After reading some of the negative reviews , I must say this was an excellent tour We chose the alcohol and pick up package, whilst we had a slight delay in the pick up, the attentiveness of the Driver and also Guide walked to/from the drop off location was excellent We sat on the top deck, an extra 50AED but worth it to see the sights of Dubai at night Dinner was buffet with excellent choices and variety, food was hot and very tasty Saxophonist played three sets and was excellent All in all well worth the money

This short cruise was organized by Amazon Tours. It was a dinner cruise and we were fortunate to arrive in time to get a table inside the boat, as it was quite windy and chilly on the top deck. The cruise is not interactive so you are left guessing what you are looking at along the way. The dinner was nice and provided several vegetarian options. Generally a nice outing if you like things to go slow into the evening.

Highly recommended. If you like sunsets, you’ll catch the sunset by Burj Khalifa and can take some beautiful pics. The two gentleman who run the boat are very courteous. They went over and above what one would expect in a boat ride. Took photos of us and also let us drive the boat (supervised). We also came along the swans walking elegantly along the coast.

Great experience starting with a free upgrade to top deck. The departure was on time and the hosts were quite prompt and attentive in service. The only drawback for which this gets a 4.5 star instead of 5 is the food. The cold cuts and the grilled items allng with the live counter helped a bit but the mains were lacking in taste and flavour. Would definitely recommend in future, provided the food experience improves.

A most delightful and wonderful experience. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were absolutely attentive and always checking on your trip. A different perspective of the city from water. Beautiful sights and incredible music. The food was delicious and fitted with theme, and catered for all taste buds. Clean ablutions. We will definitely book again when we are back in Dubai. We'll done to all.

Our cruise was ruined by a selfish group who we had to share our transfer with, despite ample notice of pickup time they were very late and even when they did eventually arrive they went to their room! We left them and due to the delay missed the cruise departure and had to hop on a smaller boat and catch the cruise dhow, eventually stepping on board at 19.30. The staff were wonderful and the food and drinks were as expected for a dhow cruise. Given that we were ushered off the dhow at 20.45 our 2 hour cruise lasted an hour and fifteen minutes, so in our view it was not good value for money.

Views not to be missed. Good buffet style food and relaxing live music on return trip. Transfer to and from hotel worked well and we were escorted to the boat through the Festival City Mall.

This Dinner Cruise was amazing. Staff, food entertainment were all fantastic. It's was definitely a highlight of our time in Dubai .

Amazing! Everything about this trip was amazing. Drink on arrival and soft drinks throughout, the addition of the Saxophone player and the sights you see are amazing. Food was plentiful and delicious. 10/10

The boat rider and his coulige, they were so kind. We played our favourite music. And also my wife drove the boat, which was so amazig.I absolutely suggest trying this company. Good luck

I highly recommend this floating dinner cruise. The food was delicious, the saxophonist was phenomenal, and the sites were amazing. The service was outstanding, and I rate customer service 10!

Minor mishap led us missing the boat departure time BUT tour organiser did everything to get us on the boat for a great trip - great ambience, superb food and service, and excellent event.

This was a lovely relaxing trip along the canal in the evening. Approx 2 hours. The range of food from the buffet was lovely and something for everyone, the downside was that it had been sitting for over an hour so seemed a wee bit over cooked but still good. The buildings all lit up were amazing as you passed by and everyone was very friendly.
