About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- F2390VAamyl0 contributionsChina tour guide to Kunming/LijiangWe joined a 11 days 10 nights tour to Kunming/Lijiang/Dali/Shangri-la with a china tour operator called Lan Lan. The overall tour experience is great except a few points which can be improved as follows: 1) We were never told that we need to pay extra Rmb180 to enter the snow mountain and ancient town in Lijiang 2) The hotel at Lijiang is no good, got steps where it's difficult to carry our heavy luggage and the bed is hard. Sleep till I have backache. When asked to change hotel the 2nd time we back to Lijiang, the hotel is not changed. 3) Overall the tour guide is good except the tour guide to Lugu Lake which is a young guy 24 years old. He restrict us to talk on the bus and asked us to sleep. When we reach some destination where we wanted to do some shopping where the dry mushroom that they sell was very cheap, he only gave us 20 mins whereas afterwards when he bring us to his own shopping destination, there is no time restrictions which we are not happy about. 4) The snow mountain they only bring us to the lower ropeway and not the highest ropeway to the top of the mountain. Have to read their itinerary carefully when book which I did not take note of. Overall this trip is good, bringing us to all the tourist attractions that we wanted to go in Kunming/Dali/Lijiang/shangrila.Written 17 November 2024
- teresacQ2137RK0 contributionsQuite a hilly areaWonderful monasteries with beautifully decorated interiors. Photographing not allowed. Monks were going about their business. Set up by Fifth Dalai Lama in 1679. A number of rambling buildings, lines of prayer wheels around the complex. Also called Potala Palace.Written 20 July 2024
- evelynl9900 contributionsAmazing day at Stone Forest and Green LakeThoroughly enjoyed our day tour of the Stone Forest and the Green Lake! Our guide Janet was very informative, patient and attentive to our needs. We learned a lot about the sites we visited and the history of the Yunnan province from her. Lunch was good. We felt very safe as our driver was very careful through the traffic. Highly recommend, 10/10!!!Written 10 March 2024

- taclyde0 contributionsGreat tour with LindaI had a great experience exploring Dali with Linda as my guide. We were able to go at my own pace and adapt to the current COVID-related policies. Highly recommended!Written 25 November 2022
- 630johank0 contributionsNo show!I had booked this private tour with Viator (written confirmation, with date, time, hotel name and pick-up). The operator/guide never showed up, and couldn’t be reached on the designated phone number, despite several tries. Neither I nor Viator could reach them. An hour later they returned my calls and said “I don’t think we have any tours planned today.” (Viator has refunded the tour-cost.)Written 6 August 2020
- mohammedarfadurb0 contributionsPerfect organisation for a holiday to rememberWe had the most memorable family tour with China Kungfu panda travels. We felt everything was great, our guide Jessica and driver truly cared about us which was amazing. They did their best to make the trip remarkable. This journey was something we will cherish for many years to come. We will cherish the comfort and beauty of Stone forest, & history we learned from our competent guide and the delicious food. It was one of the best trips in our life.Written 20 November 2019
- JOHN M0 contributionsVery InterestingLily was very punctual at pick up from our hotel. Her English was good and her knowledge was also good. There were 3 of us in our party and we all enjoyed the sights Lily took us to - especially the Brewery where we drank Tsingtao raw beer which was very nice. Lunch was taken across from the brewery and was delicious and of good quality. All in all I'd recommend this tour.Written 31 May 2019
- Kongdonghua0 contributionsgood journey and intersting animalswe joined the journey in this year all happy , lovely animals. we were there for 2 nights and we visit Jinli street but you need to try the local snacks so delicious, then we went to Kuanzhai alley, Sanxingdui Musuem but the most interesting things is in the Chengdu Panda base so many pandas and so cute, it's better to go there in the early morning so you can see pandas to have breakfast.Written 26 April 2019
- Kongdonghua0 contributionsthis is a good product to know the local culture and night life in Chengdu.Once you are in Chengdu the most things to do is you need to see pandas, you need to try local food , but for the night life I advise to see the show in Shufengyayun theater which is about 1.5 hours show, you may see hand shadow games, spiting fire, changing face, local opera, after it we will drop you to Kuanzhai alley which is another good place to enjoy beer/drinks.Written 23 April 2019
