          Mandovi River Dinner Cruise
It was a party. Family friendly. Good standard buffet dinner of Indian fare. DJ dancing 4 drinks and tequila shots all included. Magician Goa dance show preliminary to partying. Participants were mostly Indian nationals on holiday ready to have fun! The show is narrated in English.

          Improvised tour of Manali
Unfortunately the Tunnel was closed due to heavy snowfall which was disappointing. Instead we visited other sites in the area which made it a pleasant day and our guide Tenzing was very knowledgeable. I would suggest advising that this trip is not available until the tunnel reopens.

          India’s Red Fort
It’s hard to imagine how huge this place is inside until you’re here looking at it. Loads of history, a million places to sit in the sun or shade and take it all in. Sachin was very informative with his tour.

          Hugely Disappointing
Most, if not all, of the experience was hugely disappointing. Our driver had to be replaced at short notice, meaning we started out over 30 minutes late. The itinerary claimed we'd be having a 3 hour walk in the park (we had none, we were rushed onto a bus taking us to the caves). We were also forced to give our guide 3,600 rupees upon arriving at the park, even though the price we paid was all entry fees included. After discussing this with his boss he told me he'd refund me 3,400, as his fee of 200 was not included. I contacted his boss again and finally was reimbursed all of my money. The guide, Sunil, tried to scam me out of money twice and had I not had his boss's number I may not have recovered the money he asked for. The entire tour took around 1.5hrs, far less the 5hrs the itinerary claimed. As I said, hugely disappointing and one to avoid. Get yourself an Uber to the park for under 1,600 rupees, pay the 500 rupees entrance fee and save yourself a fortune. I got no discount for my 10 year old either, so the £100+ I paid for him is a joke. No food available at the park, so be sure to take snacks with you if you go at all.

Beautiful mountains but people are opportunist
It was a dreamy vacation. I had booked everything in advance starting from hotels and 4x4 vehicle. Reached manali on 22nd and in the afternoon it started snowing, we had booked 4x4 vehicle fortuner from one sonu thakur. The next day we went to hampta valley and we again got live snowfall, it was really a dream come true for everyone. Although sonu thakur gave us an old gypsy in bad condition. The next day we explored manali local and we were supposed to leave for sissu village via solang and atal tunnel. Sonu thakur asked to leave early so we left 6 in the morning skipped solang and reached sissu by 9 am. However, on this day also the same gypsy was given and after dropping us in sissu he left for his next trip, as they earn heavily for single trip during peak winters. We had to spent another 2000 for exploring sissu local. The next day again sonu thakur asked us to leave early and reach manali due to heavy traffic near solang. Next morning again same gypsy took us to manali by 9 am we reached manali and since we had a bus in the evening we had to book hotel for 6 hours. Mountains are beautiful but only due to some people you feel cheated. I am writing this only to let everyone know that beware of such travel agents.

          Vrindavan experience
We had an excellent trip today. Sachin met us at our hotel and the driver showed up shortly after. We went to Vrindavan and it was truly amazing. It was a full immersive experience into Hindu religion and culture. Its was great and I highly recommend this tour.

          Amazing experience!! Fully recommended
Amazing trip!! And super guide - Rahul. We were just two of us with my wife and had a great, private tour. Rahul knows a lot about Mumbai and India. He is very friendy, he even helped me to prepare a small suprise for my wife (she had birthday at midnight). I can fully recommend this night bicycle ride with Rahul!!

A must do experience offering a different t perspective
After having seen the Aarti and other sights from walking along the banks and ghats, this boating tour offered a fresh and different perspective. Amongst the numerous boats on the river, you get to see it all. It was great being able to make an offering from the boat to the wonderful river. Our guide was knowledge, friendly and great communicator. It was safe and comfortable.

          Majestic facade
I remember seeing this fort as a child and was excited to see it with my grown kids again. The facade is amazingly majestic, but this is definitely a drive by monument. Inside was a complete let down and we could not wait to move on. There were a few maybe 3-4 small "palaces" in there that were cordoned off. The long entrance itself with vendors seemed so out of place and commercialized. We saw more run down cafeterias than anything worth looking at. I would highly recommend the Red Fort that is in Agra instead.

Red Fort with Sachin on the first day of the year
Not only Sachin showed me around the Red Fort, and answered all of my questions, he was very flexible with his time. He also helped me to arrange Uber as my connection wasn’t working. Thank you Sachin. Hope you have a great 2025.

          The Red Fort of Delhi
I enjoyed my tour of the Red Fort in New Delhi. Sachin was an very good guide - informative, well-mannered and with a good sense of humour. The fort is very beautiful with large parks and one could imagine what it would have looked like flowing with water! I would highly recommend it for a special half day in Delhi - could be combined with a shopping spree as well as the market inside the fort had unique gifts.

Total waste of money! Stay Away!
The vendor did not offer any pick up services and the pick up point requires you to take a long walk through a few cremation ghats where some serious strong smoke was blowing in the air. When we got to the boat, they didn’t even stop to allow for time to sink in the scene and pictures. The Aarti was okay - originally the plan was to sit there on the boat for an hour to watch it but it’s completely blocked by other boats anyways.

Varanasi where your heart and soul meets
Varanasi is beautiful in the winters. The gaga Aarti at Assi ghat in the morning is over rated. The boat ride upto Namo ghat in the morning and evening is a must as it’s different experience. The mankarnika ghat has become tourist attraction, however the energy is very different their and do not go without proper preparation and information. Check YouTube for that. We stayed at this beautiful Ashirwad home stay , wonderful place and wonderful service. Must check out if you are looking for home away from home. Close to most areas and away from the noise of Varanasi. Kashi Vishwanath was the highlight of the trip. Do go for the mangala aarti at 2 am. Worth it. It’s a food paradise and go with local recommendations. Don’t forget to have Banarasi paan.
