About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 675elijahm0 contributionsA great time experiencing God's amazing creation.Incredible scenery. Happened to go on a great weather day sp the views were great, would definitely recommend checking weather, the tour guide told us sometimes you can't even see the mountains if it's too foggy. Had a great tour guide and driver, very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had, and the guide spoke great English.Written 4 March 2025
- daniellegP1657UE0 contributionsMust do chile experience!Went as 2 couples (both chile first timers) and had an amazing time! The tour guides Christian and Jose were knowledgeable and was able to navigate the tour in both English and Spanish. It was a little cloudy when we started and he was able to modify the schedule, to make sure that we visited the park during the afternoon when it’s most sunny. Overall had an amazing time and would do it again!Written 6 February 2025
- F9490EGigorz0 contributionsA must for penguin loversVery knowledgeable and attentive tour guide made the 8 hour van ride appear much shorter. The wildlife seen from the ferry was an extra bonus.Written 5 February 2025
- Clair L0 contributionsTorres del Paine is worth it for the viewsThe driver and the guide were efficient, professional, and friendly. Due to Torres del Paine being so far away from Punta Arenas there is a lot of time on the road and very little time in the park itself. But if you get a good day the scenery and views are spectacular.Written 23 January 2025
- Ligia_LGC0 contributionsNot worth the money it costsThe only bus travelling here arrives 8h45 and the park only opens at 10am. Return bus only at 8pm... yes, that's true! There's no one around to explain the importance of the site or guide you through it. Costly/pricy entrance for what you get in return! It's worth going here if you're planning on doing the 10km hike along the cost. Beautiful!!! You might even get to see the fisherman and have a chat with them.Written 13 January 2025
- ClaudiaG4830 contributionsBeautiful park and great tourPablo was fluent in Spanish and English. He gave us adequate time at each stop and did everything that was promised in the description of the tour. Great driver and turned me right on time. Great overview of this beautiful national park and the cave.Written 8 January 2025

- SKG1090 contributionsCan Easily Improve This. There were 11 of us on this mini-van. Too many for a comfortable ride as it is too hard to get to the last row. Either they need a bigger van or less people - max of 8 in this van. Two of the passengers showed up nearly an hour late. It was good that the staff waited for them but then they shrunk the tour time! We saw enough but felt rushed.Written 8 December 2024

- 31425cathyj0 contributionsUnforgettable!Fantastic experience! My family loves penguins so we were beyond excited to take this tour to the reserve. I combed through dozens of reviews and would like to address some things others viewed as negatives about the trip. My family of four includes an 8-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. Yes, the tour makes for an incredibly long day as you are picked up from your hotel before 7 a.m. and, in our case, returned at 10:30 p.m. Our kids had zero issues with this! I prepared by bringing outerwear to account for any weather we might encounter, and I packed a ton of snacks and activities for our kids. Some people mentioned that there were few food options during the tour. We found snacks and drinks available at the ferry terminal and aboard the ferry so you have the opportunity to purchase food in the morning. We found lunch to be reasonably priced and quite good, and there was the option to pay by credit card. We chose to use cash, so I can't speak to the reliability of the credit card machine but no one in our group seemed to have an issue. Our kids had a blast on the ferry, exploring all the decks and even visiting the bridge and the captain, and once we headed out on the two-hour drive to the penguins, they fell asleep. The early morning worked to our advantage! Our guide was insanely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job checking in with us and letting us know the plan for the day. He worked hard to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The penguin reserve was incredible. There is a walking trail that takes you to several viewpoints, and yes, while you have to maintain distance from the birds, they have a guide escorting you, answering questions about the colony. He had a scope to view the penguins and helped us use it to get gorgeous pictures of them on our phones. On our return, the ferry back was delayed by 1.5 hours. While I can understand that for some that would be extremely frustrating, we took it as an opportunity to explore and simply enjoy being in a new place. Our family went for a walk and played some games I had brought. I think it's all about your expectations and taking things in stride. You're on Chilean time when it comes to the ferries! Even though we got back to our hotel at 10:30, restaurants are open late so we enjoyed a great meal out. This was a fantastic experience - you just have to understand the itinerary and prepare for it. We are so grateful we didn't listen to the negative reviews. Seeing the king penguins was an experience of a lifetime!Written 8 November 2024
- paulrR1598YX0 contributionsAwesome tourAwesome tour. They really did a fantastic job with everything. It was a long day but we got to see so much. I highly recommend them.Written 19 October 2024
- rons3200 contributionsFull Day Torres del PaineThey do a good job showing you the highlights of the park but there are so many great spots there that doing it on your own at your own pace would be a better option. Of course, the 4+ hours of driving from and back to Punta Arenas is a drag but the alternative of staying in Puerta Natales is not so nice as the town is a pit. Bring food and drink with you for the entire day as the food stops inside the park are few and far between and the prices are steep. Also, if you rely on your phone for time and alarm functions bear in mind that Punta Arenas is located right on the border of the time zone and the clock on your phone may or may not be updated, or better yet it may be switched back and forth between time zones arbitrarily. So it's better to order a wakeup call. We didn't, so we got up one hour earlier.Written 7 May 2024
- spiderj20190 contributionsStunning scenery. Great guide. Worth the early start. An excellent day trip. Well worth the early start. Seeing about as much as you can in only a short time. Pablo was a superb guide. Really awesome scenery. Makes me want to come back for longer.Written 18 April 2024
