The tour was excellent, the tour guide informative and had a clear accent that was easy to follow. The sita and tabla players was a nice touch at the start of walk and the dancing was a nice way to finish. I particularly enjoyed walking through the streets as we went from temple to temple seeing the priests and others undertaking rituals or simply going about their business. A great introduction to the temples and the day.

The expectations set up by TripAdvisor were not met. The guide was extremely knowledgeable but it feels as if he was set up by a third party. He did not know which temples were supposed to be included in our tour. He did take us to very interesting temples and showed enthusiasm in the history of the temples. But our ‘6 hour ‘tour of the temples’ was over in 2 hours. One of the temples listed by TripAdvisor (which should have included admission) was only visited because I had to show the guide the list. And we did NOT have tickets to enter (which apparently are supposed to be set up in advance online).

Please accept my sincere apologies that you have had such a bad experience.
I've personally looked into the issue and found that the guide was supposed to buy the tickets for you but he didn't.
We have taken the necessary steps and have removed the guide from our panel.
We'll make sure this kind of stuff is not repeated in the future.
