This is an excellent tour - my guide Joshua was super. He was able to answer every question and had so much to share about Comuna 13, the history of Medellín, and the incredible changes that have occurred in the last 30 years. It was fun to see the city from a local perspective and to learn some Medellín slang! 10/10 and I’ve already recommended the tour to other people! Qué chimba!

We had a wonderful tour with Camilo. He picked us up from the airport and took us straight to do the tour. He was punctual, attentive, and made sure we got local snacks. He was well informed and was able to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend doing this tour with Camilo!

TLDR: Must take tour in Medellin. My tour guide was Camilo. I was picked up right at my hotel and immediately felt like I met an old friend who was going to show me around. We drove around while he gave me details and history about Medellin. He actively answered my questions, we had great discussion on a variety of topics. Camilo made sure I was attended to at every stop and gave me plenty of time to take photos and take photos for me. I was able to get a sense of the city I had not had before and am very grateful for the time Camilo spent showing me the true Medellin. I strongly recommend the tour. The price is more than justified after having experienced the tour. I have a list of additional places to visit in Medellin thanks to Camilo after asking for several recommendations.

It was one of the best tours I had taken in my long travel life. Joshua gave me a private tour covering essential parts of the city. He is well mannered and speaks good English. I did not feel rushed. While Comuna 13 was the highlight of our tour, I also enjoyed the cable car ride and the walk in the downtown.
