It was 7D/6N trip from the mountains to the beaches at God's own country. We explored lush tea gardens, spice plantation, 2nd view mile point, echo point at the Munnar. At Thekkady, we did elephant ride and boat ride at Periyar National Park. Martial art show was fabulous. From Thekkady, we drove to Alleppey to explore scenic backwaters. Canals gave picturesque view of local life. Before transiting to Varkala, we visit largest bird sculpture, Jatayu Earth Center. Resort had a private beach, so it was great & calming experience indeed. While driving to Kovalam, we gave visit to Azimala Shiva Temple and spend evening in leisure at Grove beach. On the last day, we started early and head to Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. The temple had eyedropping architecture. In overall, it was worth visiting to Kerala and enjoyed complete journey! Excspt for the couple of activities managed by local people which were overpriced a lot.

Our Dubai Trip with Thrillophilia was wonderful all things mentioned were done and planning and itinerary selection was also good. Excellent help was provided right from the time of enquiry till the end of the trip. The partner were excellent and worth 5 stars . Thank you.

I visited water kingdom Asia’s largest waterpark on 02/12/2024 and book my tickets by thrillophilla booking was super easy and my experience was owesome have lots of fun on slides and enjoy in wave pool, very well maintain park. Overall enjoy with my family and created memories.

Probably the worst experience with a travel agency( that is what they call them). Do not go by the reviews and stars since they have manipulated it with fake information. The experience was so horrible where we had to constantly call them and email them to help. They gave fake information initially saying everything will be done without consulting their team to see if it was even possible. One of our friend was in Canada and even after asking repeatedly if there was an issue in filing her visa for Singapore( that is our package with this agency), they readily said its possible we can do it. The moment we paid them, they were not responsive and did not help at all. The visa process also did not go through and they denied that they ever said it was possible. Good thing we had proof but the representative was Salone for us and I have never dealt with a worst unprofessional human before her. They say they would email and never did. We had to get everything done on our own, if we had to do everything, there was no need for them to anything. The trip was also not great since they charged travel charges and we were picked up and dropped at odd times since there were multiple groups booked by them. The amount of stress we have incurred was not worth at all. They were the worst experience and I would say you should save yourself and never book with them. If you are talking to their sales team named Salone, please kindly talk or email and not be fooled by her words, she is a very big liar. If i could, i would give it zero stars.

Extremely bad experience the company is very unprofessional. They do a strong followuo till you pay post that. No one is concern . For visa i had to call multiple times . No proper documentation updation was given inspite of calls made. We still went with good hope as it was oir first time with thrilophia . Earlier we had booked our tour with thomas cook and other. When we reached malaysia we were shocked to see their behaviour . First of all their was no tour manager or executive in the hotel to give our actuvites tickets and plan iterinery which was assured by the company. They just arrange a driver who has no tickets or information . His job was just to pick and drop. Which driver said that company hardly pays them so we dont anything other then pick n drop about your activites tickets and dinner voucher speak to trip advisor of india. We started our tour at 4.30 hardly any sighte seeing where provided as per iterinery. Also they dint provided the ticket for k l tower . We asked driver he said i dony know you ask your india team. I said they are saying you have. He said i m just a driver dont hv any ticket or dinner voucher . Then we started calling the company . Company kept fooling saying we are providing write on help and mail and wait. We did all no one helped. We kept on calling for 2.30hrs the company stopped answering. We requested driver by showing my iterinery that we have included pls ask. Driver when asked malaysia team he got response customer has to buy their ticket its not included. We kept writting and calling company shared image of iterinery with k l tower n dinner included. Then at 7pm we reached k l tower again called india team of thrilophilia . They said wait i m sending ticket. We waited below tower for 1 hr no ticket was provided they stopped answering finally we got update . We cant provide ticket as it full . We booked the tour 45 days ago still this kind of behaviour and embarasment we had to face. They spoiled our day. We were left we less currency to suffer in new unkown country. After paying lakhs for tour. Then we went with dispointed to hv dinner started calling and asking provide me voucher . Driver said dinner not included. On requesting for 1hr he finally said yes i asked india team they gv hotel name you can go their. On reaching the hotel we saw our name was not their in booking we waited for 30mins after harassment and embarsment. We said hotel we wl pay if company doesnt pay . Let us start. Second day i mailed them repeated for rest days actuvites and dinner . Again on second day driver said i dont have idea. Finally they dint provided us dinner inspite if paying . Then in evening i fired to sent tickets for activites and dinner voucher . They spoiled our trip by traumatising us. Later in singapore. We missed our actuvites due ti no updates of timing of actuvites tickets and wrong planning of activites back to back in shot while without offering pick and drop. Garden bay time was till 4pm we missed as reached at 5.30 as ther were two activites they planner befr that. Marina bay sand time they gv 3.15 on ticket. Also singapore flyer they droped as at 2.50 till we compltee it take 1hr post that 20mins to travel as company denied to offer pick and drop.we reached it was 4.20 they said your slot was 3.15. It was really dispaointing and hurting . One goes on trip for enjoyment . Not to be traumatised and embarssed . Everyone has hard earn money . Company like thrilophilia makes you suffer . Very bad would never recommed anyone.

such a worst experience with thrillophila staff towards customer. kindly refrain from booking from this website Thrillophilia . negitives - 1. they wont care about customer once payment done 2. there was no one point of contact person to call for any booking related issues (including hotels related or anyother thing) 3. u have to call customer care for everything after payment done for any changes 4. if u face any issues during trip no person will pickup your call from them, ground person(guide) will say contact for travel agent for everything. 5. they will call several times before booking for trip and after payment done that they dont even pickup a single call. 6. they wont send travel vouchers not even a week before date of travel, i received 4 days before travel. such a worst agency this. 7. they wont even confirm hotel booking just before a week, i forced to do payment extra to book another hotel just before 4 days of trip

This was our first trip with our 6 month baby so we decided to go with a package and after lot of research selected thrilliophilia for our Rajasthan tour. The customer service was very good and they provided customization option on our request. The whole trip was arranged in a better manner and we had a lovely family trip. Yes there was only issue with the cab driver regularly using phone. Please take care of that thing. Apart from that all the stay and travel was very comfortable and relaxed.

It was by far the best trip I had and believe me I have seen places across the globe. The holiday planner - Mr. Abhishek is a wonderful chap and he helps you, going out of the comfort zone. Dear Thrillophilia Team We recently returned from the 9D/8N subject Dubai Package booked through your platform. Overall, the package was good, but there were a few areas that required improvement. Some suggestions for enhancement: 1. Itinerary planning: Late-night returns followed by early morning departures could be avoided to provide a more comfortable experience. 2. Ticketing and communication: We had to repeatedly request tickets, which caused inconvenience. Providing tickets and driver contact information in advance would be helpful, especially for travelers with limited internet connectivity. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our trip to Dubai. no problem but because we dont have much info like which kind of ferry it is ac or non ac that should be confirmed before and if we booked before there should be seat confirmation but for me, its a great exp coz one fisherman helped me alot to getting me seat and carry luggage over all i had a good exp if I met him again would like to thank him.

I booked the bungee jumping activity in Rishikesh from Thrillophila, which went really well and while doing so from thrillophila I got slight additional discount on this activity as well. 👍🏻

Stay could have been better, bus facility could have been better may be the push back of the bus and the seating capacity of the bus could have been better in order to have a comfortable journey
