Fantastic guide Anil and guide Gautam. We saw a Hindu temple, mosque, Sikh temple, entered all and was educated and had a great experience.

Rishikesh and Haridwar tour was wonderful thanks to Ajay. He was so knowledgeable, spoke English well, was very engaging and caring. He guided us through the crowds for the Aarti ceremony in Haridwar, found us seats, and explained it all very well. He’s the best! Always ask for Ajay!

Absolutely a scam! Driver picked us up and he was great and helpful, but after 3-4 hours getting to Vrindavan it turned out there was NO GUIDE! Which I talked to the company and they said the guide was our driver, but he seem to be new to the place and had no knowledge he could share, also didn’t spoke much English. Company promised to get a guide on Mathura for us, which turns out they just got someone last minute to walk us through and he didn’t had enough knowledge on the place and again not very good English. All the things the guide mentioned turned out not to be correct, once I got to the hotel to try to learn more since I was left with many questions. Last but no least, there was no boat ride, I was confused since we went to Vrindavan first and I had no good internet to check the itinerary, but at the end in Mathura no one took us to any boat ride. The company said we “declined” the boat ride which was not true, and if they claim was a miscommunication issue then it’s their fault anyway for not managing the itinerary properly, getting last minute guides, and not getting guides that could speak English. So in the end, I had no tour to learn about the culture, no boat ride, and had a ride or 3-4 hours each way to get nothing out of it. It is a shame because temples were amazing and people where very welcoming even when it didn’t look like a touristy place. I went to other tours and never had an issue like this, absolutely a scam, so avoid at all costs.

wonderful driver to be with. let me start with the first introduction. He greeted us with a warmly smile and we knew he was going to be a great driver. with amazing customer service he pays attention to the small details like preparing the car with two water bottles on each door and making sure the car is clean before each drive. he knows his roads and never missed a turn and makes sure we are comfortable in the vehicle. he is an experienced driver and a family orientated man. during each drive he always makes sure the family has a smile on our faces. he is a must when travelling to india

This tour company only provided us with a non-English driver not an an actual Tour Guide. The driver while a nice guy had absolutely no idea about the places we were going to. No boat rides, no rickshaw rides. I do not blame the driver here as he’s only a professional driver not a tour guide. Full responsibility should be taken by MAM Tours for misleading their customers and charging a very expensive tour. Do not recommend this tour at all.

We had a lot of fun travelling with Rana Ji, he entertained us very much educated about the locals and how things work , he has a great sense of humour and took us to amazing places to eat he drives very safely doesn't AT ALL exceeds the speed limit he made our trip memorable.

It was our first tour to Himachal Pradesh and was most enjoyable. I was personally concern about the tour as assigned driver to our tour was very rude while taking to him day earlier to trip. Then on very immediate base driver was change and we were given new driver Mr. Rajpal Rana Ji. As earlier driver experience was not so good so was very worried. But maybe it was gods choice who wanted use to meet such a good person like Rana Ji and make our Himachal Trip such a memorable. Rana Ji, was really friendly and he was very knowledgeable of all the sights. He was excellent at explaining all the history of the monuments and sights. He made us feel at ease and was very patient whilst we took our time looking at the sights and taking photographs. He always gave me good advice and was also singing in the car Indian songs sometimes which was nice and authentic very kind and helping. Our journey was perfect with Rana Ji, 10 days and 1800km around Himachal Pradesh the treat was very comfortable, friendly and polite. Ranaji always kept the car clean and tidy and also conformable. I do remember my son who is 1.5 yrs old vomited in car and it was smelling very bad, and as the whether in Himachal was too cool it was not feasible to take water in the hand, but Ranaji cleaned the whole thing with such a chilled water which was really appreciable. Although the trip was very long but Rana made it enjoyable by explaining many things about the places we passed by and also about the Indian culture and also sometime about his own family members and personal stories and experience. What an amazing experience this trip has to offer. The long journey was made very pleasurable by the very competent driver Rana, his road skills were outstanding on these Indian roads. His driving was very safe and comfortable. Two days before the trip end Rana Ji had a personal emergency but he stood strong till he drop back to our last destination. We are really thankful and happy to Rana Ji for giving us such a beautiful experience. I will always recommend Mr. Rajpal Ranaji for all our future trips.
