We participated in a three-day Temple tour with Hidden Angkor, guided by Veasna, who demonstrated exceptional knowledge. As a former monk, he possesses excellent English skills and an extensive understanding of Cambodia's history and each temple we visited. He is a certified guide, which is not the case for all tour guides. Our experience was well-managed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I highly recommend this tour operator. A couple of suggestions: wear appropriate and comfortable footwear (definitely avoid flip-flops) and bring a small towel to keep in the ice box with the water, as it will be useful for cooling off.

He shared extensive insights about each temple we explored and took us to the most picturesque locations for photographs—he was not just a guide but also our personal photographer, capturing some fantastic images. My mother, who is 80 years old, joined the tour, and I truly appreciated Mr. Sophia's attentiveness, ensuring she was comfortable while walking and assisting her with steps. Accompanying us was our wonderful driver, Mr. Chamroeun, who was always ready with cold water and refreshing towels upon our return to the bus. Having traveled extensively, I highly recommend this tour group led by Mr. Sophia and Mr. Chamroeun; you will not be disappointed.

His advice on local customs helped me navigate the cultural landscape without feeling awkward or uninformed. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour with him and his professional driver, who skillfully navigated a modern, air-conditioned vehicle that provided us with comfort during the entire trip. We are genuinely grateful for the chance to have met him.

We had a personal tour of Angkor Wat with Mr.Lioun guide from Hidden Angkor Tour and it was fabulous. He and his excellent driver picked us up from our hotel at 4.45am, so that we were in the perfect place to watch the sunrise over Angkor Wat. It was magical. Then we began our tour of four of the main temples and more small temples than we could count. What Lion doesn't know about the temples isn't worth knowing. He weaves information about the history with stories about Kings, wars and religions, making him a first class story teller and guide. He was a warm, friendly and knowledgeable guide who makes a special place even more special. Highly recommend this tour.

This tour was incredible and so worth doing. Our guide Sophia was so knowledgeable and keen for us to learn the amazing history of his country’s people during these times. The temples are phenomenal, Sophia ensured we got to see everything and was even a top class photographer so we could get the best shots. We are 12 of friends had an amazing experience with Hidden Angkor Tour! The pick-up was right on time in a comfortable vehicle, and the driving felt very safe. Our guide, Mr. Veasna, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with us throughout the day. He also took us to the best photo spots, helping us capture some fantastic pictures! We really appreciated the cold water and refreshing towels, especially after spending time in the hot sun. Overall, it was a wonderful travel experience that we highly recommend.

At 4:30 AM, we were collected by Sophia, who skillfully transported us to an ideal location for witnessing the sunrise at Angkor Wat. From 5:00 to 6:00 AM, we observed the sun rising and transforming the surrounding light and scenery, which was truly remarkable. Even during the low (wet) season, the views were stunning, and as an added advantage, there were no large crowds—approximately only 100 people were present for the sunrise. We remained at Angkor Wat until around 8:30 AM before proceeding to the next temples. By 11:00 AM, we had visited three temples and took a well-deserved break for a delightful brunch and restroom stop. After visiting the final temple, we returned to the hotel by 2:00 PM. We walked approximately 10 kilometers, making for a long but extraordinary day, further enhanced by Sophia's extensive knowledge. The private tour allowed us to set our own pace, ask questions, and gain a wealth of information, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We did the 2 day tour of Angkor with Hidden Angkor Tour and had an incredible experience. We really recommend this tour. We learned so much about the various temples at Angkor and both ancient and recent history of Cambodia. Our tour guide, Mr. Sophia, was so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. He created a great atmosphere among our group of friends. He also helped us identify great photo spots and took many pictures of us. Our bus driver, Mr. Sophan, was also wonderful, the bus was always cool, water fully stocked, and cold towels waiting for us when we returned to the bus. Sophia itinerary picked out the best temples to show us and made two days of touring so smooth and easy. You will not regret booking this tour!

Amazing tour, absolutely fantastic guide Mr Veasna! Highly recommend as very knowledgeable, funny and kind. All of the temples are stunning and highly recommend to everyone visiting Cambodia. Easy to get day pass and pay by cash or card. Perfect driver, car and fabulous scenery. This tour was amazing. Our guide Mr. Veasna was so passionate and knowledgeable, explaining everything and answering all of our questions. We were picked up by lexus SUV which was so comfortable and provided with water and ice cold towels throughout the day by our lovely happy driver. Angkor Wat is really majestic and well worth a visit.

Tour was well organized. The company used a very good driver. We were collected and returned to hotels. The tour guide, Sophia, was excellent: knowledgeable, professional and always ready to answer questions. SUV wash comfortable and air conditioned. Cold water and cold towels were handed out after temple visits. The sites were unbelievable and the tour well planned. Highly recommended.

Wonderful private day tour of the Angkor Temple Complex We booked this tour in England through Viator and had a great day out exploring the area. We were greeted in our hotel lobby in the morning by our friendly tour guide Sophia and our driver. Both were very professional, arriving promptly for the agreed pick up time. The car was clean and tidy and had good air conditioning, nice for us in the hot Feb weather. Sophia was a fantastic guide for our 2days out showing us throughout the many sights such as Angkor Wat, Bayon, Angkor Thom, Ta Phrom and Prasat Kravan. His knowledge of the area was excellent explaining the details and history and answering any questions we had. He was also nice giving us a helping hand when climbing up the many steep steps. He gave us time to rest when we needed, as we not as young and fit as some of the other tourists. Apart from tour guiding it was also nice to chat with Sopia about his life in Cambodia. He was nice also offering to take some photos of us with our iPhone. We were taken for our lunch to Bamboo restaurant. The food there was quite tasty and plentiful and a welcome rest during the hot day. We were also given cold water to drink during the day which was refreshing. We opted not to stay and wait for the sunset as we were hot and tired by the afternoon. We really enjoyed our day tour and would recommend it to others.
