We had a great experience, especially we loved the boat-house tour and National Park even though the weather was not the best. Our driver Monesh was very friendly and always punctual, and he is really good at taking photos! I recommend checking the list of places before your trip and making some adjustments in advance if you are not into some specific activities, for example, we didn't find the plants garden interesting... Also, be careful of sellers, in some cases it felt like we overpaid. Overall we are happy with the trip and our accommodation, it is prefect choice if you are not keen to spend hours planning yourself :)

Kerala seems to be above our expectations. Beautiful lakes, forests, so much of natural economic activities. And the guide cum driver from Iris, Mr. Shanto, got wonderfully engaged with us in finding better places to visit in Kerala. Thanks Iris, Thanks Shanto and Thanks to Kerala for remaining the beauty of India.

George and team worked meticulously on the plan. Stay and cabs were good. Drivers were super friendly and accomodating in nature. Deluxe houseboat was cherry on the cake.

I contacted Iris Holidays when travelling on business to Bangalore ans having one weekend spare to explore Kerala. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Kannan came back to me within 24 hours with a custom made tour proposal that included all my ideas and desires spots as well as hotels recommendations. The booking went really smoothly. Being a single female traveller I’ve put a lot of focus on the safety of my trip and having a dedicated driver was exactly what I needed. Selvaraj did a fantastic job! On my first day I visited tea plantations of Munnar, spice gardens, got to feed an elephant and experienced jeep safari in the jungle. The second day started with a fabulous Kerala backwater cruise, we then visited local beach and seen Hindu temple celebrations ending it in Kochi with a tuk tuk ride, spectacular sunset at Chinese Fishing Nets and Kathakali show. It was nothing short of a dream (short) holidays in South India. Highly recommended!

Special mention to Mr Shijo - the driver for 8 days of the trip - the trip was amazing thanks to him Also huge thanks to George Joseph. He gave customized itinerary based on my needs - every accommodation in different places were top notch. Will be availing services again surely. My husband and I received an unexpected Indian wedding invitation and so decided to plan a vacation before the event. This was our first visit to India and I was a little apprehensive. With just two months to plan the trip, we reached out to four tour operators, Iris Holidays, which I found via Tripadvisor, and three others recommended by tour books to help us with a 16 day trip to Kerala. Arun, from Iris Holidays, responded immediately and initiated trip planning. (Only one other tour operator got back with us and after they realized it was short notice, they dropped communication completely.) Arun was fabulous! Together we went back and forth with suggestions on itinerary, accommodations, and activities almost daily. He was always transparent in pricing and would let me know what various lodgings would cost so that I could choose the quality I preferred in each location. The final trip cost quoted was extremely reasonable, we were very pleased with pricing. As well, during the trip Arun checked in almost daily with us via Whatsapp to ask how things were going and to see if any assistance was needed. The other FABULOUS part of the trip was our driver, Anthony, who was with us for the entire trip. I miss him because he was so much fun to be with and offered many helpful/interesting insights into the culture! He also made us feel very well cared for as we confidently traveled together from place to place. If our schedules needed adjusting as happens with dynamic vacations, he was usually able to change activities for different times/days, if I was feeling poorly, he would obtain local products to help, he assisted with wedding gifts for the host family, and would offer helpful tips of when to negotiate with local vendors. He was not only a terrific driver, but a trusted advocate. Thank you, Anthony, you are a dear!!!! In summary, if you are going to Southern India, do yourself a huge favor and contact Iris Holidays. I am sure you will be very pleased with their professionalism, experience, prompt service, and pricing. As mentioned earlier, I was nervous about traveling to India and our experience from beginning to end was nothing but wonderful with them.

Our overall trip of kerala was very good . the food and staff was nice . note: If you have any issuse during your visit then just tell your trip designer or your driver they will solve all your problems .

What an experience! What an amazing part of the world. Our holiday thoroughly organised and planned for us by George at Iris Holidays. A 10 day tour of Kerala. Booked from the UK directly as we’d arranged our own flights partly mostly with Avios points. (We chose to visit highlights of the region followed by some relaxing at the beach Hotels reviewed separately) . From the moment we were met at the airport by Anoop - to the moment he dropped us off - we were looked after! Anoop answered our frequent questions and adapted to our requests! The roads in India are VERY different to the UK and Anoop handled them with calm and ease. What a 5⭐️ driver he was!! 😉
