WORST would be the perfect word for this tour operator. We faced such horrendous and faced lack of adequate co-ordination during our trip that is unexplainable. Remind you, the owner runs multiple tour companies to hide behind unhappy customer reviews. I would strongly suggest not to choose this agency for your travel/vacation in J&K or you will face unprofessionalism from day one and ruin the vacation completely.

Sorry to say but this tour operator is not recommended in my view. I realized this after the horrible experience we had in march. Unfortunately our problems started from day one and the trip was totally ruined by unprofessional driver we had. There was no support from the owner and itinerary was cut short in every place- we still do not know the reasons why ! Please stay away and choose a better tour company for your tours in J&K.

Beware fellow travelers. I do not recommend this company at all. Our experience had been pathetic and very nasty. The owner runs multiple agencies which helps him to hide this illegal activities. We had a last moment hike in rates without any explanation. Anyways, since we had everything booked, we were forced to pay unexplained extra charges( approximately 30% more) and even we were threatened. Do not trust this operator.

Right from the day we enquired for the tour package, Mansoor was in regular touch with us. Revising the itinerary as per our requirement, sending hotel confirmation, driver and car details. We were two women traveling to Srinagar from Chennai for the first time. Mansoor call us daily morning and evening and asked about our comfort, room service, food etc. Special mention about our Driver, Mr. Mudasir, who took us to all places and the restaurants we pointed and to any shopping place we wish to go. Trip was memorable and the credit goes to them

Had amazing experience and hospitality and well executed by the travel agency Kashmir Travel Express. After arrival and up to departure everything was taken care by travel agent Mir Manzoor. Looking forward for more trip.

We recently took cab services provided by Travel Agent Mir Manjur. I must say that he was not at all professional and gave us the itinerary which was not realistic. He included Sonamarg/Yusmarg in our package without even telling that those places are mostly closed in winters due to snowfall and we got cheated as it was our first time to Kashmir. He even charges 2k per day for a cab whereas whenever we went to any place like Gulmarg or Pahalgam, we had to book another cab from certain point due to Union(as told by him). And not just this, he did not help us at all when we were in most need of same. Our return flight got cancelled without any prior intimation and we asked if we could help us in transport. He strictly said that the cab will only be available till mentioned date and we still need to pay even if we don't use that. I won't recommend Kashmir Travel Express to anyone. They just focus on looting you and nothing else.

It was a wonderful experience of booking my trip with Kashmir Travel Express. All the hotels booked by Kashmir Travel Express were money's worth. Hospitality at each and every hotel and houseboat was outstanding. Kashmir Travel Express was very friendly, helpful cooperative and was always ready to help. Everything was good... We mostly like the all hotels which is in Pahalgam and Srinagar. Everything was superb.. Driver muzaffar is one of the best person who assisted us very well best memories are sonmarg, gulmarg, Srinagar and pahalgam... The places are soo nice to see which v vl not forget.. And most thing our travel agent Mir Manzoor are too good...Thanks!!
