Capture spectacular images of Chobe River wildlife on a photography cruise that includes use of a high-end camera, telephoto lens, and camera mounts. An on-board professional photographer will share tips as you cruise the Chobe River, where it’s common to spot elephants, hippos, baboons, and other wildlife at the water’s edge.
What to Expect
After pickup at your hotel, board a photography cruise boat on the Chobe River, and start by getting set up with a high-end camera. The combination of a telephoto lens and camera rest are ideal for snapping photos of wildlife; watch for a wide variety of species, including elephants that can often be seen bathing and drinking in the shallows.

With help from the professional photographer, you’ll learn tricks for making the most of the camera, the light, and each thing you see while cruising the Chobe River. At the end of the cruise, you’ll bring home a memory card with the photos you took, finishing the excursion with drop-off at your original departure point.
