After lunch, learn about Harbin’s Russian heritage as you tour a recreated Russian village. Then explore the city center and see St. Sophia Cathedral, the Russian-era church, and Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, with its retro houses. Finally, stroll down to the Songhua River—depending on the time of year, the sunsets can be beautiful.

A great tour which took in ice swimming in the frozen river.
and a trip to russian town and a walk around the town and a nice meal in a four generation resturant.
Then another walk around the very interesting old quater.
We were looked after very well by English speakin Johhna and driver Garry.

First of all Samantha was súper helpfull, kind and understanding because our first arranged flight to Harbin was cancelled so we hace to re scheduled our visit and Samantha easily re scheduled the date of our private tour, she speaks perfect english and its súper easy to comunicate with her by we chat. Next Mr. Zou was our day guide, allthough he doesnt speak english, we can communicate easily with his phone and transistor. The car was in perfect condition, clean and confortable. Mr Zou arranged everything for us, the itinerary of the day, and the tickets of the parks (sun island and ice & snow world without any wait and without lines), he took us to visit Sofia's church also and to have a good lunch. His attention was friendly, amazing and outstanding. I highly recommend this tour for people that want to visit Harbin in 1 day or 2!!! Everything was perfect!!!

Great day out for family!

We had Maggie Liu as our tour guide for the day. We booked 2 separate day tours and she took us on both. Picked us up from our front door and took us to Sun Island, Tiger park and the Ice festival that first day. Maggie was wonderful with our three children, 10/12/14. My youngest said that if we have to give Maggie a review, to give her a good one. Maggie assisted us through all the entries which made this a seamless easy experience. She helped our children navigate snow for the first time. She also took us to Volga Manor and showed us around for a second day. We had forgotten our medication and Maggie took me to a chemist to buy some more during the day. Very good English and a Harbin local.
Samantha, the organiser was always quick to answer our queries and arranged private transport back the train station on short notice. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this tour group.

Magical ice and snow tour
Mr Zou was a wonderful tour guide who was very punctual knowledgeable and looked after us the whole day. From finding us places to eat to making the ticket process very easy it made for a magical tour in a magical place. Thank you

Ice and Snow Festival Tour

We had a wonderful all day tour of Harbin Ice and Snow World, the Siberian Tiger Park and the Ice and Snow Festival in the evening. Helen was a great tour guide? Very good with our children and attune to their interests. We saw all the Harbin sights we had hoped to see with Helen and it was a very enjoyable experience. She took care of purchasing tickets all day and we just got to enjoy the sights. Her English was very good and she was quite informative about Harbin. Our second day in Harbin without Helen was a bit more challenging and I wish we had booked her for another day.

Wonderful day with Toby! Sun Island, Siberian Tigers and Ice & Snow Festival

Toby was excellent. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very passionate and truly loves her job! Her English is very good, and she went the extra mile; truly a wonderful day and Toby's big smile and fun personality made the day a memorable experience. Mr. Dong was our private driver for the day, and he also was excellent. Toby and Mr. Dong communicated well, and dropped us off right at the front gates at each of our stops; also the car always seemed to magically appear when it was time to leave which was very nice! Toby knew exactly where to walk to maximize the experience at each park, and her selection for our requested traditional lunch was one of the best meals we have ever had "dumplings" and "special potato noodles", with several vegetable dishes too. Toby took many photos of my wife and I during the day, and knew the best spots for the perfect picture. Very fun day and would highly recommend Toby (and Mr. Dong)...excellent!!!

We actually did two days with the Harbin Private Tour Guide. Our first time in China and going to Harbin as part of it in the coldest part of the season to see the Harbin Snow and Ice Festive was a bit intimidating, to say the least.
I emailed them all of our points of interest and our itinerary and asked to try and keep our driver the same throughout the days for peace of mind of being with the same driver. I emailed Samantha of all of our concerns and our itinerary and she put our itinerary together for us so well along with the driver to make everything seamless.
We also had purchased two airport/hotel transfers for arriving to and leaving Harbin and Samantha also put it together to where Mr. Zou was are driver the entire time we were in Harbin for 4 days. Thank you Samantha for all your help!!

I can not even begin to express our gratitude and blessing we had and felt having him as our driver for all of our needs. From the moment we meet him at the airport arrivals we knew we were in good hands.
Mr. Zou made us feel so comfortable and helped us in every way possible to adapt and do what we wanted to do in Harbin. He got us our tickets for all the festivals and we were able to skip the extremely long lines of people waiting for hours to get in. He gave us so much attention and appreciation that was such a blessing. He made sure, and helped at times, that we were wrapped up warmly and ready for the bitter cold. He took us in and treated us like we were his kids and we felt like he was a father figure to us!!! A remarkable and caring person who will make sure that your time in Harbin is as best as it can be!!!! We will never forget you Mr. Zou and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for EVERYTHING you did and helped us with while we were in Harbin.The company you work for I hope is very grateful to have you as an employee!!!

Hello,
We used this service in January 2019 and have nothing but gratitude to give for what all they did for us. Especially Mr. Zao!!!
We used this service for two days and we were greatly thankful for this service. We did not spend that amount but, pricing all depends on your travel dates!! If you were to do a comparison of dates like six months apart you may see the difference and that is with any tour service.
Our driver, Mr. Zao , was the most tentative driver ever and with the CRAZY amount of traffic in Harbin we were very thankful. We even asked to stop off at a few places not on our agenda and he was more than willing.They will take you where ever you want to go.
You didn't mention your travel dates so I can't say but so much more than what I have. But when you travel during peak times things are more expensive and it does state " Starting at 301.69CNY, then it goes up.
I highly recommend this tour service by all means and will use them again if I ever get the chance to go back to Harbin!!!
