Our walk from Ghandi Bazaar to the Bull Temple was such a great way to experience Bangalore while learning about the city’s history and culture. There were many opportunities to get to see things that you could only do with local knowledge, like eating the best dosa! Sushma our guide clearly was sharing her love for own city and it was a pleasure to walk and talk with her. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Bangalore.

I did the tour of Basavanagudi with a couple of friends. We were all visiting Bangalore for the first time and this tour was such a fantastic way to learn about its history and culture. We saw a side of Bangalore you don’t normally hear about - the traditions, the people, the customs. Deepti was a fantastic guide - she was very engaging, very friendly and very obviously passionate about the subject. The dosas in one of the oldest restaurants in Bangalore were a special highlight. I would highly recommend this tour.

The half day tour was perfect. Sushma took us to where the city originated and ended where the heart of the current government is. We saw so much and learned so much along the way. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. We definitely will take another tour with her next time in town. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Deepti (along with driver Mahesh), was a gem! She met us at the hotel and even came out to greet us at the lobby. She took us to a famous dosa spot for a delish afternoon snack and at every stop her explanations were filled with so much knowledge and history. She took amazing photos of my friend and me and even shared some recommendations after the tour. A truly wonderful host that was patient with us walking in the crowded KR Market and made the tour so enjoyable because of how sweet and likeable she is. Happy we got the mini tour of the city!

A wonderful, unique experience with knowledgeable and friendly Deepti. The dosa to start was delicious! The temples were meaningful to visit. As a psychologist, I particularly enjoyed learning about the first mental health treatment center in the area and its intertwined history with Bank of Mysore. The Cave Temple was incredibly unique. Finishing up with traditional neighborhood and visiting a home was special. I highly recommend. Thank you!!
