. Their organisation was excellent and all the hotels were booked and no issues with check-in whenever we arrived at our destinations. The driver (Muthu) was a very safe and careful driver and always willing to go out of the way if we wished to deviate or wanted to do shopping. His local knowledge was excellent and it was like having an extra guide. I must also mention that having looked at other tour operators Indian Panorama offered the best value for money and we look forward to travelling with them again in the future.

We have just returned from a month-long holiday in India that was fully organised by Indian Panorama and the whole trip was excellent. Indian Panorama organised private drivers and cars, tour guides, tours, all our accommodation, internal flights within India, airport transfers and assisted in providing recommendations on our itinerary and what to do and see. From the very start of our interactions with Indian Panorama to the very end of our tour we could not fault anything they did or anything they organised on our behalf. It all went very smoothly, we had lovely people to deal with the whole time, and they made our holiday a very happy experience that we will never forget. All staff, from those on the ground to the office personnel, all our dealings with them were professional, courteous, and we always received prompt responses. Whilst in India, we had contact details of staff we could contact at any time of day or night if we needed. From the start of our communications with Indian Panorama until we left for India from Australia, we dealt with Tim. He was excellent to deal with, had great communication skills, was super helpful, provided instant responses to my emails, always answered my questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall, his level of customer service was of the highest standard. Thank you, Tim. We had a private driver and car for the first 3 weeks of our month long trip, where we travelled from Delhi to Jaisalmer. Our driver was Mahesh and he was excellent. His driving skills were of a very high standard. We felt safe in the car at all times, even when in the super busy cities such as Agra and Jaipur with the worst traffic we have experienced in the world to date. Mahesh was a very professional driver and also a really nice person. We spent many hours in the car with him and he explained the Indian culture along the way and pointed out things of interest we did not know about, even stopping at times so we could see things that we didn’t have on our radar. Mahesh also recommended excellent restaurants for us to eat at both in the towns we were at as well as enroute between towns. Thank you Mahesh, you made our time in India so enjoyable and the long car trips fly by. In addition to our initial driver Mahesh, all the drivers organised by Indian Panorama were excellent. They were all nice people, had excellent driving skills, excellent communication skills and were so easy to deal with. Indian Panorama organised tour guides for most places we visited and they were all excellent. They had excellent English speaking skills and their knowledge of the sites we visited and the history was outstanding. The guides certainly enriched our experience of the amazing sights that we saw in India. We were so happy with all aspects of our trip to India as organised by Indian Panorama and would highly recommend this company. We are already considering another trip to India and, if we do go, we will most certainly organise it with Indian Panorama.

This is the 5th time myself and a group of friends have organised our Indian travels through Indian Panorama. Once again, all the arrangements were faultless. None of our wishes are ever too much trouble - train journeys, flights, any particular hotel we wish to stay in, especially old heritage hotels. Our drivers and guides are always excellent and our small bus(es) very comfortable. Indian Panorama representatives are also in close contact with us during our travels to ensure all is going well. They provide the perfect option for visitors who know what they would like to see and/or visitors who would like some excellent suggestions for their visit. This time we travelled from Kolkata to Darjeeling, to Mumbai, to the Ajanta and Ellora caves, then Goa and Kochi/Kerala. Simply wonderful. Hampi next time......
