My experience with Arabian Voyager has been nothing less than spectacular. My most recent tour with Arabian Voyager was my third time around. The service is always exemplary, and the value is exceptional. As a tour professional myself, I always look for two basic things from my travel vendors...Did they provide what they said they would provide, and Did they provide it the way they said they would provide it. With Arabian Voyager, I have never been disappointed. In fact, Arabian Voyager has gone above and beyond my expectation consistently. Besides the basics, they have been excellent with communication, collaboration and follow through. I have done this group tour with Arabian Voyager three times in 2024, and the word is spreading like wildfire, and I have demand for at least two more tours in 2025 as many clients will be going back for a second and third time. I am quite familiar with my Arabian Voyager tour operators now, and we are like family. I highly recommend Arabian Voyager, and I look forward to a continued relationship with my new travel family.

Very bad experience, the driver was rude , drive very rackless drive, fight with other driver on the road while driving, we feel very unsafe,

We have booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel we stayed through flydubai but the driver did not show up to pick us up and no way to communicate them. They have a very bad customer service. Also on the return day they supposed to come at 11:40 am but they sent a msg at 11:45 saying that the driver is stuck in the traffic and you have to wait for 15 minutes more. Then after 5 minutes again they sent a msg saying you have to wait for more 15 minutes. Finally they asked me to take a taxi to the airport to not miss the flight. They promissed to refund my money but I believe they will not do so because they are not honest

Mr.Afaq is very good front officer and very ethical and his way of maintaining guests is very good.The staff of this hotel is very good and takes good care of the guest.And many facilities are provided due to which the guest does not have any problem and we are very happy with all the days we spent in this hotel.

Booked a driver from them to pick my wife and kids up from the airport at 11:20pm. (booking time shown in photo below). They arrive in the designated meeting spot at 11:10. At 11:20 someone named Pranav texts me to say that the driver had waited an hour so he left (photo below). He totally ignored that the booking was for 11:20. They left a woman and two children stranded at the airport at 11:20 at night and then ghosted me. Comptelely reprehensible. Haven't been able to get a refund out of them yet.

Rude , no flexibility, didn't show up even at the wrong time, didn't answer messages. we recently booked via an international airport pick and drop website who contracted this company to do the transfer , they had the wrong date , time and showed no flexibility or understanding left my family with very limited options to get to the airport on time as they didn't show up at the time they said they would and didn't show up at the time they were booked for, very poor communication , very poor service,

Terminal 2 . Second class citizens? Very uncomfortable chairs in crowded and dirty rows. We have a long wait but spending 56$ per person for two hours in the Merhaba lounge isn't our idea of hospitality. Seriously Dubai, with all the people coming through there seems to be a better treatment for passengers at gates A and B. Sincerely a frequent flyer, unfortunately not your kind of rich but a respectful retired university professor.

So the garden itself is an absolute must in Dubai. It is a spectacle. Let your eyes feast. We went in late November and it was really picture perfect. For the tour, I think it needs to offer a little more for the price. Otherwise you are better off buying your own tickets and order a fancy Uber. It cost us $210 for 3 people and for that price I would expect a proper black car service with a fancy, vehicle. Instead we actually had to wait for them to send a car when we were done. Should really do better.

We were very happy with the pick up and drop off in a clean vehicle with a very helpful driver. There had been some problem about the admission tickets and the driver quickly called the office to address and rectify. He was friendly and courteous which gave us an excellent experience. He was clear with his communication for pick up and drop off. Very happy with this company. Sorry for the late review.

The price we paid was for basic entry with limited things to do. We paid extra for the penguin show and had to stay on the side with the little kids. The description did not explain this well that there are multiple packages to select from

Very good experience! The services were great and also the tour guide was very good. The shuttle services were also very good. I highly recommend this.

The service was excellent, we were met by the driver holding a sign with our name at the arrival lobby, he took care of our luggage and was driving smoothly. He even offered cold water inside the van since it was very hot at that time..

Our tour guide was amazing. He guided us throughout our journey and the best part was he was with us the entire 5 days so we actually got to know each other pretty well.

Me and my girlfriend opted to do this tour since we weren’t in Dubai long and wanted to see as much of the City as possible. Booking the tour and arranging pick up was seamless. The problem began when we were picked up by our driver who I asked what the plan for the day was. His response was short and sweet “Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall then back to hotel”. Confusing yes? Since this tour offers the ability to see a whole lot more than this. I then proceeded to show him what we booked and he looked confused; as if he’d never seen this itinerary before. It quickly began to feel like we were the ones running the tour and he being there began to feel pointless. There was no informative information given by the tour Guide throughout the day, no history, no facts, no little bit of interesting knowledge he could have shared. He was just a driver (who had no idea where he was meant to take us), not a tour guide. Overall if the driver knew what he was meant to be doing and had even the slightest bit of knowledge about the city he was giving tours of, then there is absolutely no doubt at all that this would be a perfect tour for couples or family’s to enjoy.

on the way to Bollywood park, the driver got lost and we ended up in a restricted area where we were asked to leave immediately....and after we finally got there, the driver wasn't happy that company didn't give us e-tickets as he had to go with us to the entrance....the driver asked us what time do you want to go back to the hotel, we said 8:30, he said no, i am busy at 8:30 but free at 9...so why bother asking??????
