Mr. Singh is a kind and helpful person, and the driver Vishal drives very well. So I regret I have to write a negative review for our week-long tour in Himachal Pradesh, as the service was not good. The first day the driver arrived 45 minutes late, with a very dirty and smelly car. He didn’t speak a word of English (contrary to what Mr. Singh had assured us) and we had to communicate with him through Google Translate, which resulted in a lot of time wasted and misunderstandings. He didn’t even know the tourist spots: we had to search for them ourselves with Google Maps and send him the locations. One day we had planned to leave at 7 in the morning because the journey was very long: the driver did not inquire about the parking hours, so we found out only that morning that the parking would open at 9 and we had to walk around for two hours before we could leave. On the last day we had to take a train: the driver did not come to pick us up and, only after calling Mr. Singh, we discovered that he was waiting for us in a parking lot (contrary to what we had agreed). He arrived late, took the wrong road and we risked missing the train. Furthermore, when we arrived in a very cold mountain location, he asked us to pay him two nights in our guesthouse otherwise he would have slept in the cold in the car. Obviously we could not say no. In the end the guesthouse also presented us the bill for meals and snacks he had taken.

There was good communication 24hrs prior to pickup. Driver was on time, and at border walked with me to entrance to show me the right queue. Got away promptly after the ceremony.

Initial communication with the agency was difficult but based on their reviews I booked through TripAdvisor. I was not disappointed the service provided was prompt as promised, friendly and helpful. I was most grateful when finding our train to Kalka was cancelled our driver drove us there. Many thanks

We visited in the month of may 2024 to Amritsar dharamshala and dalhousie through Northern Travels and our experience was very good. We had booked Kia Carens for our journey. The vehicle was new , clean and was driven by the owner himself. Pickup was on time and the driver used to be attentive and present on time for sight seeing. I will definitely recommend there services. Looking forward for another tour with them .

We initially booked a one way transfer from Amritsar to Dharamsala, but ended up asking our driver Samar to stay with us for 4 days. His driving skills were excellent and he was always courteous and willing. We felt safe on the roads with him and the car we had was comfortable for 6 of us. The cab as such was clean and well maintained, and the overall travel was smooth and pleasant and this is specially keeping in mind the difficult terrain seen in the Chandigarh to Manali-Kullu- Kasol routes, an excellent job was done

I had a great experience with Lovely ji as my cab driver. He was very courteous, punctual, and professional. He drove safely and smoothly, and knew the best routes to avoid traffic. He also offered me some refreshments and played some soothing music during the ride. He was very friendly and helpful, and gave me some tips on the local attractions and culture. I highly recommend Lovely ji for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable cab service.

First time booking Northen Travels , a departure from my last 15 years using Amritsar Hotel Transportation. Used their services for a total of 10 days . It was an awesome and pleasant experience . The drivers were prompt, nimble and always punctual . Even we are a party of 4 persons , they provide the best tempo traveller to us and it was luxury both for within and outside of Amritsar . We did tours within Amritsar, Chandigarh , Ludhiana , Gurdwara Tours within Punjab and HP and not forgetting driver excellent navigation skills to our ancestral village in Mansa area .
