    Good tour
The tour was good. Although I am the only participant, they were still willing to conduct the tour. The tour gave me big picture of Pune’s food. Vikash, is a really good guide. He understands and explain to me patiently about the food. Would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to know about Pune’s food

    Lovely food trail
It was a lovely experience doing this food tour with abhay. We tasted local delicacies like vada Pav, bhakarwadi and sabu Dana vada. It was a feast for our taste buds! The shrewberry biscuits are a must to pack and take back home.

Walking tours of Pune are mostly restricted to the temples and “wadas” in the Old City.

This needs to be counterbalanced with visits to historic houses, monuments and buildings in the Cantonment or newer Camp part of Pune.

A walking tour of 2-3 hours can easily be strung together and there are many exciting cafés and eating places in the vicinity to stop by.

A stroll down Nathan Road reveals a better glimpse of the Ram Bhuvan and Laxmi Vikas houses after the lantana and undergrowth had been cleared. They seem to be undergoing a clean-up and makeover and some plans are afoot.
